Amazing nail and beauty spa!! It’s a beautiful place and nice location. Very clean! Super comfortable mani chairs and pedicure massage chairs. I always use Milagros, because she’s a perfectionist and a nail artist. However, the other ladies are also great!! You can also get your hair done and they offer plenty of other services. You can get a complimentary mimosa while you get pampered too.

This place is so amazing! I was in desperate need of a mani/pedi and brow waxing and wasn’t sure where to go. I did some research and saw the amazing reviews for Studio Spa 55 and decided to check it out with my mom. I’m so glad we did! Everyone was extremely friendly, took their time when doing our mani/pedi’s, and made us feel like royalty! It is very clean and follows CDC guidelines on social distancing, etc. My mom had a mimosa on the house! We definitely found our new pampering spot! Can’t wait to try their other services!

My girlfriend, Mary, won a raffle for a free facial at this place, and safe to say she wishes she hadnt won anything. I have no grounds to speak on the quality of service that they provide, but I can safely critique the customer service skills of one of their facialists, Jenny.As a marketer myself, I understand that a lot can be lost in translation when management runs campaigns that the employees arent necessarily aware of. However, the second we talked through the door and mentioned that she had won a free raffle, it felt as though our presence became more of a nuisance to the business, than an opportunity to win a new customer. Besides just being disregarded right from the jump, Jenny was relentless in her attempt to up-sell us, and even went as far as to tell Mary that her skin was terrible, and that she needed every service they offered and even some divine intervention to improve her skin quality. Considering that Mary doesnt even have so much as a pimple on her face, this was a bit uncalled for. Ultimately, whether someone has a serious skin condition, or flawless skin, someone who is willing to go to these lengths in an attempt to generate more revenue is a sick, sad excuse for a salesman.All in all, if youre looking for a valid critique of the services provided here, youll have to look at another review. However, if youre interested in finding out what kind of employees you could be running into here, then this review should definitely shed some light on the establishment.Finally, credit must be given where credit is deserved, and Estela, the owner of the establishment, was kind enough to reach out and offer a number of complimentary services in an attempt to make amends for what had happened. Unfortunately, were not looking for handouts and wont be making use of these offerings, but it was a nice gesture.My issue is with the lack of service, inhumane sales tactics, and overall unpleasant experience. I really hope they take this situation, and review, as an opportunity for improvement and continue to improve their business.

I’ve been to this place twice now and I have worked with the same woman, and all I can say are good things about my experiences. From arriving and being offered a drink, I always choose a nice mimosa, to the end result of my visits. Which always look fantastic. They have a little boutique inside, and it is one size, but stretchy so these next visits I definitely plan to get something other than my regular appointment 😉 can’t wait to go back!!!! Super professional personnel and very courteous to my needs and expectations.

I received a facial from jenny. She was amazing!! My skin feels great and couldn’t look any better! The facial was super Calming and relaxing. You couldn’t ask for any better service or friendlier staff. I would recommend it for ANY type of service. Left feeling like a million bucks!

I love coming here everyone is so friendly and make you feel comfortable. I have been doing my hair with Maria for years and I love her. She helped me color correct my hair and it feels great it doesn’t feel dry! She is very knowledgeable!!! I definitely recommend visiting this salon!

I absolutely LOVE this salon. The staff is friendly and welcoming. My manicurist Mila (Milagros) is the BEST!!!! She is very detail oriented and my nails always look spectacular. She’s so good, I followed her to this salon.

They take their time and are meticulous about detail. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the quality of their work. Very clean and pleasant atmosphere. Been coming here for years and love it! Have had dipping powder, acrylic, and gel and fabulous every time.

I brought my daughter in for her first facial and I took advantage and used to the time for a much needed mani/pedi. The place is spotless, they have every safety measure in place and the service was beyond my expectations. Both the esthetician and manicurist were amazing! I received THE best facial. Everything was so professional and polished from the staff to the equipment and the spa itself. The next time I came in, I added a manicure and was treated with complimentary Champaign. Are you kidding? I LOVE THIS PLACE.

Amazing place!! I had such an awesome experience here from the moment I walked in. The customer service was excellent and I was even offered a glass of champagne when I arrived. I did a mani/pedi, my hair and even purchased an outfit for that evening. It’s a one stop shop, loved it!! My hair and nails looked amazing. I will definitely be back!!

I followed my nail tech Mila to this spa/nail studio. She is detailed, punctual and just a total asset to this establishment. Studio 55 is located in Pinecrest and is a great place to get away and get pampered. The decor is bright and vibrant and offers hair and skin services in addition to nail. They run a tight schedule and I have never had to wait when I arrive. I would highly recommend them.

The staff, atmosphere and services are absolutely phenomenal! I highly recommend this spa. Their facials are a must and, I absolutely love the Spa Pedicure. I feel so pampered in every visit! When the amazing Mila, who does my nails, moved over here from another salon I didn’t know what to expect, but couldn’t be happier now!The owners are friendly and warm and know their customers by name.If you are looking for a new salon to go to, make your way to this one and make sure you ask for Mila if you are going to get your nails done!

Studio 55 is a beautiful spa that offers many different services. The place is very clean and has state of the art equipment. Went for a facial and it was amazing, the lady that did my facial is Yani. She was excellent. Very thorough facial without trying to sell you anything more expensive. She was very nice and made sure I enjoyed my treatment. The receptionist, Ashley is very nice and welcoming. They even give you a small token on your first visit. Very nice spa.

The owner makes sure her clients get the best treatment! They do a fantastic job on both my cut & color! Highly recommend this place! Love the service and there amazing staff!

Mila is the best manicurist. I have been going to her for years. She is good at what she does, is very professional and takes her time with each person.

I bought a facial package. Made and appointment and went to try it out. I had a great experience. This is my 4th visit with them. I have been struggling with some acne and I have to say I decided to write the review because after my fourth treatment my face is clear. Now just working on some treatments to get rid of some of the acne scars. But my skin looks amazing. I am very happy. Highly recommend it.

I did not know about this place until I was bombarded at the gym by a man and a woman named Achilles and Jenny to sign up for a raffle for a free facial service. I was called saying I won the raffle and that I had to make an appointment. I finally make the drive to go there only to have the owner not know about why I was there and unaware of any raffle. I recognized Jenny from the gym and she took me to get the service done. She proceeds to tell me that what I had won was a “skin exam” where she told me I had rosacea, acne, blackheads and go on about how my skin needs help ASAP. She showed me her list of $300 and up services and that I would receive a free facial if I chose any of them. I told her that I did not wish to buy anything and she continued to bully me and insult my skin hoping I would feel threatened enough to try it and spend my hard earned money. I left betrayed, lied to and insulted. I left a review based on my experience and was called by the owner. To be fair, she seemed nice and like she didn’t know what was going on. She offered to rectify the situation by offering me free manicure and pedicure. But I declined as I felt like I had been deceived and humiliated for being so naive and thinking it was true. Later the owner’s husband calls me and blames me for the backlash he faces. They called me many times to harass me. Overall, Highly unprofessional and predatory the way that they fish for customers.

This is my second time visiting Studio 55 Spa for a facial. The first time was microdermabrasion. It felt awesome! This time I had a hydrafacial. It was really relaxing and felt great. The mimosas were awesome. Jenny was amazing and very skilled and professional. The spa is really comfortable and inviting, even for men!! I’ll be returning soon! I Highly recommend!

Overall an amazing salon. Staff was amazing and the services were exeptional. Front desk girl is super sweet and attentative and my mani/pedi and blow dry both came out super amazing. So happy with my experience here and will definitely be returning!!

At this family owned and operated salon everything from hair, skin and nails is done to perfection. I tried the dermaplaning today and noticed instantly clearer skin, as it removes tiny hairs, peach fuzz and skin cells

Had a mani/pedi with Miriam today, she did an amazing job, my nails look so pretty, she took her time and made them look perfect. It truly felt like a spa experience! The staff was very nice, offered beverages and asked multiple times if I needed anything. The equipment was sealed prior to using it on me which I appreciate very much and they use disposable liners for the pedicures!!!! I fully recommend this place! Oh and not to mention the delicious nitrogen ice cream place right next to it with the most delicious chocolate ice cream I ever had - a treat after a treat!

My experience at studio 55 Miami was amazing not only is the place impeccable the customer service is amazing they offered me champagne when I walked in and they had so many services to offer all under one roof they even have a clothing boutique I guarantee you should visit you’ll absolutely love it!!!

Wow what a beautiful salon!!!! I was in the salons plaza grabbing a coffee next door & noticed the salon just opened so I went in just to take a look & ended up staying to get a pedicure. The salons decor is absolutely stunning & they really do a good job at keeping the place impeccable!! The ladies working were so friendly & offered me champagne & they truly made me feel like a princess! They offer almost every beauty service you can think of! Facials, eyelash extensions, laser hair removal, microblading & even have very nice clothes! I’ve been wanting to get microblading done for a while now but have always been nervous. I was talking to Justina, the microblading technician while I was there & she was so kind & offered a consultation to show me how i would look with my new brows & she made me so comfortable so I will definitely be back in soon for her to give me my dream brows!!!!
