I have been doing the Venus Versa treatment for buttocks and so far really pleased with the treatment and preliminary results. The spa is gorgeous, and the staff working there are professional, both Maria and Carolina. I can tell the treatment is well done (I have been to other spas where it felt they were on a rush), and the owner is really responsive and kind. Highly recommended! Sara

Eviloy is by far the best masseuse I have ever had. I have been in so much pain with a pinched nerve or terrible knot in my shoulder blade for two weeks, and he completely knew what was wrong.Honestly he is more of a HEALER than anything else!! I have just done my Organic facial and unfortunately I was really disappointed. The scrub was done around my eyes where should never be done because of tin skin, than the rest of the scrub was wiped off very rough and still some left on. So when she continued with face massage the feeling was very unpleasant. Than she used Jade roller completely wrong, clearly no face anatomy knowledge:/ At the end there was so much oil left on my face I had to clean it off by my self. I usually go to Skin By Tatum but she was fully booked for today so I decided to give it a try somewhere else, but I will definitely stick to my first decision next time!

From the second Ken answers the phone to the months following my services, Ive been pleased with the entire experience. Nails, hair, laser, facials, etc it is a one stop shop that has never let me down. Christina the owner treats you like a friend: honest, supportive, and encouraging. When Ive been skeptical about a service the staff educate me and give me the entire run down, making sure I feel good about it. Christina treats her employees very well and it shows through their happiness and positive energy in the building. Nobody is there to sell you on anything and your happiness measures your value. My friend and I got a massage and organic facial for her birthday treat! I have been to many spas around Miami but this was by far, the best massage I have ever had. The male masseuse had such strong hands and he has so diligent to work out all of my knots all over my body! He really knew what he was doing and he was very professional. The female facialist was excellent. My face felt great and I was so relaxed.Everything smelled great and the spa was very clean and tranquil. Very organized and precise. If only I could afford to do it more often.

Another great haircut from Carla. Theyre kind of hard to find, but worth the search. Their prices are in line with what people in Miami are accustomed to paying for a nice haircut. I just wanted to take a short moment to write a quick review for eména spa. I would like to thank the staff at eména spa for the amazing experience I had during my short visit. The entire staff was extremely professional and polite especially Ken at the front desk.Prior to my visit to the spa I did a lot of research online. The spa seemed amazing from all the reviews I had read and from the press I saw on their website. When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Christina who I believe is the owner. She was super informative and very helpful in planning out my visit. I have always wanted to receive laser hair removal and had an opportunity to do so at eména and save 30 %. I decided to purchase a 6 pack which was the offered package to remove the unwanted hair from my chest. Christina explained to me that eména uses a very a high quality laser which is very effective. She told me that I can expect to be done with the unwanted chest hair with the 6 sessions.The experience was much different that I expected. The soothing atmosphere and relaxing rooms accompanied by soft music allowed me to zone out. I had my whole chest done during my first session and it was awesome! I was so worried that it was going to be a very uncomfortable process as I have heard before by numerous people. This was defiantly not the case. I am totally looking forward to completing the package so I dont have to shave my chest anymore. I strongly recommend anyone thinking about getting laser hair removal done to try eména spa. The quality and professionalism of the spa and services were A+ Although I have just started the process here at the spa I already know that it is going to work amazing!

I have been going to Emena for about a year. They have really great technicians and are conveniently located in the Midtown design district area. I have seen Carla who is a pleasure each time I do my hair. She can manage all hair types, including more coarse ethnic hair. I do my nails with Marie who is excellent and very professional. She will help to maintain your nails in good condition and provide advice if you have any nail issues. Other things I enjoy are online scheduling and the fact that everyone is always timely. I would have given them 5 stars except that the prices are quite high, even for a high end salon.

Earlier this month, I visited Emena spa for an organic facial treatment. As someone in the medical field, I pay special attention to the way patients/clients are treated and the staff here is second to none. They were incredibly patient, kind and informative since I usually ask a ton of questions. The spa itself was gorgeous and clean, and scheduling was accommodating and flexible. The owner, Kristina went out of her way to make sure my experience was perfect. They even allowed me to fit in a consultation for my friend at the last minute. As for the results of the procedure, I could not be happier and and I will definitely be back.

I am not sure which was the best part of my experience, the service that was provided by Carla Rivero or the amazing staff who welcomed me with warm greetings. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable, making sure you feel as if you are at home. I have been used to the chaotic scenery of salons and this place by far has been the best experience. Since it is not your typical salon you are treated as if you are a part of a family and not just a customer. I have yet to try the many services provided, seeing how I am a new member of the family and my first visit was hair services, but I do plan on it!

I really enjoy the level of service at emena spa. Ken is a fantastic business manager who makes you feel so welcome and at peace the moment you walk through the door. He also does a good job of appropriately upselling by thinking of your needs. For example, the first time I made an appointment it was for my boyfriend for his birthday. Ken followed up with me over text to confirm the appointment, and to ask if I was interested in getting an appointment as well. As it turned out, I was! It was a tasteful and insightful way to get me signed up, and I had a lovely time.Including this time, I have been to emena twice, and both therapists I worked with, for a facial and a full body massage, were very professional and good (I am blanking on names, but Alejandra was my massage therapist). I would definitely recommend to a friend!

Ive been going to Emena for years, even though its quite a drive from where I live and work. They are delightful to work with, helpful and have great specials! The quality of the services is always excellent, which is part of why I keep coming back. They also have a membership program that is great if you get regular services (it doesnt work for me because of the geography factor. ) If you dont do anything else, get the reflexology pedicure with Ricky; I gave it to my husband for an anniversary gift one year and he loved it!

I went in for a hair cut and blow dry and Andrea was phenomenal.

Few weeks back I visited for the first time. I had made an appointment with Lindsey Steiner.At first I was nervous because Id been seeing my barber for around 8 years and was comfortable with his work. In the spirit of trying new things, I thought Id go for it.The process was very comfortable from the shampoo to the final styling. Lindsey was sweet and an enjoyable conversation. The appointment went by faster than expected.Change can be difficult, especially at first. Initially, I wasnt sure about my hair being a different style than before, but now I couldnt see it any other way. I am really happy with Linseys work and look forward to my next visit.

I have been looking for a spa that I can go to for several different services. I am a single mother who works extremely hard and when I save up the money to actually treat myself, I want a place where I walk in and see smiling faces. The service was very pleasant and I enjoyed my overall experience. The first time I went I had a spa facial and it was a very relaxing time. On my second visit I received Botox and was overjoyed with the results! I will absolutely go back and recommend this spa to all of my friends!

My husband and I have been going to Emena for about 2 years and we have tried almost everything they have to offer - hair cuts, facial, massage, microderm, manicure, pedicure, and Ive purchased many of the items they sell. I love their services and am never disappointed. I especially love Carla who cuts my hair on a regular basis. She knows exactly how to work with curly hair and cuts a great style that you can enjoy for weeks after the haircut. Carla is also very friendly and does her best to make you feel beautiful. I was also a member on their pick-2 package and found it to be a great deal for anyone who wants to regularly get spa services. It was also fun to feel like a regular with such a welcoming and accommodating staff.

I had an appointment for a haircut with Carla on Saturday. Before she started I showed her a picture of what I wanted: an angled cut, longer in the front, which is what I had, I just wanted to back shortened a bit. I explained to her I had curly hair and didn’t like short layers and didn’t want the back shaved. She was working on other clients while she was doing my hair as she was the only stylist working on a Saturday & it was busy. After she washed and blew dry my hair, she started to cut the back and then took another client. I told her I didn’t mind waiting because I wanted her to take her time. After she was done with her client she started to cut the front. As I mentioned, I wanted an angled bob with the front longer and she grabbed the entire middle front section of my hair and cut it all one length, like a square. She didn’t asked me what side I parted my hair on prior to hacking it off, so now the front of my hair was up to my eyes on the side I wear my hair. This was the complete opposite of what I asked her to do. At this point I panicked and asked her to stop and as politely as I could reminded her that this was not what I asked for and was not at all like the picture I showed her. She proceeded to make excuses and then when I asked her to fix my hair as best she could I saw her and her coworker rolling their eyes as if I was being unreasonable. To fix the block of hair she chopped off, she used these shears that cut the hair very choppy, which ended up really damaging my hair, so now my hair is super short and more damaged. She then kept blow drying and flat ironing my hair to mask the horribly uneven cut she gave me. I didn’t realize how truly bad it was until I washed it and blow dried it myself. I had gone to Carla before when my hair was longer and I liked how she cut it, that’s why I went back to her. I also like her as a person, she’s a sweet girl, but unfortunately she just doesn’t have to skill to cut short hair or my texture of hair (I have thick curly hair). I even left her a tip because I saw that she tried the best she could, but now I have to pay more money to go to real salon and have my hair fixed and make it even shorter because I am embarrassed to be in public like this. My advice: if you just want a simple trim or your hair styled, fine, otherwise I would not recommend Carla unless you are willing to wait 6 months to a year for your hair to grow back so you can get your hair cut at a legitimate salon. I have been to Emena spa several times, but will not be going back due to the horrible service and treatment I received.

I received a 20% discount for being a 1st time guest and even better - I received same-day service. The quality of service was great overall and I will mpre than likely be joining the Membership program. The staff was friendly and made me feel welcome also comfortable. They explained everything as they went and the woman had really good hands and knew what she eas doing. The gentleman at the desk was kind and gave very detailed info on the services and products.

Deanna is amazing with haircuts and color, and Carla is great also. They introduced me to Biotop products, which have done wonders on my hair. Id recommend this salon to anyone!

I have signed up for monthly membership. Christina is the owner of the Spa does not keep her words. She was very enthusiastic about charging the membership but lost me as a good customer.. She is skillful in getting you signed up for the membership but does not deliver what the membership entails. She gave me the detailed calculations but forgets about the delviery of her promise.at the end, the spa made $300 plus good tips (that is what I paid) and lost $1,788 in annual membership and the worst, the way she handled left a bad taste in my mouth. I recommended two friends but after the worst experience i would never recommend this spa ever. Bad business decision. She even suggested me to revoke my treatment if i do not want to get any penalties. $300 is a lot of money to me. I decided to spend at Emena spa. I have been to many spas in Miami. but never been disrespected anywhere like i was at Emena Spa.

Great deal for mani/pedi with Groupon. Loved the spa! Went on a Sunday and it was not crowded...very relaxing. My only suggestion would be to separate the mani/pedi section from the hair salon section. My experience would have been much less relaxing if I had to hear hair dryers or smell hair products while getting my spa treatment.
