When I scheduled my surgery I was very unsure of what I really wanted versus what I really needed!!! My post op appointment was everything. Mrs.Anitra sat me down and answered every question I had. She went over and beyond to make sure I was very certain of what procedure I was going to get!! She is very friendly, kind, and understanding!!! Beautiful personality!!! I’m so disgusted with Mia Aesthetics. I book my service in July with Monica Pardo. A month later it was time for my labs to be done. Which I did in a timely manner, I got cleared by my Physician. A month after that I was assigned a new medical Consultant. Who i paid my payment in full to for my Procedure. The day before my schedule Surgery Monica Pardo contact me and tells me my surgery might be canceled because of labs results. I don’t understand why my labs wasn’t reviewed a month ago and if it was an error, why I wasn’t contacted. So my surgery wouldn’t be delayed. As a business their communication is horrible. I don’t recommend their service at all. Why was I assigned a new consultant and why is my medical record in multiple hands. I started working with Monica Pardo. Monica Pardo should have been my medical consultant from beginning to end. This violated patients rights(HIPPA). I give Mia Aesthetics 0 starts. And will be taking farther action.

It’s so much to say. If i could leave a zero I would. They don’t communicate with you at all and just think you’re supposed to find the information in the air. They changed concierge’s with our informing you and it’s so much more… No one has yet to contact me since May

I am not pleased with the pre-op process at all. I had to send several emails for the labs and clearances paperwork and when they finally sent it I had 72 hours to get everything done which I did. I called my PCP she stated that she faxed everything over and the labs and clearances department is saying that they havent gotten it. Thats convenient because my surgery is less than 30 days away, so now according to the contract I am ineligible for a refund. I am disgusted.Follow up... After getting everything straight with labs and clearances I was told by my concierge that he would contact me two weeks prior to surgery to handle the remaining balance. Today, I get an email but no phone call, so I call customer service because its two weeks before surgery and no one answers the phone. How does that work? How do you have a customer service department and no one ever answers the phone? This is the worst customer service Ive ever experienced.

I’m so glad I chose Mia Aesthetics even after the bad reviews. For anyone listening, the actual doctors are AMAZING!! I booked with Dr. Stewart and he gave me the body of my dreams. And he was new! Had no previous photos or anything, so I was for sure taking a gamble with him, but I figured he had something to prove and he delivered!! I will say this though, I paid for my surgery in full the day of booking and had no issues with my medical clearance or anything like that, so I’m certain that’s why my experience was so good because the staff is really what makes that place terrible. I see so many bad reviews and it’s not because of the doctors but the people who work behind the desk. But again, I didn’t have that issue. All of my questions and concerns were resolved at a fast pace as long as I was communicating through EMAIL. Not calling them. There were a few minor hiccups, like they forgot to book my recovery home and they forgot about me in pre-op. But the staff was very apologetic and everything worked out. As long as you don’t have any medical issues, I would definitely recommend them

Everything went great. The process was easy and fast. Asia told me everything I needed to know and calmed me down cause I was kind of nervous.

Mia aesthetics is the place you can come for cosmetic surgery. When I first came in for re op I was so nervous but the staff made me feel so comfortable. I filled out my paperwork and they called me to the back, a lovely women took my height and weight and she had me laughing the whole time . I then stepped into the finance department to pay my balance and I was greeted by a red hair women named Jen and I just loved her . She was so open with me and we had great conversation tbh I wanted to stay and talk to her longer. All I’m saying is come to mia aesthetics, get great results and defiant has a homey feel

I had a BBL with Dr Haas on 6/4/2021. My overall experience with Mia Aesthetics was cool. My patient concierge Juan Chavez was amazing. He answered me within 24hrs sometimes quicker. I’ve seen girls complain about not getting responses but I’ve never had that problem with him. Dr Haas was extremely nice and had great bed side manner. The only issue I had was them giving me a too big faja and trying to tell me it’s my size. Once I complained like 2 days post op they did end up giving me my correct size.

The nurses are very professional and will take care of you while you have a pre op and post op . They very organized and respectful.

Where do I begin. To make a very long story short, I was scheduled for surgery on 6/17. I sent all my labs in 40 days prior to surgery. I heard nothing after that. I kept calling and emailing, no response from the lab department. This was weird, as I have a friend who was scheduled two weeks after me, she sent her labs in at the 21 day mark, and was cleared the same day. The random reps I was speaking to kept saying my labs were under review, even the week before. So 3 days before I was scheduled for surgery, and getting ready to leave for Miami, they called saying they needed paperwork, paperwork I could not get to, as I would have to see a specialist for that. Valerie kept lying and said she had been emailing me, but when I asked her to send me the emails she sent in the past, she came back and said there was no documentation. That’s because they did not contact me until 3 days before. Then they have the audacity to tell me I can’t get my deposit back, after they dropped the ball. To say they are unprofessional is a huge understatement. As far as I see, the doctors do good work. However their communication, protocols and system is very sloppy. PLEASE go elsewhere. Mia is a hit or miss. Please find a surgeon local to your area. It will be worth the peace of mind.

I understand that they have a business to run, but EVERYTHING comes with ridiculous fees. Definitely a hit and miss experience. Went for a breast lift and implants. 2 weeks after I returned back to New York from Miami I noticed that my areola’s/nipples were placed severely high then the normal placement. After contacting the doctor they gave me a run around for months. Trust me the discounted rates are not worth the end result. Go somewhere else where you will get phenomenal results.

If you have to move or change the date they literally make it impossible!!!! They canceled my sisters surgery she just asked what her options were for moving since she found out she would be closing on her house the same week I then asked if I could move until a day that she could come too and didnt get any kind of response I finally get ahold of someone after 3 months and they say I am not eligible for a refund because they canceled due to no labs when I had asked already about moving it 1000 dollars wasted thats really how they make their money by ripping people off!!!!!!

I was recommended to MIA Aesthetics by my cousin and was excited to get scheduled for surgery with her until I had the absolute worst experience even communicating with them. They dont return calls, they dont answer calls, and you have to go through hell just to communicate with someone.Finally when I was able to get someone on the phone, I felt like I was on a hotline. After asking me questions about my medical history, I advised them hat I previously had a TIA that I fully recovered from. She put me on hold and came back and said I couldnt get my surgery done with them. No medical evaluation from a doctor, nothing. Just someone who barely spoke English telling me I cant get surgery done with MIA. The doctors have amazing reviews, but their process is bogus.

Saw them advertise on my Facebook came straight to the comment section and all Im seen is 1 stars, complaint after complaint about been botched and peoples down payment not getting refunded 😲 Im scared! The bad reviews talk about unprofessional behavior and no one answering their requests, however, that is NOT my experience at all.From the moment i inquired about a 360 BBL, i was in touch with a surgical coordinator the SAME day. Julieth gave me her phone number and anytime i had a question she answered me within minutes.Two days after i initially inquired, i had my surgery date!! 02/10/2022 babyyyy!! I was immediately given my concierge’s information and i am getting into contact with her.You have to be serious AND certain. Pick out your doctor before you call and know your price range.

I had Extented Tummy Tuck surgery on 2/2/2021; I scheduled Aug 2020 and share some of the miscommunication that I read about. Dr. Willis was amazing! She’s leaving for Atlanta location.. Saw her the day of surgery. She marked me up, informed me the procedure and some recovery details. No issues once I arrived. The lab department and patient concierge NEED some work with simple communication. Sent fax numerous times, repeated labs and doctor visits was uncalled for. It’s like there are multiple people looking into your file and no one is communicating with each other. After I sent everyone that communicated to me a lengthy email stating my frustrations, miraculously I was cleared for surgery 7 days before my surgery date. I’m not saying stay away because the DOCTORS are good at what they do but the STAFF could do better! Overall I love the results from Dr. Willis

Hello,All I have contacted a class action lawsuit Lawyer who has had many complaints about this place. If you all would like to get together and discuss the fraud behaviors and collections please e-mail me. Also they have the same person responding to the reviews because they are all the same. They always say miscommunication but the workers dont speak English and if they do not well. I am not being judgmental because I am not American, but to have them collect information and give out false and blame it on you is just wrong. This does not reflect the doctors and they are often unaware that this is going on. I will also suggest for individuals to contact consumer relations.

I booked my procedure Aug 2020...I ended up not being able to get my procedure done on April 2, 2021 so I started to reschedule, which later turned into me having to cancel completely. After weeks of no phone calls being returned and POOR communication on the clinics end, I flew to Miami the night before my pre op appointment so that I could visit the clinic to speak to someone in person....The day that I went in for answers and help the staff was really unhelpful, and I had to go there with my son all because of the lack of communication. I demanded a refund for my entire procedure because of how terrible I was treated and how they make EVERYTHING about money. I don’t recommend at all. The scheduling manager Basia Perez has told me that someone would be following up with me in regards to my refund, which they did not...my emails do not get answered, it’s just terrible. I am currently waiting to be connected with the clinics manager to discuss my concerns and info on my refund. The doctors do provide nice work however the practice is terrible. They only want your money and that’s it. They do not value people like priorities or treat them in a comforting manner. I can’t wait to receive my refund to book my surgery else where. Also, check the death rates they hide that information!

I had work done with Dr. Bowker who is absolutely phenomenal! I’m 1-day post op but already loving my results. The pain- not so much but it gets better with time & the pain medication helps a lot! He’s very knowledgeable which made making my decision VERY easy... The staff was really friendly & informative, plus they have everything in writing so you can’t forget. I love it here!!!

Where do I begin. I had an scheduled surgery date for Dr. Fasusi for April 2020, the surgery was cancelled due to Covid-19. At this time I had only paid the deposit down, so since May of 2020 I had been calling and emailing them so that I could get a refund. No response! Then I finally starting DM’ing them on Instagram and they have been giving the run around for the longest! It’s 2021 you guys & still don’t have a refund or at least a new survey date ! STAY FAR AWAY

Very very unprofessional. All they care about is getting your money. I paid 1,500 deposit in August 2020. My surgery was for April 2021. I had to reschedule because of serious health concerns. Now I have been calling to reschedule since no one ever picks up my calls. I make an ugly post on Facebook they come to my inbox talking about concierge will contact me. We are in June I call everyday, leave messages every time no one calls back. I need my deposit back if I can’t get my job done. 1,500 is not 15 bucks. You guys will hear from my lawyer soon.

Had my bbl surgery with Dr.Haas on July 14th! Nothing but good things to say about him! He’s very comforting and has very well bedside manners. He gave me the body I wanted and I would recommend him forsure!As to mia aesthetics in general, massages are too short. There are some good ones and bad ones.I would say for the price they weren’t worth it.The process of getting a consultation and surgery done is very easy and efficient.Only bad thing is Mia does not pick up any calls at all, it is almost impossible to get ahold of them.

I had surgery scheduled for June 29 been calling since may to get to someone to reschedule because of something that happened unexpectedly. This has been a unfortunate experience I booked my surgery 6 months ago and a week before surgery they canceled. You are just a number to them they send me my two weeks paperwork so I’m thinking everything is OK on top of that I called them as soon as I did my lab work to make sure that I did not come across any issues let them know I’m coming out of town I would have to book a room I have to book my flight they kept telling me somebody would call me back in 2 to 3 business days nobody called me back I consistently kept calling nobody call me back now I’m at a point where I’m like OK I know I booked out of town this is just a procedure. You are more than just a number especially when you’re going under it and putting so much thought into a decision that you want and they just could care less only time you can get in contact with somebody as if you press the one for booking and that’s to take your money I couldn’t tell you if they do good work but the whole journey for me is important so for me I’m opting out don’t even care about the money that I missed out on if you’re coming from out of town do your research because you will not be able to get in contact with them

I am giving a one star towards the client service and whoever is the coordinator of reaching out to the new potential patient. I have submitted my consultation form twice. three weeks have gone by I have yet to be contacted and I reached out via Instagram my DM‘s or seen and ignored. I received an email portraying that the company has reached out to me several times and I have not answered and they are “reaching out one last time before they say goodbye “ I’ve heard many good reviews and seen several good before and Afters, I even had two friends had surgeries done by this office. But if something as simple as client service and reaching out to a new potential patient can’t be done is unbelievable.

Dr Bowker is the best he explained everything well n let me know what was best for me.. the day of my surgery they started it but were unable to finish due to electrical problem in the area.. had to go back n have my surgery finished. Was not happy about that did not even get a refund at all even if it was something. The anesthesiologist Lucas was the best.. The massage was good felt better after it was done. My massage therapist Eliogio is such a fun n outgoing person.

(My name is Brittany, I guess the email is under my boyfriends name) So to start, I have not had my surgery yet, I am getting it done in about 2 weeks.. I am having a breast augmentation with Dr. Alvarez himself at the Miami location. all the reviews I have really read only talk about how awful the place is and how terrible the communication is and honestly I have had Z E R O issues what so ever from start to finish. My coordinator Alexa (shout out to you girl) has been SO wonderful and so kind and has reached out to me multiple times with information I needed literally every time! The only bump I had run into was my physical/history not wanting to fax but even then I was able to get that fixed with no issue. Every single person I ever spoke with was beyond nice and more than willing to help me and make sure I received the best quality phone assistance ever. I have called a handful of times too and never had a problem contacting anyone. All my questions and emails have been answered, I was able to get my lab work in on time... I have even paid for my deposit and half my surgery and still never had any issues- considering that was also another complaint saying they “rob you of your money” or whatever ... literally I have ZERO complaints so far with ANYTHING and I am so so so excited to get my surgery done now. Although I haven’t physically been in their facility, I’m sure they will still take the best care of me as they have so far with everything else! I’ll post another review after I’m finished but so far, I’ve been fairly impressed, especially considering the negative reviews that get put up here! Thanks Mia Aesthetics for everything so far and I cannot wait to come and receive the body of my dreams ❤️

First off I never write reviews on companies because I always feel to each their own, but this time I knew I should have took these reviews all into consideration as there are soooo many negatives.BUT STAY AWAY!!!! GO ELSEWHERE, just do your research!(they must pick and chose who they want to provide the good hospitality too, as these 5 star reviews below surely can’t be accurate after seeing all the 1stars and reading the horrible encounters many have had)I was so excited for my BBL and had really high hopes and expectations. I scheduled my appointment back in NOV of 2020 w/ a surgery date of JUN 2021. Of course the communication was wonderful at first... UNTIL they get your money. Once they get your down payment you become of zero importance. For the amount of money that I was going to be spending there, you would think communication between surgery consultant and patient would be top priority, but unfortunately it isn’t. Being in the healthcare field myself, patients & communication are always a priority. The communication with this outfit is so poor, that who would in their right might even want to email multiple times and call multiple times to try to give someone their money. That’s a red flag right there. And then reading on all of the reviews, PATIENTS DYING, ending up in hospitals with infections, malpractice, negligence... I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MIA AESTHETICS. I would much rather lose out on my 10% down payment then giving them the full $8K+ to fly to Miami and get the run around, end up botched, in a hospital, or dead.

I really hope you have a better experience then I did! I was scheduled for surgery in March 2021 and flew in from NY just for this. I was supposed to have a Mommy Makeover procedure. I came in for my Pre Op consultation only to sit in the waiting room for over 3 hours and the staff refused to give me any details of what’s going on. This is the day before the surgery just to be clear. After they finally took me in, they took photos, weight and verified all of my doctor clearances. When I asked if the doctor will be here to mark me up and show me what he was going to do to me, they said he will do it right before the surgery and that I had to pay them the full balance first. They make you sign a ton of waivers so if you decide to cancel or if they can’t clear you before the surgery, you lose all of your money (non refundable). They also make you sign a waiver that you can’t bring them to court for any reason, even death. So they expect you to come in, doctor will draw you up and if you don’t like it, too bad you lose your money. If you did not pass the nicotine and pregnancy tests, you lose all your money. Complete horrific experience. I’m going under the knife and I expected more care or at least some human concern. You’re just a piece of meat or a money bag for them. Stay away! I’m still baffled how this could be a top rated clinic in Miami. Absolute disgrace.

I had the most amazing experience with Mia Aesthetics in Miami. Had a Thigh lift and liposuction done on January 20, 2021 with Dr. MEHIO hes such an amazing Dr. Hes really sweet and he takes the time to listen to you.. The process was awesome since day one the staff is amazing and really caring people ❤ excited to go back to do my BBL & Tummy tuck done. I had a great experience ✴✴✴✴✴ I would show before and after pictures later.

I wish I would have checked the reviews before booking with this company. I had breast augmentation appointment for 1/20/2021. Right before my surgery I was tested for pregnancy and nicotine. Unfortunately I tested positive for pregnancy and had to cancel my surgery. Dr. Gray told me to my face I couldn’t get a refund but I will not lose my money (basically I have a credit) and to reschedule my appointment for another day. I had no problem with that. I was told the rescheduling coordinator would reach out to me within 3-5 business days. Well it’s been 2 weeks, no one has called or emailed me yet. I called the front office 3days in a row and they give me the same excuse. The coordinator is on call with another patient and will get back to me as soon as possible. I’m so annoyed because I payed in full and I’m getting treated like someone who hasn’t even made a deposit.They also told me my contract is up in July. If they keep this up, I will definitely get a lawyer involved I don’t care how much it cost I will have my money and some back with it. I need answers

Dr. Mieho is absolutely incredible! The mommy makeover is something I have wanted for over a decade but never thought it was possible for me. Mia and Dr. Mieho made it possible and I am only 1 day post op. It the results are already incredible!

This place is the worse they never called me to tell that they were missing one of my Clarence forms. My surgery date was for 6/10, now I been calling leaving messages also spoke to my concierge a week ago as of everything was a go. Than I said let me call and check before I book my flight on 6/1, all the sudden they say we canceled your surgery for not receiving a Clarence form for hematologist, due to Sickle cell trait. So really y’all just took my money as I stated I been calling for a few weeks also spoke to my concierge person and she act as of everything was good. Mia aesthetics is a rip off. They never call you back after you make that deposit and the staff is rude. I will be blasting them everywhere I can. Also most of the Dr.s aren’t broad certified. Y’all got that down payment, but I’ll be sure to let people know about y’all unprofessional crooks.

My surgery was scheduled 2/18/21. I had went into an urgent care center 1/1/21 to start my labs and medical clearance and everything was faxed over 1/5/21. Now, one of the emails from my coordinator says results need to be in 45 days prior to surgery and another email states 30 days either way, I made that deadline. However, I get an email today 1/8/21 stating my surgery has been canceled and the Dr. has closed out my date for scheduling because they haven’t received my labs or medical clearance. I called my coordinator numerous times to confirm they received the fax from the urgent care but of course I didn’t get an answer or call back. My issue is, why wait until it’s too late to check about labs and clearance and cancel without speaking to the patient?? That shows that this place really has no empathy. Why wouldn’t they call the day of or day prior to the deadline? That would have been an easy fix as I have copies of the paperwork that I could’ve easily faxed over! I refuse to pay $500 to reschedule and I refuse to wait until November for my procedure. I did everything that was asked of me in a timely manner I don’t deserve this kind of treatment. I will be disputing my deposit as well. This place is a scam! Welcome to Florida!

I received lipo and fat transfer from Dr.Charepoo 2 years ago. I SOMEHOW got Ecoli in my hip(no where near any of the incisions so definitely not my fault). They told me wait about a year to see if the deformed hip would round out and if the hardness would go away. I waited even longer to see. It still has not. Im embarrassed to even tell people if I had a surgery done because it doesnt look right! I tried to get back in contact with them and was told I will be contacted soon for about a month and a half now and I have not heard back. This is unprofessional. I wasted $4,100 on a surgery (not even including gas, hotel, massages ect) and it did not come out right at all. If I were someone famous, I guarantee I would have been taken care of a lot faster. But of course Mia Aesthetics doesnt see people like me as important. Im very upset. Something needs to be done.

My experience has been amazing since booking so far. I have my surgery in 2 days (12/7) and Im overly excited! My coordinator Maria Hernandez ❤ the best ever hands down. Very responsive, always able to answer my questions, very honest. She is super amazing! You better get you a Maria. So far, shes the best part of my journey lol! I will come back for post op review!

I got my surgery 10/26/2020 and i am so satisfied with my results even though i am only one week post op!! My doctor, Dr.Wright, was super friendly and her bedside manners were phenomenal. I never had any issues as far as communication or anything else of that matter. I recommend them 1000x to anybody!!!

They staff was professional and sweet. We had a couple of hiccups, but overall everything was resolved. Happy with my experience 💖 #miababe

LISTEN This is not the company for you!! This company will take your money then leave you dangling by a string to get the slightest amount of communication from them. Back in January I was informed my surgeon Dr. Gray was moving to Georgia and if I wanted I could follow him. On 4/22/21 I was given a medical clearance from my Dr. and cleared for all surgery. I booked my flight and was set to go for 6/8/2021. On 6/8/2021 after waiting in the waiting room over an hour I was called to the back by a nice helpful assistant. She took my pictures, fitted me for the proper faja, went over my medical history, even handed me written prescriptions. After I gotten back dressed she type in my vitals and proceeded to tell me that my BMI was to high and I could not have the surgery. I asked why and she explained my coordinator should have told me my BMI was to high in April and my weight she be down by 5 pounds. I explained I never heard this from a coordinator let alone I advised her that I was told my coordinator was no longer with the company so someone was filling in for her. It’s the fact that I traveled from Florida to Georgia for my to be left out to dry. This is something this company has a major problem with because while I was waiting I began to talk with another young lady in the lobby and when we passed again outside she informed me that they had did the same thing to her. Fortunately her surgeon Dr. Willis was available to approve her to mover forward with a high BMI. While in the same lobby there was a lady sobbing because her paperwork had not been sent from Miami to Atlanta she’d been waiting for 2 hours to only be told there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend Mia Aesthetics due to the lack of respect for people’s time and money. I’ve hated this total experience never did I feel at ease. I’d never recommend this company in my life. On top of all of this you call them and there’s never anyone to talk to and customer service will hang up on you.

Some of the Staff has horrible attitudes talk to you all crazy ... poor customer service. Lack of communication really give Mia aesthetic a bad look. Never again I know to do more research next time . Taking a loss I was told they will not be giving me my money back if you go with them don’t pay ahead of time anything could go wrong and you’ll be taking a loss as well know that you are dealing with money hungry ppl

Although the doctors do great work the staff is horrible. I lost so much money for a procedure I didn’t have because of the surgical coordinators incompetence. Mia is focused on quantity as opposed to overall quality and customer satisfaction. My surgical coordinator failed to order certain labs that I needed prior to surgery and the result was me being cancelled the day of surgery. It was no fault of my own just a “mistake” on her behalf that caused me money. I will not book with them at the Miami location and suggest others look at their other locations. They should really consider covering post-op care when their “mistakes” cause clients to be rescheduled. Had they would have accommodated my stay I probably wouldn’t have requested my money back but since they lack customer service and empathy I got a full refund instead. They offered zero sympathy for their “mistake” or the time and money I spent arranging for a procedure that I could have had provided the staff did a thorough review of the documents I paid my medical providers to send them. I am overall dissatisfied with my experience with the Miami location and hold the doctor harmless because he was disappointed as well.

My surgery was scheduled for March of 2019 but was canceled. I paid a deposit in excess of the required amount and and after they took the 10% fee they charge when a surgery is canceled for any reason (which amounted to $850 in my case) they owed me $1150. I was told I had to wait a year from the date of the scheduled surgery to get my refund (absolutely outrageous) In March of 2020 after a year of them keeping my money, I tried to reach them by phone but was unable to get through to anyone (which was also an issue when I tried to contact them leading up to the surgery) and then they closed until June because of the pandemic. I finally got in touch with them in June 2020, and was told they would forward my information to the financial manager. I could not get in touch with anyone after repeated calls and emails and heard nothing until August when I was told the financial manager would contact me after she looked into it. I heard nothing again until October when she emailed me and asked me what she could do for me. This has now been 1year and 8 months I have been waiting for my money to be refunded. She was condescending and acted like they owed me nothing. Again she didn’t respond to my emails for a few weeks and then told me I wasn’t entitled to the full $1150 refund and we went back and forth with her changing the amount I am owed first to $1025 then to $1100. I have a copy of the email stating they owe me $1150 but she tried repeatedly to reduce that amount after they already kept $850 of MY money for absolutely NOTHING!It is now December 2020 and I have not received a penny of my refund and have not been able to get in contact with the financial manager since I told her I expect my full refund of $1150. She told me in October the money would be refunded to my account and still I haven’t received a penny.These people are scam artists. It is going on 2 years that they have had my money and I have spoken to a lawyer about suing them to get my money back ( which will cost me more money).DON’T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!Find a more reputable group of doctors before you end up fighting for your money like me.

Just had my first post-op massage with elejio, (not sure the correct spelling of his name) he was so soft and gentle and even had me laughing. Can’t wait for the next massage

Was a great experience from start to finish!!!! Even after all the having to deal with different people different coordinators it all worked out in the end ...Have no complaints My Dr was Bowker ..... I love love love my out come ......Only thing I would change is they should tell people to come in at the time there gonna actually take them back to start surgery because sitting around for 2 hours waiting 2 start was not it....but overall I would go back!!!

Giving you guys 1 star is too generous and very misleading for people who are thinking of coming here. The cosmetic procedures that are done here are phenomenal but that can not be all of the experience. Mia does not seem to care about their patients. They treat you like a number. I flew in from a different state to get my surgery done because I was so impressed with the work they do.I was very nervous as it was my first time going through a surgery. The office was loud and the girls there were nice but they played around ALOT which doesn’t help your nerves. The anesthesiologist that works with Dr. Fasusi tried convincing me I was a “nervous wreck” and that “surgery is not a big deal I need to get over it” he made me feel small, uncomfortable, and not taken care of. He made me feel like he doesn’t care about his patients and that surgery is something he doesn’t take seriously... which is a problem considering your job is to put your patients to sleep and keep them stable.On both of my post op days I didn’t even get to see the doctor. They have poor scheduling as the doctor is running back and forth between post op and surgery. Makes me wonder how focused you really can be running back forth all day. My surgery was scheduled at 6 am but didn’t get my procedure done till about 9am. 3 hours of nerves built up. In the beginning I wasn’t able to pee because they make you stop drinking all fluids the night before your surgery so they started an IV. As I was waiting they had me switch rooms (I was in a gown and butt naked underneath as they made me walk through the lobby with all the other girls out there waiting). They were not considerate of my feelings nor did they care to be.The bedside manner at this establishment is atrocious. The doctors and staff should be embarrassed by how they treat their patients but they aren’t because they do not see us as their patients but as a number and a time frame. I do not recommend this establishment if you care about being treated appropriately. If you want to be treated like hot trash or be squashed like a roach and not be acknowledged pick Mia Aesthetics.

They charge 500 for a reschedulimg fee. Doesnt matter what the reason for reschedule is, they do not work with you. Theyre communication is TERRIBLE. They are not responsive at all. The negative reviews on here are not from the typepeople who can never be satisfied. Everything that is being said is true. Its like they have a bunch of teenagers running their business. If only the doctors and owner could read these reviews maybe theyd make drastic changes.

Being honest it was bumpy at first because different people kept calling telling my different things and the coordinator who was over my case never answered the phone to talk to me but always emailed which was kind of frustrating but overall Dr.Haas did an awesome job I look and feel amazing minus the pain because I’m only 2 days post op the ladies in the office were friendly minus 1 but overall I love it and would recommend everyone to Dr.Haas

Loved my experience! From the pre-op, to surgery (which was 1/8/21) to post-op. I’m 5 days post-op, and I love the body Dr.Gray gave me. Exactly what I asked for. A lot of people say the massages are painful, but I had the best experience ! I absolutely loved Ediana (Edi), she was great ! If you can request her, I recommend it. She was super sweet, very attentive and clear with what she’s doing and instructions for during/after the massage. 5/5 stars for her. Overall experience with the doctor, the nurses, massage therapists, and the girls in the back was great !

Yessica was beyond nice she helped me so much, she have GREAT customer service and very very helpful. She’s patient and very understandable! She a great person for the Mia team. She definitely 5 star

I have my surgery on 03/30/21 My coordinator has been excellent. I have not had my surgery yet, but Julian is awesome anytime I email or leave a message he responds promptly. I have no issues thus far. Im currently waiting on my email for labs.

I was looking into this company a friend of mines had worked done here last year. Im reconsidering. They seem to treat black girls badly and im going by the people thats leaving bad comments .

Mia anesthetic has been very good to me. Anytime I called to ask a question they had know problem answering. My pre op was wonderful no problems. My surgery was the best. I had Dr. MEHIO, he gave me a big huge, and took his time answering any questions I had. He also prayed with me before I went back. Let me tell you something. Nobody was ever able to get a iv in my hand. Well they did at mia and it didnt hurt. One stick and she was done. All the staff was wonderful and nice. I didnt have to wait at any of my appointments. I got there an got called to the back in about 5 minutes. If I get anymore work done I know where Im going and what Doctor Im going to have.

I had a very professional and prompt experience with Mia Aesthetics. Everyone was kind, and welcoming. My doctor was Dr. Giorgis, who was absolutely wonderful, he was knowledgeable in answering any questions, and provided wonderful service. All of my post-op appointments were scheduled one day after the other and handled well. I am extremely happy with my decision to come to Mia Aesthetics.

Dr. Wright is very assuring I love her work, she is open to questions and not rushy, but asked what you want and is open to listening like a GOOD SURGEON should do. I wanted to have surgery before school started. I called MIA Aesthetics and they told me they had openings. I asked them if it was okay since I was booking in such short notice (3 weeks prior to surgery date) and they said it was fine. After paying my deposit and handing in required documentations, my surgery was canceled a few days before I was due to arrive. I handed in my medical clearance (signed by my doctor). A rep called and told me my hemoglobin was too low for surgery and I would have to reschedule. Okay, fine. That was the last time I heard from them. I called them numerous times and got no answer. They took my money and went ghost. After over a month, I realized that I’ve been robbed. I called my CC and filed for a dispute. A few days later a rep from MIA AESTHETICS contacted about rescheduling but I would have to pay $500. What???!!! For something that was beyond my control? Why would I pay you guys $500 again after you went ghost when I gave you my first deposit? You waited until I filed for a dispute to even called me after over a month. These people are THIEVES. Do not waste your money here. They will stop contacting you after they get their deposit. The staff is very unprofessional.

This place is unprofessional & rude. Once they get your money its hard to get someone. Your personal info is literally being spoken of in front of other people which is a violation of HIPPA. They argue with you and try to fight you. I requested to speak to someone higher and was denied. They do not care.

My experience with mia has been by far the best. From the time i asked online for a consultation tUpto my surgery. Johan made sure he answered every email an called and gave me all my updates and dates. Dr haas i love he did such a great job and did exactly how i wanted my body to look.. thanks mia

Very happy with results thus far. Was frustrated with the communication at the beginning of the process, but the communication has improved tremendously since surgery. Can’t wait to see results after swelling has went down. Dr. Wright is very nice and answered all my questions.

The worst customer service ever.I schedule 2 procedures a Rhino and a BBL my rhino was first i pay the deposit and get a date for surgery. Closer to surgery date i was told that the doctor have some emergency so he has to cancel the appointment so they provide another surgery date after that i received a call saying the doctor is not comfortable doing the surgery so they have to cancel. Upon asking what about my the money i just waste on lab work i was told someone will contact me this is from october 2020 up untill this very day no one contact me i try reach out but of course thats useless. Why let me pay that money for lab if you guys know all that.it has been such i bad experience from day one even my Bbl was canceled. The workers are so rude and have no remorse.at this point i dont think i want any service here just my refund.

Don’t do it if you have issues I was considering this company for surgery I advised them that I have issues with my blood was advised that I was not to worry that if I have a medical issue my deposit would be refunded after constant contact being ignored letting them know my issues was declining being reassured and saying I still have a year don’t worry i had to visit cancer institutions for blood issues and sent in all support documents the company is refusing to refund my money as promised when asked for copy of my recording with the staff that I spoke to and email correspondence of them telling me to send in the information in ms Ana arauz told me to get a lawyer or she will just hold my deposit until I can have surgery so I guess I haft to go in and they will do the surgery anyway even if I’m not cleared just to keep my deposit and if I die I just die they won’t give you a Coperate number and she won’t allow me to speak to anyone above her after she clearly told me she would start my refund process

First let me start off by saying I flew into Miami Sunday night (4/18/21) with my sister who was also scheduled for pre-op and surgery for 4/19/21. Monday morning my sister was scheduled for 10:30am and I am hour later so we both arrived to the clinic at 10am we filled out paperwork and paid our balance for Dr. Haas. Honestly he was running a little behind but my sister went in at 11:45am which wasn’t bad so I knew I would be going in like 2 hours later since we was using the same doctor. Once my sister was called in and went too the back she was literally marked up and had IV in her hand. Than boom an power outage occur OMG first thing came to my mind was where is my sister is she on the table or was she still in the waiting area? However; I was able to get through to her and she was fine the staff, nurses and the doctors came out to inform myself and another girl who was waiting for surgery that unfortunately they would not be able to continue surgery today and although they had generators they didn’t want to chance the issue happening again which I honestly can say I appreciate that. But there was this one Nurse who I tell you was the sweetest, sincere and most importantly informative person I have came across Giselle I hope I spelled her name right she made my sister and I feel so assuring that we will be taken care of the very next day! And I’m telling you she wasn’t just talking I explained to her that I know this situation was out of everyone control but I would really prefer If my sister and I can get the first available appointments due to the inconvenience. She told us she would do her best and we have to wait for scheduling to contact us but at this point we was sad not upset just sad because we really wanted to get it over with and although some reviews stated their communication is horrible I was like ok We probably just going to get whatever appointment they going to give us. Lord and behold we left the place at like 2pm and by 5pm my sister got a phone regarding her appointment for 5am tomorrow (4/20/21) and 10 minutes later they called me to rescheduled for the same day (4/20/21) at 6am. So shout out to Giselle for actually keeping her word she literally put smiles on our face so I’m super excited to know the power is up and running and we will both be there at 5am. Giselle your are truly amazing thank you!!

Never answer the phone. I have an appt and it’s like pulling teeth to even speak with someone. I am contemplating on a refund. I had to reach out to who ever runs the social media account to get a call back and never spoke to anyone again

Just had my Mommy Makeover with Dr. Bowker. Though I am very swollen I am already loving my results. Dr. Bowker is the best!! Definitely recommending him to family and friends. He does not leave your side until all your questions are answered. He exceeded my expectations. My experience with Mia Aesthetics in Miami has been great from start to finish. My coordinator Dottie is the greatest. Thank you so much dear!! I never went more than 48 hrs before getting a response from her. Cindi, Stephanie, Marta, Alejandro, Mable, Rebeca and to all others who assisted me in this journey, thank you so very much! Each of you were very pleasant with me and always stayed on the line and answered all my questions. To the ladies at the clinic, thank you!! Each of you were very kind and patient with me. I never felt as I was being rushed out. On the other hand, you didn’t let me leave until I was ready and no longer groggy from the anesthesia. To keep this review short I’ll just say that I am super happy with the Mia Team in Miami and especially with Dr. Bowker!!
