I found The Nail Boutique online for a last minute acrylic removal as they were open until 8pm..which is amazing... when I arrived I was greeted with smiles and well taken care of from the beginning to end. I decided to get a gel mani and Yara did my nails just how I wanted! Amazing service from all the techs and Frank plus a relaxing and positive atmosphere, I will definitely be a return customer. This place is amazing. Beautifully decorated, calm and relaxing place. The owner Margarita is amazing and really takes pride in her business and service she provides. Quality equipment, quality products, clean, professional, and so many choices in service and nail color. Prices are very reasonable for the service provided. Did I mention she offers at home service as well as salon service. Yes you read that right, if you can’t make it to her she will come to you!

Terrible experience I did my nails here with gel, they didnt last 4 days. I called to try to fix only 2 nails that got messed up and they said no we cant help you will have to pay full price again. Poor customer service skills I dont recommend you coming here waste of money

First time I came there. The people were friendly but I wish they had more people speaking English. The lady who did my nails was sweet but kept messing up my nails. She kept getting way to close to my cuticles with the shave roller thingy and it hurt. Then at the very end messed up my thumbnail and quickly rushed to just paint over it. I also wanted a MATTE top coat.. and a matte top coat is MATTE for a reason not dull shiny. Also had 2 nails that were already curved and didnt want to fix it. Was there for 2 and a half hours to pay 100 bucks for a job that wasnt even good. No offense but get professionals.

The staff is amazing they work great.. owner is a very kind person.. however my review is poor because prices are insane high. They charged me $10 to remove the gel color they put on me 2 weeks before.. so when I come back for another service they add $10 to remove the gel. Which is usually complementary.. my sister was charged $35 for a gel manicure. Come on people..

I love this salon! Clean and edgy studio, central. The nail techs here pay attention to detail and do wonderful work. Frank, is so kind and hospitable. Top notch service you rarely find in Miami! Would definately recommend anyone who wants a fine looking Mani/Pedi, to-come-here!

Wow wow wow this salon was great. I was there early this morning while they were opening and even the minutes I had to wait were great. The lady who did my nail went above and beyond to make my nails and toes look great. I felt right at home and comfortable there. All employees has on masks and as soon I got up from my pedi the chair was disinfected and cleaned. The safety they are taking goes above and beyond.Not to meantion how clean the place is. I have found my new nail salon. I would recommend this place to everyone. Thank you Margarita for the amazing service.

Excellent experience. The front desk girl (sorry, forgot you’re name) is very warm and welcoming. Had my gel mani and pedicure done by Maggie. She is very meticulous about her work and a professional. Very happy and satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

They dont respect appointments, poor quality of service, dont have the tools to take gel off. I have to leave after waiting for 1 1/2 with my nails half done. Terrible experience. Please dont use this place and dont believe in the good reviews. This place deserves to close,

Was looking for a nail salon near Coral Gables. I found four on Google two of which I could not find a license for when I went on the DBPR. I chose this nail salon after visiting it first for cleanliness. The owner Margarita did a very nice job. The salon is super clean and sanitary and uses disposable liners in the foot spas which I prefer over merely wiping with disinfectant. Incredible value at $25 for a manicure pedicure. I recommend!

First the person you call to make and appt with and the actual salon don’t even communicate. Got o my appt and they were arguing about they had too many ppl already. So I ended up just having a manicure instead of a mani pedi. They don’t practice social distancing, nor do they require their own staff to wear masks. The pictures they post don’t look like the finished product. I got a gel manicure and I ended up with dry paint Throughout the back of my nails. Worst manicure ever I don’t even think the nail tech was licensed. Don’t waste your time
