Kelly was amazing! I was nervous about my laser and she made me feel super comfortable with everything. It wasn’t painful at all and overall a great experience. 10/10 would recommend

THEY CONTINUE CHARGING MY CARD AFTER I CANCELED MY MEMBERSHIP. Also Helena burned my forehead just because I asked her to do it there. I started the membership to do the laser hair removal last year. I was informed that I could cancel anytime, they would charge one more month after cancellation and that’s it. However, I cancelled and I wrote a letter asking to cancel with details and I had Helena the professional in charge of doing the laser, signed and date my copy. Well, they continue charge $99.99 every month. I had to use other cell to call them because they stop answering my cell. I finally spoke with the owner and she said I’ll credit your money back to your card. 2 weeks passed and still NO MONEY BACK.

I love this place! I originally found it through a promotion on Groupon for laser hair treatment. I decided to go in and get more information from them directly about what type of laser they use and pricing. After doing my fair share of research at MANY other places offering laser hair removal I decided to come back to them. They have 2 membership options for laser hair removal (one is $99 per month for full body except arms, face and back and the other option for every body part is $150/month).I have been doing the $99 monthly membership and have had three sessions with them so far and have noticed amazing results even just after the first session. It is pretty painless and super quick! The staff is always friendly, the place is kept super clean, there’s plenty of parking, and totally stress-free. Kelly is the one doing my sessions and she’s great.Believe me I compared every option on the market including Ideal Image, Laser Away, Body Details and many many more, and doing the same treatment with them would come out to about $5000 or more. Mind you, laser away and ideal image claim to have specializes RN’s administering the treatment so this is a personal preference whether you want to pay more for that or not, but most of them use the same laser equipment (Candela machine) which is what they use at Laser Touch Medical Spa. For $99/month you can do the same treatment and cancel any time with 30 days notice— I think it’s a no brainer. Especially since they know what they are doing here, and the place is great and super convenient. I have already recommended it to several friends they are all starting to look into it as well.

Kelly was super nice, attentive, she was great . The place is clean, pleasant and modern which was very important for me. The treatment was fast and almost painless.Kelly was very experienced and took the time to explain every detail and very prompt answering every single question, and let me tell you my skin feels amazing, if u want top notch service ask for her I loved my experience at Touch Laser Med spaHighly recommended. Also very reasonably priced.

Went today for the first time to get a dip mani and pedi by Nancy! She did an amazing job and love how my nails turned out. The spa is very nice and everyone made me feel comfortable. Can’t wait to go back again!

After cancellation of the service 3 months ago, I’m still being charged on the monthly basis! Asked 2 times to delete my credit card on file, and here we go again, this month again a change on my account. Unacceptable

This was one the best experiences of my life. Kelly made me feel comfortable from the very first moment. My skin has never looked or felt so good. I cannot wait to visit again. I learned so much about skin and diets that I never even considered before. Kelly, you truly are amazing...

My experience in touch laser is terrible. Buy a promotion on groupon. When I arrived at the place, the owner Johana attended me. He offered me a full body membership, I liked the idea and I accepted it. The first section was done by herself. He never wore protective glasses and he only gave me some parts like patches, it was my first time, I didnt know if this was the procedure. Then every time I had to go, the wait was a disaster. They gave appointments and the times were not respected. Every time I went there was a different technician, the employees there did not last, the place was very small, the machine was reheated because it was a very small space. You had to stop the sessions and wait for the machine to cool down, the girl coming and going ... no privacy, they dont have a towel to cover you, not even a robe, and Im completely naked. On several occasions, as I explained, the machine was reheating but on one occasion my arm was burned in three parts and I had to suspend the session because the machine was damaged. I sent a message to the owner Johana showing her the photos of how they burned me and telling her that I had to change the machine. Because it was not the first time I had problems, I always had to take a break to cool down the machine. And the only thing she answered me is that I should buy an antibiotic cream and that it will go away with time. She never offered an apology for what happened in her business. After that, the covid19 thing happened and everything was closed, and they continued to discount my membership on a monthly basis. One day I received a message from the owner telling me that they were going to attend closed doors because she was not yet authorized by the government to open the spas and she told me that they made an appointment by the hour and that everything would be sanitized. When I got there it was my surprise she as I was not expecting it was all dirty full of dust because they were repairing a floor. Two men working lying next to the door where the sessions take place. It should be noted that the door is a sliding door that closes with a magnet that is joined in the middle (that is, if it is not properly closed you can see inside) I completely naked I asked the owner to close it well. But she got a personal phone call and she wanted to go out to attend I asked her for a robe, of course I didnt have a towel to cover me because there were two men on the other side of the door and I was completely naked and I didnt have one either. I choose to give me the paper they put to cover the stretcher so that I can cover myself and she came out to answer his call. For the next appointment I called and explained that I did not feel safe with the care for the corona virus that nothing was sanitized, everything was dirty full of dust and she did not remember that I would go. I told myself the receptionist then better wait another 15 days for more security because they continue working. But they kept charging. I chose to find another place and now if I am really happy to be in a serious place I realize the difference with respect to the professionalism and the maintenance of the equipment. I dont know how I can hold out so long !!! And finally I tell you how I had a membership, they took out the money earlier than indicated from my account. And they carried more than they should. When I realized that, I talked to the owner and she told me that she would give me the credit. Terrible experience. Stay away from this place

Terrible customer service, they still charge you after you’ve canceled your membership. They also never answer their phones, do not go to this place, rip off, they don’t treat you good, they don’t answer their phones or emails!!
