Modern gym equipped with all of the toys you can possibly think of and more. Staff and trainers are phenomenal when it comes to customer service. Hygiene? Theres no question this is the cleanest gym Ive ever trained at.

I joined Miami Strong a few months ago and I am so happy I did. The gym is in a great location, overlooking Biscayne Bay and Margaret Pace Park. The staff and coaches are super friendly and make a point to remember your name. I love the classes, which are perfect for beginners, or people who just need that extra push/guidance. (Shout out to Nina, Chris and Emmanuel for keeping me honest :)) They also offer yoga classes which are great, especially after those strenuous leg days. The owners and staff are always bringing in new equipment, and it’s obvious they’re committed to providing the best atmosphere possible for training.

This is a really good gym. Everything you need, great equipments, smart set up and never too busy.

Just became a member last week! I spoke with Alain over the phone and answered all of my questions. My first impression was clean and spacious gym thats not over crowded with a verity of machines.Ive done 2 classes so far upper body and Yoga. Both were great with enthusiastic instructors that take the time to help and assist if needed.A great bones is the view while working out. The gym over looks a park and the Bay.

Great gym when I called the gym the trainers were very eager to respond to my questions. they have a great assortment of equipment without feeling like a cookie cutter gym. Because they still had their own niche. They have a great balance of powerlifting, bodybuilding, and athletic training equipment.

Was visiting Miami and this gym was perfect for a quick workout. Great value for day pass option, beautiful view of the park/bay, Alan at the front was welcoming/courteous and took care of his visitors, and gym members were respectful and kept the place clean. Great place to drop in if in the area

From the moment I stepped into Miami Strong Gym I felt welcome. The environment is clean, neat and best of all EMPTY! I left a very crowded gym before coming here, so it’s refreshing to see the machines I want to use available when I come in. The bathrooms and showers are kept incredibly clean and fully stocked with toiletries and other necessities like razors and mouth wash. Staff is friendly and always in a great attitude.

I enjoy working out at this gym. I had been a customer of theirs for nearly a year. This gyms setting and equipment appealed to me. The coaches were pleasant. I can carry out good routines here.

I can honestly say that I enjoy going to Miami Strong Gym. The equipment, cleanliness, music and overall vibe is great. I love how professional and attentive the trainers are. When I visited the gym, I was greeted by Edwin Rodriguez who answered the questions I had in regards to personal training & gave me a tour. When I told Edwin what I was looking to gain from using & getting personal training at this gym, he referred me to Coach Kimo/Emmanuel. After training with Coach Kimo for about a week now, I can say that I love it and I am definitely looking forward to reaching my fitness goals. The man listens & comes up with a good workout plan. Absolutely in love with everything about this gym! From the trainers, the staff, the facility, the equipment. There really is like no other in Miami. Im from Miami and have trained in various gyms from Crossfit to HIIT to Spinning, Pilates, regular gyms (name it) and nothing comes close to this one. This gym is a privately owned gym, not your typical corporate gym. The owners are enthusiastic, engaging and knowledgeable. The gym is super clean, everything is brand new and they get new state of the art equipment all the time. They also have high intensity classes that focuses on each part of the body on certain days followed by full body days too. The gym also has their custom scented soap in the bathrooms and showers which smells amazing and branded clothing to buy to represent the best gym in MIAMI!

The best gym! Always Good vibes, Very well maintained, very clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. also the equipment there is top of the line and unique. you dont find it in any gym. Hip thrust machine and the seated row machine are my favorites. Also love the outdoor area that i could take some weights and a mat outside and do a circuit workout with a beautiful ocean view. One last thing i want to mention is the big windows around the gym allows sunlight to enter and makes the feel of the place bright and energetic. 100% recommended!

This gym is amazing! It is very clean and the staff is very professional and friendly. Coaches Kimo, Nina, and Chris are great, very dedicated and attentive. They do care about your fitness progress and are willing to help you get better. They also know everybody’s name, which is cool. They enforce masks for everybody which makes you feel safe when working out. The classes are challenging and help you get better by the day. Each day of the week has a different class focus and some days you can get a full body workout. The gym has a lot of different types of machines and equipment available in addition to the classes.

I started coming to this gym on January 2nd this year & I haven’t stopped coming consistently. I haven’t been to a gym where I feel this welcomed & comfortable in a while. It’s equipped with some machines that I had never used before or missed from my GOLDS days. All of the staff is so friendly & also helpful. It’s also never so packed that it’s uncomfortable or inconvenient. It helps that it’s also 8 blocks from home. Chris Kimo & Edwin are awesome they’re always going out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of & took the time to get to know me by name, such great customer service. I feel good here & I won’t be going elsewhere! 10/10 recommend!

The equipment here is THE BEST, a lot of machines you won’t find anywhere else. It’s always clean, staff is friendly. The trainers are very knowledgeable, especially Edwin and Chris! All around one of the best gyms in Miami.

My experience being a member of Miami Strong Gym has been nothing less exceptional. The gym itself is spacious and furnished with new and state-of-the-art equipment. Everything in the gym is extremely clean and the staff is adamant that everyone takes the required safety precautions for COVID-19. The staff and trainers at Miami Strong are all friendly and helpful. Their customer service is impeccable and they go out of their way to make sure their members needs are being met.One of my favorite things about Miami Strong is the training experience. They offer a variety of group classes. The classes are definitely challenging, but the trainers are always there to assist anyone who may need a modification. Something noteworthy about the trainers (particularly Edwin, Vanessa, & Chris) is their positive energy and the support and encouragement they provide to their members. Whether I am taking a class or having a PT session with Edwin, I always know I am going to leave the gym in a great mood. The gym is super clean, and have all the best machines around, but If you like classes and wants a real burn I strongly recommend coach Kimo cardio class on Wednesday and Sunday . This is by far the BEST gym in the area! The Equipment is State-of-the-Art, everything is EXTREMELY CLEAN and they take all the precautions to ensure the experience feels as good as Equinox or any High end gym at a more affordable price.All of the staff is super nice and very knowledgeable, especially Mason, Chris and Edwin. Those 3 specially do care a lot about the client experience, are very transparent and do not hesitate to help you if needed. They are always reaching out to you, saying hi, they remember your name and they are always ensuring the areas are clean and safe. They recommend PT base on your goals but they are no pushy at all with it.The classes are amazing and one the highlights of the plan. They are very well structured and challenging.Overall I am very pleased with my membership and with the gym.

I found the front desk staff to be extremely helpful, they answered all our questions and were very friendly. We were able to get a tour of the gym, where they explained some of their more exciting pieces of equipment and even let me try them out. My fave gym by far. Management is always helpful and as someone who is very OCD and germaphobic (especially now) I love seeing that the members are very on top of cleaning the equipment and making sure the member are doing their part as well. Yesterday was my first time back in the gym since the start of COVID, and I must say, Miami Strong couldnt have made me feel more comfortable and safe. The gym itself is beautiful, with a large amount of free weights, machines, & cardio equipment. Their staff is very welcoming and clearly on top of ensuring that the gym remains as clean & safe as possible, while providing an optimal training experience.

In this gym, I used to work out. Their equipment was very structured and very clean. I thanked the coach who helped me to have a body that was physically fit. He is showing me the best ways to work out.

Best gym in miami!

Miami Strong truly hand selected the best Coaches for their classes. Edwin & Chris keep their workouts challenging, fun, and innovative. Their ability to make you feel like you’re getting individual attention is something I’ve never experienced in a workout class before. They pay special attention to form and motivate you to not quit. Not to mention, their music playlist is always fire! Lastly, their class area looks out to the beautiful bay and Miami Beach skyline. If that’s not a motivator, I don’t know what is.The facility is always clean and organized, their equipment is innovative & unique, large mirrors and plenty of personal space. Their outside patio area is a great feature for walking lunges, stretching etc if you enjoy getting some vitamin D during your workout.Overall, I’m so thankful for the opening gym. It truly has everything I’ve been looking for in a gym since I’ve moved to Miami 3 years ago. I highly recommend you get your membership while it’s hot because I have a feeling this gym is going to become very exclusive soon!

Thankfully Miami Strong is located in my building, as this is how I stumbled upon it! I totally recommend this gym to anyone looking for a private gym. You can tell that the owners and the trainers are educated and know their stuff. This is shown in the equipment they picked for the gym and in their classes and private training. Even their scale is state of the art as it gives you an InBody test result broken down to each body part! Chris my trainer has been great and each week I see the great results when we weigh in! I recommend Miami Strong wholeheartedly.
