Hands down the most hardcore gym east of the Mississippi. Mike (the gym keeper/owner/Odins offspring) is very knowledgeable and he will make sure that you will hit your goals. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is serious about weight training and for individuals that are ready to challenge themselves.

Went to that place w a friend of mine since he claimed his coach was the man. I wasnt that excited, but still tried it. The gym is a small place but it has it all. The owner/coach knows his thing. He can fix your deadlift, squat and bench issues in a heart beat. Hes very knowledgeable and cool. Def. one of the best gyms in FL hands down.
