They said it would take 2 days to repair and quoted me a price. 24 hours later I was called and told it was ready. My ring looks BRAND NEW!! They fixed my ring and necklace in less than 1 hour and at a very reasonable cost. I had tried a few other chains (Jareds, Kays) where I had spent thousands before, and they tried charging me more than 5x the cost.
