I am not the kind of person that does reviews, but I felt the necessity to do this one since I cannot believe people like these work in healthcare. I have a lot of things to say about this place, the most important and crucial to us patiens is that the doctor is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Honestly I do not understand how he is a doctor, he lacks a lot of the characteristics that profession entails. The manager, Claudia is a very rude person, she is lost and has no idea how to treat patients or how to explain treatment. Please be aware that you will not recieve genuine care. These people only care about making money and do not care about customer service. I highly advise going to another Dental office, there are many in Miami that offer great prices and great customer service.

Staff are very professional and pleasant to talk to. They provide a full explanation of your dental health allowing patient to ask questions and voice their concerns. The office is very clean, easy to access, and there is plenty of parking spaces. Staff is flexible accommodating your needs to schedule appointment. Also, office is equipped with necessary equipment and patient visit is conducted in individual rooms.

Horrible experience! The front desk girl Claudia is rude and has zero customer service. She also opened a loan under my name without my signature or consent. The doctor is very nice and I feel bad that services can not be done. As long as that receptionist is there I will never walk in that door again. Complete trash 👎🏻

Absolutely pleased and satisfied with the great service provided. Staff is super courteous and detailed. The dentist was great and patient. Kids were very happy, they had such bad experiences at the previous dentist we went too. Looks like the whole family will be staying with Dr. Valiente!

I was charged for full services ($6800 + insterest) through CareCredit and only a tooth was pulled and a cleaning rest of work was never done. When I went for my next appt. lady at counter said I had to pay for there was no more money showing on my account as credit. I am still paying for it. Doctor knows how to work, but I have a very low opinion of their accounting tactics. That is called stealing patients money. My file supposedly got lost, so I was never allowed to get copy. I am stuck with the debt, but doctor did never completed the work.

I am facing this clinic. I thought I was never going to get my smile back. Doctor Valiente advised me the best treatment to guarantee the best results and to try to keep my own teeth. The employees are very nice and familiar. I recommend this office 200% very very satisfied with my results.

They told me I had 7 cavities, I had no discomfort or pain. When I seek a second opinion at a clinic with much more technology, it turns out that I only had 2. Not on top of that they overcharged the insurance and the girl who attends, told my husband that this was not his problem, that it was them with the insurance. I do not recommend it at all!
