From the moment that you enter the office you are greeted and treated with lots of care. I went for a deep cleaning and the hygienist Glennis was really careful and cared if I was feeling comfortable. Overall this is great office and will definitely recommend it to people I know.

I dread going to the dentist but this doctor knows her stuff and is so gentle! She makes me feel at ease and she ensures I am comfortable at all times. After a Covid filled year I finally felt comfortable enough to go to the dentist. Now, forewarning getting an appointment isnt the easiest BUT after going to my first appointment I fully understood why. They are excellent. I usually persist when I see a place with hard to get appointments because it means quality & I was absolutely right. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted by the biggest mask smiles yep those smiles you can see shine through the masks. The reception area was clean, spread apart. I was seen quickly by the assistant which walked me into the examination room. It was very clean. She turned on the tv & I waited while she prepped everything for my xrays. The X-rays were done in the room & pretty much right when the images were taken in came Dr. Diaz . All the images were shown to me on the tv & she real time showed me my mouth & what I needed. Now what got me where I was sure I would be coming back was at no point did they try to make me feel bad for not coming to the dentist lately. She answered my questions, explained my treatment plan & never made me feel rushed. Then came in Jackie shes in charge of finances & she explained my whole treatment plan line by line, explained my prescriptions again. I felt the most comfortable Ive ever felt in a dentist office. Also, pricing was not bad. I HIGHLY recommend. Worth the wait !& I was able to easily make an appointment for a cleaning. I told the office I preferred an early appointment & they called me right when they got a cancellation. The hygienist Glennis was excellent. I am pretty much terrified of the dentist. She made me feel at ease. I told her areas I had sensitivity & she put extra numbing cream & would ask me if I was okay. She was excellent and detailed. I am very happy with the care I’ve received

Best dental office I have ever worked with. The dentist is amazing! Her assistants, the hygienist, the girls at the front desk all a pleasure to work with. I, like most people, dont like going to the dentist but I have always had a pleasant experience at Towncare Dental of London Square.

My complaint is less about the service or the staff in the office. Its about their accounting practice. I was owed a refund for just around $200 which they said could not be credited back to my card. They had to send me a check in the mail (seemed a bit antiquated in todays world). I should have received the check in early November 2020. Well we are now in March 2021, and Ive had all kinds of reasons and excuses but still no check. Now my calls are not being answered. I guess Ill be looking for a new dentist.

I have been seeing Dr. Vivian Diaz at Towncare Dental in West Kendall for over 7 years. She is hands-down The Best Dentist in Miami-Dade. She and her hygenist Tanya work so well together when they are working on my teeth its like a well-rehearsed dance, and Dr. Diaz is very calming, gentle, knowledgeable and thorough. She genuinely cares for the well-being of her patients instead of treating another patient like another cow in a cattle call. I truly hope Towncare Dental company realizes what an outstanding doctor and staff they have.

First time there last month, I love going to the dentist but I was the last one called despite me having an appointment and being one of the second ones there. My cleaning literally took about 5 minutes and it was so painful. I dont think Ill be going here again.

I took my son for a revision and X rays. I waited more than 1 hour, for the results of the x Ray and to be seen by the dentist, at the end I have to wait for another person to come and give me the estimate. At least we wait more than 2 hours, when I went to the front desk to see why they are talking so long, the receptionist told me that she is preparing the estimate but she wasnt preparing anything she was talking to another person more than half an hour. And the amount of money I have to pay for the cleaning and fixing his teeth are exorbitant and I have insurance. Not going again.

Everyone is super nice and they make you feel comfortable. They really take the time to answer all your questions. The oral surgeon, Dr. Hew, listens and speaks to you in a manner you can understand. I’m glad I found this office.

I have a huge fear of dental offices. After years of not going, I finally had to due to a cracked tooth that was hurting a lot. I went to Towncare Dental because they are in the same building where I work and had heard good things about their office. I was so scared but the whole staff made me feel at ease. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Diaz explained the procedures to me in detail and recommended oral sedation (pills) for the day of the procedures. The day I was scheduled for a tooth extraction, deep cleaning, and replacing some fillings, everything went so smoothly. To be honest, I can’t remember a lot of the day due to the heavy sedation, but the most important thing is I did not experience any pain at all during or after the procedures! I would highly recommend anyone to go see Dr. Diaz and her staff. You will not regret it! Thank you Dr. Diaz, Annie (the assistant) and everyone at Towncare Dental. You are all the absolute best!

Today A miracle took place at this office. Dr Vivian Diaz had previously evaluated my situation, since throughout the years i had 3 crowns placed on molar 14 with many complications. Another dentist I had seen said it had to be extracted and replaced with an implant. Very costly! I prayed! searched and found Dr. Diaz, she said she would try to save the molar. Today, she did it! She is honest, caring and very gifted. It did not hurt, it was complicated. I am very grateful. The staff is very caring, Darlene did my cleaning in my first visit with warmth! Michelle assisted me in getting my financing and did all the leg work I appreciated it! Tania assisted the Dr with my surgery with attention to my concerns. Thank you ALL!

Second review on outcome of miracle procedures made by Dr Diaz on my visit of August 22, to save and heal my #14 and 15 back molars. I had been recently told by another dentist that implants had to be placed in those areas and Dr Diaz (second opinion dentist) diagnosed them and said she can fix problem and infection. She did and today I got my 2 new crowns with her assistant Anie, whom was caring and concern for me! Thank you once again! My trust in your Dr Diaz and staff has been rewarded!

Be very careful with this center !! They tell you that your complete treatment costs you a price and it turns out that it is a lie to charge you more than it really is, they make you a quote supposedly with all the treatment, they charge you and they make you sign only half of the treatment for when you return to keep charging you, they use lying techniques to charge more, and the treatments do not end already paid, they are scammers !! Be very careful with these people !!!!

I DO NOT ever recommendCall the dental office, because they have a promotion and Cleaning X-ray $ 89.00,After the Dr give me a diagnosis, I go to the office, Ms., which makes the payment plan of treatment, I said, I have to make myself an intermediate cleaning that costs $ 365. 00 independent of the x-ray; I explained that no, we want to become the normal cleaning; You answer me, hes sorry, but he can not be, must be middle or deep cleaning, one of those two, but regular no, I do cleaning normally every 6 months in another dental office, it is this place it is first and last.He was well intransigent, I said, I feel cheated.
