Absolutely overpriced. I brought 4 watches and without even having a closer look, the price was $49.99 for the battery replacement - per watch. So I would have paid $200 in batteries that cost a few bucks. When I challenged the outrageous price, the answer was that my watches were Swiss watches and they use Swiss batteries only, hence the higher price. I have never heard such nonsense. Even Ronda produces in South China and the batteries do not cost more at all. Would not recommend. Dadeland mall has better alternatives.

I went her to get my ring resized. Waited/walked around nearby from 11:45am to 1:30pm and no one ever showed up at the stand. When you called the number listed, you could hear the cell phone ringing inside one of the cupboards.

SLOW, OVERPRICED, & TERRIBLE WORK!!!Multiple hours (even days) after what you were originally told, your jewelry will finally be returned to you, but so much worse than when you gave it to them... and possibly destroyed.The brand new ring I brought in for a simple resizing (over $100) was given back to me the wrong size, with strange burns all over a bent band, topped with a loose stone. My ring is currently with a new jeweler attempting to fix the damage they’ve done. I’m very worried.If you even attempt to question their poor work, they’ll yell at you with the rudest attitude, and somehow blame you for their mistakes. And don’t even think about getting your messed up jewelry back before paying. I should’ve called the police right then. I can’t believe this company is still in business.BEWARE OF THESE THIEVES & LIARS!!!

Brought my favorite watch here today .Not only had the battery changed promptly, was charged a very fair price, got a free cleaning and some useful tips on the care of my heirloom piece. Could not have not have been more pleased, especially so close to Christmas and New Year what with everyone rushing in to get things taken care of yesterday. Previous reviews have deprecatingly called this store a Mom & Pop shop, I think its a positive. There is pride in workmanship and knowledge here. I think they actually like to figure out what s wrong with timepieces that dont work. The parking is close and free (if you have any mobility issues you know this is a real plus).

Took a pair of sun glasses there only to be disappointed. I was told if they attempt to straighten them they would break because of the material. I went into Optical world right next to them and the technician fixed and cleaned the glasses in 5 minutes, free of cost. I guess being disappointed was a blessing in disguise.

I should had read the reviews before taking my watch to this place. Overpriced and terrible work. Took my watch to polish and they open the watch for no reason. Now I can see how fof comes inside the watch. I had this watch for 10 years and it has an emotional value and never ever had any problem. I don’t see the reason of breaking the seals to open the watch. I can literally buy 10 watches if I wanted but the emotional value of this is what makes it priceless now it’s ruined.

Absolutely horrible. These guys are criminals. I paid to have a ring resized and when I proposed to my fiance it was the wrong size. I wish I could give them zero stars because they dont deserve even one. When I asked for the manager I was told he is only in once a week. Then they asked me to get the ring off my fiance so they could destroy it some more. My finance works on a ship and we dont have time to come back to there shop to get it fixed. Can you imagine that Hun can I have the ring back for a week while they fix it. Dont do business here. There are dozens of shops in downtown Miami just a train ride away. That are much cheaper and the manager will actually be in the store. Thanks for taking my money you crooks.

Excellent service, very professional ! I bring my ring to set a diamond that was missed and they did the job in 2 hours! They polished and cleaned ! Now my ring looks like new ! Strongly recommended

The worst place to Come. I paid for the watch toBe Repaired before it was even fixed, left to walk and came back to pick myWatch up and the oldest man there tellsMe i didnt pay him, he was getting loud and another man that wasnt even helping us, he was on the other side was shaking his head saying no i did not pay like if he was present when it happened, then iGot so upset and told them toCheck the cameras, iWas determined to get the cops involved if they didnt and another man comes and shows the old hag the receipt that showed paid and he looks at me and says o yeah your right u paid, omg im so angry! Never again coming here plus for what i needed definitely was over priced but we paid just to get over it and fix watch asap.

I first went to fix my fiancé’s watch there (make it smaller) and I recently went to get both my engagement and wedding ring sized down and they told me it would be ready in 2 hours, which almost seems impossible and I was shocked because other places said it’d take 3 days, and they delivered. The ring adjustments were barely noticeable and they fit right. Really do recommend.

I would rate this shop a solid 10/10 if I could. My boyfriend spent an hour with Penny trying to find a watch she once briefly saw on my iPad. She regrettably bought the wrong one and gifted it to me on my birthday and seemed mortified. We went back to the store together and Penny pulled out a catalog from TWO YEARS AGO!! And proceeded to find the exact model of a european citizen watch that had been discontinued. She without a beat refunded use the difference which was more than a $100 and somehow through the grace of god she found it and had it to us in a day.

I thought it was expensive but I was wrong, they did our wedding rings engagement and I couldn’t been happier about the results. Thanks Silvia you’re the best, I’ll see you soon!!!
