I went in for a very simple gem setting. The clerk was not knowledgeable at all and I knew more about what needed to be done than she did. I had to repeatedly correct her. Then they wanted to over charge me $45 for what Jareds charges for $33. I really try to support our local small businesses but they clearly did not want my business. Very disappointed.

Went in to repair my wifes ring and chain. They did a beautiful job!! they left it like the first day I bought it many years ago! thank you to the wonderful knowledgeable staff!

I took a rosary there to get fixed, after waiting 6 days, I go to pick up and when he takes it out the envelope it’s still broken. They called the guy who did the work to ask what happened and he just said he’ll do it again. Nothing offered for the inconvenience. All the mom did was shrug and say 2 more days my friend! I come back 3 days later to pick up and it breaks 2 days after that. I bring back to get fixed again because the fat guy said they have 3 month warranty and not surprising at all that they deny to fix it again claiming it’s not the same point they attached. You can see in the pic the discoloration at the point they fixed and where it’s broken. Now $42 short and my rosary is still broken. Don’t bother coming here to fix anything. You’ll be wasting your time and money!

What a great family jewelry store!!! I was welcomed by Mrs. Liria (YAYA),the owner, and I showed her what was a pendant that had a lot of sentimental value converted into a cheap looking ring by another jewelry store and I told her my experience and that I wanted this to be a beautiful ring. She immediately gave me 2 wonderful ideas on what the ring would look like BUT she realized the other jewelry store had cut off the base part and they needed to come up with a custom design.YAYA went to the back to show her husband, LUCAS what had happened to the base, I met with both of them in a very nice and caring atmosphere; LUCAS explained step by step what he needed to do in order to create a ring with a true master in the jewelry design. I went to pick up the ring today, I was excited to see what my ring would look like and when I got there everyone was so excited waiting for me to see the ring. It was more beautiful that I could ever imagine. They did an AMAZING JOB.Liria Jewelry is my go to jewelry store from now !! I highly recommend them for all your jewelry needs and jewelry shopping.

Fair prices, good service

I was Behind a very nice lady who was concerned about a poor job that the store made on her chain. I listened to the conversation and I was surprised at how unprofessional they were being toward that client. I took a better view of the chain and the “work” they performed was horrible. A link broke and instead of them correcting the link, they fused it with a total different color of the chain. It was very sad to see! After she left, they kept making comments in Spanish saying that they did the work but who cares what she thinks....I immediately left and did not want to buy or get anything from them!

I’m giving them 2 stars because in light of the pandemic, there hasn’t been many things to smile about. So when I broke my daughters favorite necklace cleaning it; you could imagine how grieved I was (I mean where am I gonna find a jeweler open during these times) . Yet, I jumped on google and found out this jewelry store was open with walk-ins ;so I called a head the day before and came in the next day. However, they had a real can’t do attitude but insisted on making business; gave me every excuse why they couldn’t sauter my daughters link or even try and instead just shortened the necklace by 3 cm. They’re very inconsiderate and ghetto in the style of customer service and the way they handle business. I’m Never going back. You definitely have to be of a certain class of people to deal with them.

Great place took my wedding ring to get fixed (I thought it was beyond repair) and had it back in perfect condition within two hours. Very nice and professional people. Prices are worth it due to their quality and service. Highly recommend it!

Went in to replace 2 links, change out the glass and battery on y watch. When I dropped of the watch, they told me they would have it done in about 10 min. I let them know I would leave it, no problem. When I came back next day to pick it up, my 18 year old watch looked like new. They had cleaned it up and polished it. This is a family owned business and they are very honest and pay careful attention to small details, leaving their customers happy. If for any reason you are not, they are willing to make it right.Also, I know that they are also willing to offer information when youre in doubt or if you think you might be getting ripped off. BUYER BEWAREOver the years our family has made many purchases and repairs here. Their batteries are more expensive than other places but we continue to purchase them at this location out of convenience and loyalty to local business as I too am I local business owner.In 2016 I purchased an engagement ring. At the time of purchase I was told by Yaya, the owner, that I can apply for financing and they would offer an 18 month zero interest promotion on the financed amount. I paid almost 75% of the purchase in cash and the rest I financed with them through Synchrony Bank. I was only given 12 months not the 18 that she offered. I called to ask if they can correct the promotion. The owner told me that she never said 18 months, that there is no way she could have offered that promotion. I am very careful on how I use credit and planned my payments evenly over the 18 months.I was told that they would look into it. When they returned my call, her son Jonathan said he was assigned to look into the situation and that his mother is very clear about explaining promotions. I agree because she clearly told me 18 months, not 12, not 24. He said that they spoke to merchant services and they were told that they can correct the promotion for a fee of $65 however he said we not going to pay the $65 I explained that my family and myself have been a loyal customers for years and that I myself have made over $10,000 in purchases with them over the last year. With that amount of business it is disappointing that they would not cover $65.00 when in fact they were the ones who misinformed me. In the end, I paid off the balance in full so that I wouldnt be charged the differed interest which would amount to hundred of dollar in interest charges. I am fortunate enough to be able to do this but what about a customer who cant? They are stuck paying more because the merchant did not give what was offered.I am now questioning the integrity of their jewelry along with their customer service practices. I am filing multiple complaints with Chamber of Commerce, BBB and share my review over multiple platforms so that other customers and potential customers can be aware of their practices.I am also going to appraise every piece of Jewelry and Diamonds we purchased. If they are not appraised as they are described in the sales receipts, I will file an investigation and if necessary file a lawsuit.
