This place is VERY unprofessional, I was looking for my engagement ring.. there is a blonde guy there that showed my family and I rings, and he was rude to the point of telling us to go buy the ring next door because we were very cheap, we ended paying good money for another ring in another jewelry store just because this person decided continuously say rude comments and with that type of customer service it is impossible to buy anything from them.

I had a very great experience with Gabriela, I came in with a budget and she stuck with it and found me a great engagement ring and wedding band. She was very helpful and took the time to find the perfect ring. So far very happy with the product.

I love this place. They always treat me like their family, such a clean and gorgeous store . Thank you for all your service and hospitality!!

Worst experience. Zero stars if possible... I bought two rings and they didn’t come on their expected dates but they gave me a call and the two rings I ordered weren’t there so I made 2 blank trips.... (fast forwarding)the rings come and they aren’t as how I expected. I try to return them and they tell me I can’t because I got it engraved (they never mentioned this policy btw). So weeks later I’m fed up with the store and I just pay the rings off completely and close the accounts with them... I get letter in the mail saying I’m being charged late fees of $54? For what I don’t know. Take your business elsewhere. It is not worth the headache. They barely do their jobs and are texting on the phone if that helps you with your decision on buying from this company.

Oh only if I could give this place zero stars! Let me start off by talking about their quality: ITS CRAP, I bought a necklace here roughly a year ago and it has broken twice in the exact same area. I only wear it from time to time and Im very careful with my jewelry, so I know its not something I did wrong. This people have attempted to make me pay for the repair both times. Their customer service is a joke, the Assistant Manger (apparently they dont have an actual Manager) Christian is rude and has an Im doing you a favor (even though youre paying for it) attitude.. guess nothing makes a customer happier.Save yourself a headache and go spend your hard earned money elsewhere! trust me, youll probably be better off even at the flea market.

Long history short, my husband brought me a watch which I decided to return because I don’t like it, and I was told by Amanda a sales person and then corroborated by Viviana the store supervisor that no refunds are allowed for any watch, that the only available option for me would be an exchange and because I went there 2 days later my husband got it, because after that not even an exchange would be possible, so they made me choose another watch since I don’t like mine, more expensive because they left me without any Option. I was told that this is a policy for every jewelry in their company, but call customer service and i had the right to return my purchase with no alteration like the receipt state at the end . Very unprofessional to do so to a client, I am very disappointed with them, I wouldn’t return or recommend that store .

This place is a joke they tell u anything just to sale u something the young lady that works there told me that The diamonds on the ring were covered they I go to re side it and they tell me that I have no warranty I wont go here agine

In this store they make fraudulent application. They do not review the information of the natural persons that apply. Several days ago my husbands personal information was stolen and a person made the application in this store personally and they did not verify anything, the person bought a ring for the amount of $ 1400 the entire amount approved.😡 THEY DO NOT HAVE A CHAMBER WITHIN THE SHOPHOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT IN A JEWELRY THEY DO NOT HAVE A CHAMBER WITHIN THE STORE.We are in the process of investigation and everything is more complicated since they do not have cameras🤬🤬🤬 A LOT OF CARE WITH THIS STORE A LOT OF CARE.

The worst jewelry I have ever known, they hook you with prices that are not, Gabriela a shop assistant eats you with words and in the end you end up paying double everything and nothing is exclusive and the financial Genesis is the worst.
