Bought a 14kt cuban link chain and it all went smooth and easy. Great people to do business with. I will be coming back to upgrade my chain in the future :)

Went in to have a silver chain cleaned. Chain was only a year old and didn’t have much tarnish. I was charged 20$ and the chain was slightly improved. Went home and used a silver polish towel and tons came off. Scam. Waste of money. Go elsewhere.Edit: I’ve never seen it take an hour to clean a 5mm chain. The store had one customer inside besides me. The associate had an attitude as well. Blaming me for the poor result is irresponsible. Maybe take the 1 star reviews more seriously.

I was 10 miles away, called them to ask for a price for ring resizing. On the phone a guy told me it would cost $35. I also asked if that was with a receipt, or not, as I needed it for my jeweler, as he sold me a ring and wasnt able to resize it fast, so we arranged that he will repay 35 dollars, if I do it somewhere else. They assured me it was the price with a receipt and for white gold ring (resized white gold rings always being plated with rhodium, as they get yellow after resizing). I decided to go there, cause the price was good. When I went there, they changed our arranged price and told me it will cost 55. I told them we arranged $35 with a guy on the phone. Then they got confused a little bit, started talking in Spanish between them and decided to tell me, that 35 is resizing alone, without plating with rhodium. Since when white gold doesnt need rhodium, when being resized?:) ok, I went a long way, I said do it for 55. They did. I paid 55 and asked for a receipt. Then they told me 55 was without a receipt. Ok, basically that is the tax evasion :) so I had to pay extra 4 dollars to get a receipt, as 55 dollars were personally to them, without paying taxes to the government :)))) what an interesting experience.. changing prices, evading taxes... The way to go in business!

I am very disappointed with this jewelry, 2 or 3 years ago I bought them a 14 k gold chain, a ring of the same carat, and a set of gold rings for my wife, it turns out that the spring of the clasp on my chain broke One month ago and I returned to them to repair it, thats how it was, we gave them the chain and then we returned to collect it after a while, but a few days ago my clasp began to lose color, and I went to another jewelry store where they informed me that my clasp had been changed For another chain that was not gold, what a disappointment, my wife went to find out or claim the jewelry store and they asked if she knew the name of the jeweler, if she had recives, that there are many working there, that they could not solve if I did not know who had done the job, what a shame, gentlemen, that is not professionalism, it is a scam, be very careful with the clothes you buy or go to repair this nest.
