The best dental clinic in Miami! I received excellent care from all the staff, especially Dr. Ailyn and Mrs. Jeanette, who perfectly explained my treatment plan and the coverage of my plan! The best thing is that on the same day of the evaluation, they could do the cleaning for me, when there are other clinics that have to schedule a different appointment. I 100% recommend this clinic!

I called having an emergency and they were able to fit me in immediately. As soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly by the girls in the front. Dr Tydir is a very good dentist, her assistant as well. The girls in the front answered all my questions about my teeth, Janet especially she is very informative. I brought in my mother for her appointment and I have to say that the office is very nice. My mother has never been happy anywhere she goes because of her nerves. I met with Dr Tydir and she is incredible she is a very compassionate doctor. Janet treats us as if we were part of her family, she made my mother feel so comfortable. She explained everything I detail. Both her and Tania are very professional. We will be back!

Dr. Tydir is amazing! I am one of those people that hates to go to the Dentist and avoid it till it cant be avoided any longer. I distrust doctors in general and have been to this place twice in a year The first time l went never left a review because l wanted to wait snd see on a job they did almost in an emergency basis (tooth broke and l needed a crown which they did an excellent job for me.I read some people complaining about charges but realize that if my gums arent healthy a deep cleaning will not cost me as much as a regular cleaning would, which ANA my hygienist is so amazing about it. The staff is friendly and they inform me clearly anything, including charges and let you decide.I went went yesterday for a regular check up and l was the one who requested services, they never told me l needed anything because my teeth are good.I already recommended them to two people since yesterday.Great place l finally trust... ❤

Wonderful dental hygienist. My gums are always a problem but she did a terrific job. Never fun to go to the dentist, but if you want to save your teeth, this is the place to go.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were able to find me same day appointment as I was in pain. Very punctual too. The doctor scheduled me for a procedure I needed within 2 days. Great experience with this office. Would recommend them to any of my friends.

I would not recommend this place to anyone, went there couple weeks ago for a check up then was supposed to call back and when I did they told me that I never came there and did anything or have any paper work for me

One of the worst doctor/office experiences I’ve had. Went in in October for a cleaning and a consultation to get braces. Was given a “deep cleaning” in which I was charged over $100(to pay out of pocket) which id never done before at a dental office. Was set to get Invisalign and it’s been a back and forth with the office telling me the request was denied but it’s been denied because they haven’t provided the info the insurance company needs. I’ve called several times and keep getting the answer they’ll look into it or call the insurance company and nothings been done. I’ve been waiting since October! Finally decided to find another orthodontist. Absolutely frustrating and so unprofessional to not update your patients or call them back when you said you would.

10 dollar per visit ppe fee(see photo added). If they see 50 people a day, thats 500 for ppe masks per day which seems excessive. I take my son to a different dentist that does not charge ppe fees. Schedule a 10am appointment with Dr, expect to wait 30 to 50minutes to be seen by the Doctor. Service once rendered is fine, just inefficient use of time.

As a first time patient, I was disappointed with the additional charge of $10 for a required shield the professional service offices should implement to do business in the State and fee was added to the visit bill as an “unspecified preventive” procedure. The amount represents 25% of the total charge. I have been at other doctor’s’offices and I have not paid this extra charge in any other medical facility. If all patients seen daily are paying for the additional fee, the dental office is making an unethical profit from patients.

If I could give more stars, I would. I called them as an emergency brand new patient. The first person I spoke to was Janice. She was sweet, kind and extraordinarily patient as I told her my long story. There was one appointment available that day & she immediately gave it to me. I went in and the entire staff was just as sweet, understanding, empathetic and warm as the next. The doctor was amazing. He actually listened to what I had to say. Never interrupted or spoke over me. What I wound up needing was an extraction because the last dentist I saw caused a fracture in the tooth, almost to the bone. Then, the best part, I went to pay my bill expecting many 100 S and it was less than what I spend on my 2 daughters when we go shopping. All I can say is, if your insurance is accepted at this dentists office, I more than highly recommend you give it a try. They have changed my life for the better& that is NOT a overstatement!!!!

My appointment was at 1pm for a regular teeth cleaning. At 3pm I got so upset with having waited 2 hours I told them I need to reschedule. I was told the doctor was going to be right with me, after TWO HOURS waiting. It was unacceptable.I had pain in a molar and didnt know if it was a cavity or my braces moving the tooth. The doctor couldnt tell if it was a stain or the beginning of a cavity, but for safe measure i was to schedule a visit to replace a filling (she had put in herself 2 years prior) and clean the stain. I wanted to wait until my next cleaning since the doctor couldnt even tell what it was, and the women at the front desk told me I need to take care of it ASAP cause it would get worse and I could need a root canal... in the next 3 months. A root canal, from something the own doctor couldnt even tell what it was.My sister stopped coming here because of the lies she was told to keep squeezing money out of her, and the ridiculous wait time for SCHEDULED appointments. I should have listened to her. Save your time, your money and go somewhere they value your time and are honest with you.

Since my 1st filling at age 6, continuing with Dentists in Chicago, Dallas and now Miami(since 1985), I have witnessed the most agile dexterity from Dr. Ailyn Silvestry, DDS, and her Nurse Assistant Gladys. As they both worked on my teeth, I witnessed experience, care, lots of care, and explanation of what they were doing as they both worked in unison. I came home and there is absolutely NO PAIN! I strongly recommend the entire team, yes, they are all a very positive, experienced team. I do give them 5 (*****) stars.

I hadn’t been to a dentist for a few years and this office was recommended by a friend. The staff knew I was anxious and they did a great job trying to make me feel relaxed. And the hygienist was so thorough and gentle. Overall it was a pleasant experience for being at the dentist. I highly recommend this practice.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Full disclosure... Im writing this review on behalf of my wife, who does not have a Google account, but when I saw her return from her appointment in tears, I needed to let everyone know why. My wife has an immaculate set of teeth. She cleans, flosses & rinses, at least 3 times a day. She doesnt need regular check-ups, but she goes anyways, twice a year, every year, because her insurance covers it. The main issue here is that these people always try to charge for services, that she doesnt need. When they suggested a deep cleaning for almost $300, she went to the MD College, where the Dental Hygienist Students learn, and paid only $20 for the same cleaning. She was informed by the dentist at her next visit to Dental Associates, 6 months later, that they did a wonderful job, and her mouth was in excellent health. Nevertheless, they suggested an additional treatment, that was not covered by her insurance, but contacted her Insurance Provider anyways, to cover some of those costs, for a cleaning that was not necessary. They did not inform her of what was going on, while she waited for over an hour, and then refused to do the standard, bi-annual cleaning, that was covered, due to Liability??? She wasted 90 minutes, had no service done, got to work late, and we still got a bill for $23. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, considering they didnt do a damn thing, except waste her time, then charge her for it.

Dental Associates of Kendall is definitely a place I would recommend. It’s important for me to feel comfortable with the dentist, but it is also very important for me to feel comfortable with the entire staff. When I visited recently for the first time, I felt comfortable, welcomed, and taken care of by everyone who worked there. Dr. Tydir was easy to talk to and she made me feel extremely at ease. I also felt confident in her abilities. Very important in a doctor. Similarly, I was given excellent care by Mabel and Esther. I can’t say enough good things about how they treated me. Additionally, Janet and the rest of staff were equally friendly. I always felt welcomed and the staff seemed happy to be there. The office was full of patients at the time of my visit, but I did not have to wait long. I will definitely return and I do recommend this dentist office.

Ive been fearing going to a dentist for a years now until I decided to try Dental Associates. The staff was more than welcoming. Its as if they have known me forever. The office manager Kendra, eased my concerns & even became BFFs with my little daughter that accompanied me. Dr. Tydir was great & comforting. The best!! My hygienist, Esther, had the best hands. The hygienist is knowledgable, wonderfully kind, and always sharing good tips. I came today to do my cleaning and I must say that the entire experience was phenomenal! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the staff, Kendra, Nicole, with such warm smiles; and they are willing to accommodate to your schedule. My cleaning was done by Ana, she is absolutely, positively marvelous. She took her time, made me feel at ease, and was so tender, making sure I wasnt uncomfortable or in pain. I am all about patient satisfaction, and the entire team at Dental Associates of Kendall have truly exceeded my expectations! I’ve been coming to this office for about two years and I have loved my experience. Going to the dentist is usually not an enjoyable experience, but with Esther as my dental hygienist, I have looked forward to my teeth cleanings. She is gentle and explains as she is cleaning your teeth. The first time I went to her, I asked her to please use the numbing cream but she insisted for me to allow her to try without it. I was in awe that I didn’t need it! I had always used it at my previous dentist. I now always request her because of her sweet, tender and patient demeanor. (I haven’t tried any of the other hygienists but they also look just as sweet and patient.)As for the doctor’s, they are also very good and will explain any questions you may have. I actually asked the doctor to please explain to me what a cavity looked like and they took the time to do so, even using a special camera.The billing in this office is done by the office manager who always treats her clients with the utmost respect. I appreciated that she sat me down and explained how much a cavity filling was going to be according to my insurance. Not many dental offices do that. Dental work is expensive, but at least they DO NOT blindside you here.Overall, this will be my go to dentist unless my insurance no longer covers it, or I move out of area.

Great dental office. I would particularly like to acknowledge my hygienist, Ana. She is caring, gentle, and takes the time to make sure each tooth is in perfect shape. I particularity like her attention to detail and how she understands how helpful it is to have the oral numbing. She also gives good and realistic advice for my needs. I went for a dental cleaning. I paid out of pocket for $30 due to no insurance. It is not a bad price. Ive been to others where they charged more and tried to up the price by recommending something unnecessary. Usually the wait is long but it doesnt deter me from this dentist. The Disney World of dentistry! A great experience from start to finish and beyond. The receptionists are great; everyone is helpful. I have been coming to this practice for close to 20 years and Ive always been treated well. They know you like family and they understand when emergencies come up. I have been going to this office for years and it is truly a pleasure from the moment you walk in up until the moment you leave. I fixed my chipped front tooth with her and as a young woman I am very picky about the appearance of my teeth, I was incredibly pleased with her work, she was so patient and she didnt stop until she knew I absolutely loved my smile. Esther is my hygienist and I can almost guarantee that her meticulousness is unmatched, I walk out feeling brand new every time. Ive also noticed that the manager, Kendra, always goes above and beyond to make sure that your questions are answered and you are satisfied with your visit. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Ana the Dental Hygienist is the best! Not only does she take excellent care of your teeth, she also makes you feel so comfortable while you’re in her chair. The staff at Dental Associates of Kendall is absolutely wonderful. Ive been coming here for years and they are always professional, courteous, and friendly. Its a joy to come here for my check ups and cleanings, the office is clean and they do a thorough job.

Dr. Tydir has been a God sent to me! I know she has a lot of patients, but she has a personal touch and always goes above and beyond the call. Treats me like a close personal friend! Called for an emergency visit for an incredibly horrific tooth ache. Janet was super helpful and they were able to squeeze me in right away. Everyone in the office was great and I’m definitely planning on being a long time patient and preventing what happened this morning from ever happening again.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff is amazing and incredibly kind. Dr. Tydir, Mabel and everyone else are fantastic. I’m a teenager that obviously does not love going to the dentist but they make it smooth and easy. I refuse to go anywhere else and everyone in my family feels the same. Thank you to all the staff for being so nice to me!!
