Our son just graduated from his helmet today, and I must say, Dr. Holli Christner and her staff have been the most pleasant people to work with!!!! We had the BEST experience with this office. She is one of the nicest Doctors Ive ever met!It was scary and unwelcomed at first, the thought of our baby having to wear a helmet. But, with all the help, advice, availability and kindness this office gave us, it made the process smooth and easy.10/10 recommend this office and Dr. Holli! We are sad to leave but so happy our babies dome is round now!Thank you!! ❤️

I was really pleased with the service, respect and friendliness of the staff that I received. My personal technician (Melanie) was awesome! I went in for diabetic shoes and inserts and she went the extra mile to make sure that I was satisfied. I am grateful for the opportunity to have experienced such professionalism and courtesy; I would truly recommend Hanger Clinic to anyone.

Michael is very knowledgeable. He has really helped my daughter adjust to her scoliosis brace. He makes her feel comfortable.

I got custom orthotics and each visit didnt take very long from checking in and to leaving. Staff are very knowledgeable and are also very courteous. I had nice friendly interactions every visit. Staff wear masks

I had to get a custom orthotics for my foot/ankle. Went to get initial fitting in early December then final fitting in January. When I received my bill I noticed they billed everything in January knowing that if billed in January I would not have met my deductible for the new year. Very disappointed in how they do their billing because they could have billed everything in December with my initial fitting (according to a friend that used to work in medical billing). I gave two stars because everyone were very nice when I got my fittings.

I usually dont like going to any sort of doctor due to an aggregate of health issues; however, Hangar is fantastic! Their front staff provides great customer service and their clinicians are fantastic. They explain everything to me and make sure that I feel completely comfortable. There is little to no wait time and their staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Would recommend these ladies went above and beyond to get me fixed up and make sure i had what i needed to walk pain free wonderful bunch of people here professional and customer friendly looking out for the customer was always a winner in my book i woll be back thanks ladies.

Wow, what a difference between the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach locations. The staff at Pensacola, Stephanie and Janae in the office are fantastic and Adrianne the CPO is amazing. Her knowledge and professionalism are a welcomed change from Fort Walton Beach. I will be driving from Fort Walton to Pensacola for all my orthotic/prosthetic needs. They worked me in today to accommodate my need so now I will cancel the appointment I had for two weeks which was soonest the Fort Walton location could see me. BTW, I NEED MY BRACES TO WALK. FORT WALTON LOCATION MADE ME FEEL LESS OF A PERSON AND LIKE I DIDNT MATTER.Thank you so much again Pensacola Hanger clinic.

My family and I have been going to Hanger clinic for some time now and since day one the staff and clinicians have been professionally, friendly, and caring! My child loves the doctor and there is hardly any wait time. Highly recommend this office, you will not be disappointed with your experience and results!

I been going there since 1999 and the new boss lady is rude she wouldnt give me my records that i needed so i could go to a new clinic i can actually say i never had this much problems with hanger until i decided to leave hanger and go to Performance and now there just acting different about it.

I came in from out of state with a few simple requests. Nobody but the doctor was in the office. He brought me right into the back. I told him what was wrong and what I wanted. Once he found out it was a workmans comp case he wanted to redo everything my previous doctor did. I go back to the waiting room to fill out the paperwork. Waiting room was full. Two receptionists and I sat there for 15 minutes waiting just for them to hand me a paper to fill out. While sitting there looking at the other patients I noticed my prosthetic was 100xs nicer in looks and performance. I walked right out. Im trying to upgrade not downgrade. Sorry, but this is what I got and observed.

Our Dr is nice...but do not go here if your time is important. I have never gone there and had my sons appointment be on time. Standing in the waiting room now.... appointment was 30 minutes ago. Who knows when he will be seen. I have previously been put in a room 20 minutes after my sons appointment and then waited in there for 40 more minutes. Waiting this long is not exactly my favorite thing to do with a 1 year old.

I am new FL (originally from AZ) but no stranger to Hangar and their excellent customer service. I sought them about after my move and felt right at home with their patient, professional clinicians. They are the prompt and exceedingly knowledgable healthcare family of my dreams.

Staff was friendly and courteous, but service was very poor. My 13 year old son broke his humorous and after a visit to urgent care on Friday, he was prescribed an arm/shouldernb immobilizer. We phoned Hanger Clinic about 2:50 pm and they informed us that they had the needed mobilizer and I informed we were on our way. We arrived within 10-15 minutes. There were multiple people in the waiting room and we initially waited patiently. It is now 5:36 pm (they closed at 5:00), the medication has worn off, my son is in tears from pain, we have still not been seen, and its too late to go elsewhere, unless we want to wait until Monday. This would me my sons arm would not be properly immobilized over the weekend, placing him in danger of further injury. At no point, when we called, when we initially checked in, or when more information was requested, were we informed there would be a lengthy wait or even told we should have an appointment. No reassurance that they would be with us soon and no cocern/ empathy expressed for my son.

Adrianne and her staff were very knowledgeable and comforting along our journey together. My daughter needed a helmet to correct plagicolophy from torticolihsis. Lamens terms she had tight neck muscles leaving her to favor always sleeping and resting on one side. This caused the flattening of the back of her head which eventually caused one of her ears to move forward. We waited until month seven to begin our journey! Wish I would have captured the sixth month. Our journey together ended right before Anastasia turned one. LOVED Everything about the staff and more importantly our journey into growing the best little girl we can! Thank you again Adrianne Parker!!!

The staff was very deceitful and took advantage of me while I was eight months pregnant and in pain. They fitted me for a back brace and then afterwards told me my insurance wasn’t going to cover and that I owed them over a hundred dollars when I could have bought a similar brace on Amazon for $20. They were very rude when I called them back to talk about the bill and didn’t back down at all. Terrible, terrible service.

My young daughter is/was a patient at the Hanger Clinic in Pensacola. We are a military family and were referred to the Hanger Clinic.Since my daughter is a dependent and her corrective insoles are not covered by Tricare we pay out of pocket. Fast forward to today and we show up for our appointment and the lady at the front desk greets us and is aware of the appointment but then asks if my five year old is the active duty memeber. I said no and she told me it is out of pocket $360 maybe a little cheaper since its a child. I said I was aware of the out of pocket cost (not $360). Thirty minutes later she comes in and tells me that the only person that does my daughters type of orthotics is off today and since they didnt know what she needed until I brought the prescription, they wouldnt have booked me on a Friday. No one asked me what it was over the phone and honestly its a heel cup that fits in the shoe not a robot leg. They might fit me in no promises and I said fine.The the manager comes and gets me explains how far behind they are and she can see me in an hour to hour and a half. I took my prescription and left. Horrible service couldnt just admit they were behind or call me to reschedule. I will pursue having NHP change who they refer to.
