I was recommended to this place from a friend, and had a great experience. My first impression was that the outside looked pretty plain, but when I went inside it was very nice and clean. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I went there for IV vitamin therapy and was happy with my results. I would definitely recommend this business to friends and family.

Visited CLP Med Spa this weekend for the first time and saw Melissa as my nurse. She was awesome. Very professional, answered all of my questions and so personable to boot. The facility was super clean and I was totally satisfied with my visit. I will definitely go back again and highly recommend!

Place is beautiful, nice and clean. Receptionist are very nice and attentive. Maira was very nice and gently during my Plasma Facial, aesthetician puts on numbing cream but you still feel a couple pinches once she begins the Dermapen with your plasma. Cant see my results yet but will get back to you once I do!

Found an amazing Groupon deal for this place and so glad because when I got there I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and relaxing this place felt especially during Covid. Everyone is super nice from the receptionists to the technician. I received laser hair removal treatment by Patricia. She was great and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back for other treatments!

My appointment was for today “Monday” at 11:30, I received a text yesterday “to confirm your appointment reply with a C”. It didn’t give me an option to cancel, still I enter “cancel” and it unsubscribed me from any future texts from that number. Being that it was a Sunday I know no one will be at the office to answer the phone. I called earlier today, the office was closed, they open at 10:00am. I called several times, it kept saying that I was in a queue but after a while it would give me an option for a call back. I left my number and still no one called me back so I called again and they finally picked up the phone at 11:18, I spoke to Carla who proceeded to cancel my appointment with no issue without advising me they were going to charge me $25 for not giving the 24 hr notice but it’s not my fault your text system doesn’t give the option to do so. I called now and Carla refused to credit me the $25, she refused to put the office manager on the phone, supposedly they didn’t have a voicemail from me requesting the cancellation. It’s a shame, I’ve spent so much money at this place and that’s how they treat an existing customer who had never missed an appointment. Not too smart if you ask me.

Location was very nice and clean. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive! I have been to other places, but this one is the best by far! Smells amazing as soon as you walk in.The staff actually educate you about the procedure and ask questions to make sure the laser is at the correct intensity and take their time to make sure the whole area is done. No spots are forgotten or over looked.

I purchased a group of 15 B-12 injections which require no appointments. I had purchased these injections in the past several times and has brought my daughter to purchase a group for her. I was then told I had to leave my CC# on file which I was uncomfortable with- I was clear about their cancelation policy for no show appointment to have a credit card to be let on file but, Again I was not making ANY appointments. The owner argued with me was condescending and un professional. He was rude even though I had already pre-paid for the service a week prior. In the past I had purchased B12 injections and never had I been forced to leave my CC# on file. It made no sense to me considering I did not need appointments for this service.I got a refund and went to another clinic and had NO problem purchasing these same injections without having to leave a CC# on file. Most offices have cancellations policies for APPOINTMENTS ONLY!There are PLENTY of clinics in Miami- would never recommend this place to anyone.

I was visiting Miami and wanted a facial but couldnt get my service done because they have a illogical policy of retaining a CC # or $25 cash... hellooooooo my service is fully paid for upfront and I dont live here, why would I possibly give you that?!? Simply ridiculous! I left and went to the next place that gladly took my money with no argument.

Love this place, so grateful I found them through Groupon. They are very knowledgeable and won’t lie to you about extra stuff you don’t need done. I had the PRP facial with Maira and instantly booked my next session! I was extremely nervous but Maira explained the whole process every step of the way. My skin looks great and I walked away with minimal redness. The facial was practically painless. Office staff was really nice and professional. Can’t wait to be back next month.

This business and PA destroyed my brows with Dysport. The Physician Assistant was not willing to correct her mistake when I called on 10/12. The PA said I had to wait 2 weeks to correct the left brow that is substantially higher than the right brow. Today is 2 weeks since the procedure done on 10/09 and the result is even worst! BEWARE they are horrible! I would not even give them one star!Picture 1/2 was taken this morning on 10/23 - 2 weeks later!Picture 2/2 was taken on 10/12 - 3 days after the procedure.

If I could give them a zero star rating, I would. I bought a Groupon for lip filler and I was so excited to use it being the fact that I’ve always wanted my lips done. My best friend and I had an appointment with Dr. George Burns for each of us to do the lip filler. The lip filler was Juvaderm and everything was fine. However, not even 3 days later, my lips disappeared. It was like I hadn’t even done my lips at all and my best friends lips started getting lumpy all over. I went back after the 5th day and explained to the doctor that the filler he had done for me has completely disappeared. His excuse was maybe Juvaderm is not “IT” for you. I asked if there was anything that can be done because most doctors tell you (if anything happens please come back to us and we will see what we can do to make you happy), he had the worst attitude of life and told me if most doctors tell you that than I’m not those doctors and you should go to “those” doctors. He then stormed out of the room and slammed the door shut in my face. This place is FRAUD!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT COME HERE!!! They steal your money and send you to hell !!!!

I found this place on Groupon and booked an appointment right away. I got Botox & Restylane injections and was extremely happy with the results. I had done Botox one time at another clinic and it made my brow drop. Not this place, they did a great job and lifted my eyebrows. I went again after 6 months and got Xeomin on my forehead. Once again, very happy with the results. They are very professional and their prices are much better than in a lot of other places. I have recommended this med spa to friends and family.

Called and let them know I was planning to use a Groupon. They asked me not to buy the Groupon and promised to honor the Groupon price when I arrived they said I couldn’t use the Groupon and quoted me twice the price. Yup! As I was checking in there was someone storming out very unhappy. I would suggest not coming here.

Great place to get laser hair removal. The technicians are all really nice and do a great job of explaining the process to you. Ive gotten laser hair removal from a few different places and the machines they use here are the best. They hurt the least, and allow for quick movements which cuts down the length of the session.

I purchased a groupon for 100 units of Dysport in Sept 2020 The PA injected an area near my nose and upper lip which ended in dropping one side of my upper lip. When i went back the PA again tried to correct this issue and I ended up with my entire upper lip dropped so when i tried to smile you could not see my teeth and made me look strange! After one month I have been massaging and using my Dermapen to try to help reverse this terrible result and thankfully i am helping the process. its been excruciating to have to look like this. thankfully by wearing masks these days Ive been able to hide behind the mask. I also purchased a gift certificate for my sister which when she went she too unfortunately had a similar horrible experience although it was her eyebrows. One was lifted up a higher than the other and when she wanted them to fill up the one that was lower they told her she had to wait 2 weeks. obviously she was upset because she didnt want to walk around like that and then when she did make the appointment for two weeks they told her that they PA could not see her because she was not there and that she would have to wait another week so eventually she cancel the appointment. We believes that this establishment may have a wonderful environment but the injectors are not skilled enough to do injections. My sister and I both have had this Dysport for many many years and weve never had these outcomes so beware of this establishment if you are going to do dysport. please be careful!

Did a complete laser treatment, they were all great since front desk to the girls on the back. Place always looked clean and smells really good! Always running on time, and if there was wait Time for any reason wasnt more than 10 mins. Recommended.

My boyfriend and I had a couples massage a few months ago and the experience was mesmerizing. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the employees and everything was so nicely decorated, it smelled and looked clean. The check in process was quick and hassle free. The massage was soothing, and refreshing to our bodies. The candles, the peaceful chimes and the experienced masseuse’ was really a game changer. We are so excited to go back!

I have been doing full body laser at this location for about 9 months. I am $2,300 in and still have to shave weekly, and my underarms every 2 days... After 9 months of laser I still have regular hair growth on every area of my body. Considering how much time, money, and trust I have put in your business, I hope there is something you guys can do. I paid a lot for a service that did not deliver results.

George and everyone on the staff is amazing, super professional, and so great to deal with. Ive been going here for 2 years and cant say enough good things about it. Amazing experience EVERY. SINGLE. TIME!! I’m a sucker for customer service but this place takes the cake! The experience from the moment you walk through the doors is nothing short of exceptional. The office and the rooms are both equally clean as they are welcoming. The staff from the front desk to the technicians (Barbara is my personal favorite!) are friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. In this city where medspas are a dime a dozen, it is refreshing to find a location with so much attention to detail. They all go out of their way to pamper you and make you feel like royalty. They answer any questions you may have, explain their services and make recommendations accordingly. I will continue to recommend them and forever remain a loyal customer.

I had the most wonderful experience here. I am not local to Miami so I was not sure where to go for my treatment. My husband purchased a groupon for dermal fillers as I have always wanted to try lip fillers. I was very nervous beforehand. But once I arrived, I knew we had chosen the right place. It was clean, organized, and spa like. The staff were so friendly and personable. They were able to squeeze me in the week I was there because someone canceled (so book ahead of time). The PA who performed my fillers spent an hour of her day with me. She asked me what I wanted them to look like; she looked at pictures I brought with me; she explained the whole procedure step by step beforehand and then again as we went through it; she stopped once she had used half the filler and made sure I liked the shape of my lip. So she built my lip and gave me the juicy pout I was looking for. I did not bruise at all. My lips were a bit swollen very late the same night. The swelling is supposed to be the worse on the second day. I didn’t notice very much more swelling and in fact, I kinda liked how plump they got for the evening. My lips were not sore at all day 2. I loved my experience there. Book your appointment and go see these professionals! I seriously will consider flying back here for maintenance because I trust them so much.

I bought a laser hair removal for a medium area. The treatment is no more than 10 minutes but you always have to wait in this place, even though there is no patient inside or nobody waiting. The laser the use is not great. In the first visit, the technician clearly explained that this laser required more than 12 sessions to work.I agree with one of the comments that the reviews are probably from family and friends...this place is nowhere near average.I do not recommend this place for Laser Hair removal.

Im going to be very honest this place is a gem!!! by the outside it wont impress you but the inside is BEAUTIFUL, the atmosphere and music is amazing the girls in the front desk are so well spoken and are so nice, they make you fill out a form with a tablet when you get there which makes me feel really safe that they have all my info. i went in with a grupon for dysport 50 units and the nurse was so kind and understanding as soon as i told her my problem with my masseter muscle and how it made my face square she understood exactly what i meant. she explained to me the process and how it takes 1 month to see your face slimming down the muscle. overall she is someone i would trust in the future with my face, she is very gentle and knowledgable. I recommend this place 100%, the prices and specials are unbeatable for the outstanding service they give. My nurse was Lidivet Piner, great job! ill be back.

Ive been twice to CLP Med Spa. Both times the owners and staff have treated me like family (which Im not). They are friendly and make you feel instantly comfortable. The spa is brand new and very clean. The technician was knowledgeable and answered all my questions since this was the first time I had done laser hair removal. I was taken right in for my appointment. There was no pain and I noticed a difference after the first treatment so its working. Im scheduled for another session soon. At first, the front desk receptionist kinda left us hanging for over an hour just sitting in the waiting area, but George, the owner, quickly diffused the situation, once he realized what was going on he took me back right away. He is very clear and I like the way he takes time to explain things. The place is very clean and based on the way I was treated by the owner and the rest of the staff, I will definitely go back. Also, I will mention that I was skeptical since it was a Groupon but no need, there was absolutely no problem and you receive EXACTLY what the Groupon says you will receive. I rate 5 stars for my experience because I believe it was just an oversight on the receptionists part and the staff made sure everything else was superb. You will not be sorry if you go!!!

Upon review my wife never has been to CLP, they refused the Groupon I Purchased. GROUPON for 100 dysport units for my wife. Facility did not even Honor face value of the Groupon. The owner George was rude when I stated he should have subtracted the face value ($193.00) from the service. His response is that we do not get face value for Groupons. George J Burns lacks customer service skills and is a poor business, he is a absolutely incorrect when he states my wife has been there, in 2016, my wife went to Homeland Spa. I have the receipt. Bait and Switch here.

The shopping center its located it isnt aesthetically pleasing however the Med Spa is! Gorgeous and clean on the inside. The staff was all very friendly. I purchased a groupon for laser hair removal for a medium size area. Learned they offer so much more. Will definitely be coming backs not just for em the prepaid treatments but for a few of the other services as well. High recommended!!

I almost never leave reviews for anything, but i want to save people from spending money here. I got a groupon for 7 laser removal sessions for my legs here, and I used it up, and my legs barely showed any difference. So I told them I was unhappy and they gave me the same Groupon deal again for another 7 sessions. Same result. Almost no change. Still pretty much just as hairy as when I began. I currently go to another laser removal place and with only 3 sessions, I have almost zero hair and I haven’t had to shave in months. This place is a bunch of BS.... I suspect they get friends and family to leave such positive reviews.

I have been going to CLP for over a year now for hair laser removal. Ive had 11 sessions. The place is beautiful, extremely clean, staff is very attentive and professional. I had two different techs and they both are wonderful. My only concern has been that after 11 sessions I still have the same hair growth and have not seen any improvement. I had laser done in my legs over 10 years ago and had a few spots, I decided to go back to get laser for those spots and decided to do the rest of my body. Unfortunately I still have those spots and the rest of my body has the same amount of hair. I went to the doctor to check my hormones as one of the staff members mentioned that if my hormones were off the treatment would be less effective. I got my labs done and my hormone levels came back normal. I am not sure if they are just not putting the setting at a high level or they are using an IPL machine rather than diode laser not really sure. All other services are reasonably priced, they are open on Saturdays which is a plus for people that are busy M-F.Will continue to update my review as I continue to get more treatments.

I went to do a restyline. The price was great, the office very clean and the staff very friendly. All of them. But after i did my prosidure my smile lines where exactly the same as before. Had bubmps inside of my skin little painful. I was told that was normal due to the prosidure. Told them my face looked the same and they told me to go back to check. Went back to check if they could fix it and also about my bumps that was still hurting not much ( less than a week)., Doctor told me that was normal and they could not fix it because i signed a paper and because i payed a very good price.I dont complain about how they treat me at all. But i paid for something that i was not happy and they didnt help me. To bad.Im sorry.

The experience was horrible. They had to send a medicine to my house, 3 weeks passed and it never arrived. I call them and they tell me its a problem with the doctors signature. 3 more weeks and it still hasnt arrived. I call them again and it was no longer a problem with the doctors signature, now it was the number of my apartment that they had not put. The third time I call they say they had sent it and that they had delivered it. I live in a building that cannot be reached unless you have an electronic key to enter the building. Lies and more lies to save your responsibility after a lousy job.
