Been using them for years and have always been happy with them. They offer a great dental cleaning plan for those who do not have dental insurance which is great for me. Good prices, friendly staff and they are not pushing things down you throat every time you come in like other dentists. Highly recommended in my opinion

This is by far the best dental office anywhere. From the moment you walk through the door for any and all procedures the whole staff is courteous friendly make you feel completely comfortable. If youre nervous or scared they will calm you down and make you feel like your with family and in a safe environment. The office staff just takes you as an individual and every case gives you 100% of their attention. If youre going to see the Dental Hygienist that is a relaxing very professional. The young lady who is the Hygienist there is completely friendly and knowledgeable, she takes care of your every need very fast and in a gentle and professional way. When you go see the Dentist you will by far be totally surprised at their soft caring attitude. Theyre are knowledgeable in every procedure. The Doctors will ensure that once you are done everything will be perfect for you and you are 100% satisfied with the whole experience. I would highly recommend the entire dental staff especially Dr. Adrian Gonzalez, my doctor, he will make sure you understand everything, know everything thats about to happen, and show you exactly where and what if anything is wrong. His professional demeanor is by far one of the best if not the best I have ever seen as a Doctor, Dentist, and a human being. He is an extremely caring individual and you would be unbelievably fortunate to have him as your doctor. I highly recommend the Otero Dental Center if youre looking for a dental practice that cares and is by far the BEST!!!

I did my research on Dr. Antonio Otero, and I was impressed. He specializes in cosmetic dentistry which is exactly what I was looking for. I recently visited his office and quickly became convinced that he is the right dentist for me, my husband and my family. From the moment you meet him he makes you feel at ease, and he explains everything in detail. He is a very respectful, compassionate and professional individual who treats everyone with the utmost kindness. Dr. Otero and his staff are simply amazing. Lucy, Idania, and all the staff contribute to make your visit a great experience, and you feel like you have known them for years. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Otero to anyone looking for a great dentist in a family type atmosphere.

This dental office has some of the most special people I’ve ever met working there. I am a very nervous patient, especially when going to the dentist so I made them aware of this and they made sure to make me as comfortable as possible. The receptionist is always so friendly and welcoming; when it came time to get my bad moler pulled (I was terrified) she explained everything and assured me there would be no pain. Adrian Gonzalez was my doctor and I have honestly never met anyone so pleasant in my life, he’s funny, made jokes to get my mind off of everything, I was laughing so much, he replaced the need for laughing gas. I absolutely recommend this office and I wholeheartedly recommend Adrian. I went into this completely terrified and left with a smile on my face.

I have visited Dr Gonzalez at the West Kendall location and have had a great experience. Though the wait time is not ideal, he takes the time to listen to my questions and I feel confident under his care. I recommend Otero Dental and Dr. Adrian Gonzalez to anyone who wants a pleasant dental experience.

Today I went to along with my mom to this dental office and i am out for words. What an amazing service, everyone so family oriented and friendly and just feels like home. The hygienist and her assistant left me in shock on how family oriented and welcoming they are they are amazing I highly recommend this clinic awesome expierence.

Outstanding place to have dental work done. The staff here are very professional and welcoming. Im very knit picky when it comes to dental work. Ive gone through five different dental offices because of things like: rude staff, impatient and simingly $$$ hungry, out dated equipment, and the list goes on. I recently chipped a tooth, so I decided to give them a call and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day.I was informed about what was to take place and asked if I was ok with everything.The procedure was quick and painless which is a huge plus for me. After my experience at Otero dental I think I have finally found the best practice in South Florida. Thank you Otero for meeting and exceeding my expectations.

I dont recommend DDS to anyone. I went in for a normal checkup and to clean my teeth and the dentist that checked my teeth told me that I had four cavities and scheduled me to fill them. It was my first time visiting a dentist btw so I didnt know that he had to show me the cavities which he didnt, he just told me to come back another day to get them filled. When I went to get them filled I had to wait 35 min before going inside with an appointment. When I went inside the dentist started drilling me without any anestesia. It started hurting so I asked him if he was going to numb me and he said that it was a simple procedure and that I didnt need anestesia. This was my first time getting a cavity filled so I just endured the pain until he finished and he said to come back after two months because he didnt close two of my cavities because they might be a root canal. When I went back after two months I went with my mom because I told her about my experience and she told me that he had messed up by not numbing me. Again I had to wait like 30 min for them to see me and when the dentist finally called me he immediately got the drill and told me to open my mouth without even explaining anything so I started asking him questions and he started getting annoyed to the point were he started insulting me and my mom. He said that I was anxious and that I needed to see a therapist and raised his voice. I got up and told him that I didnt need to take that from him and I left with him still screaming at me. After that I called my medical insurance company and placed a claim because he hadnt even sealed my molars and I just had them opened. The woman that helped me sent me to another dentist and when they went they took plaques and the man said that my molars were swollen because of what the other dentist had done. When I showed him the plaque that they took in Oteros dental which was just one plaque where you couldnt even see if I had cavities, the new dentist told me that you cant do anything with that plaque and he couldnt believe that that was the only plaque they took. Before I went to Otero Dental I never had any pain on my molars or anywhere. The dentist didnt even show me the cavities and now I have to wait 2 years for my molars to not be swollen so that the new dentist can see if I really have a cavity or if he just made that up. He made me suffer through a cavity filling without using anestesia and after he finished I remember him laughing and sarcastically telling me its ok, the torture is over and laughing. I honestly dont recommend this dentistry place to anyone. It was a traumatic experience for me and I just thought that people should know about it. I didnt know the name of the dentist that did this because he didnt even introduce himself or explain anything, but I checked their site and his name is Dr. Adrian O. Gonzalez.

They schedule appointments according to the best schedules of parents and patients, always with a smile they give you the confidence and explanation necessary to obtain the best and most appropriate services according to the needs of patients. Doctor Oteros clinics are the best in Miami in terms of ATTENTION, STAFF and SERVICE! Starting with the hygienist who is a persons heaven. Every time I have to do a cleaning, I do not hesitate twice to go shop with Siri, she is a professional in what she does, and the treatment she provides to all her patients is extremely extraordinary! Me and my husband always take care of her and our experiences have always been more than positive! Dr. Adrian is also excellent! He is very kind, talented and it shows that he is good at what he does. This clinic is FULL of PURE PROFESSIONALS! I recommend it 100%

Honestly I have never felt so comfortable in a dental chair since I began to be a patient of this wonderful staff. I have always been a very helpful person and I found there the security I needed to take care of my mouth. Since you entered the treatment is wonderful, the Sweetness and the kind way of addressing you from the girls of the Front Desk is unmatched.The providers are extremely professional, friendly and with an excellent treatment, they know how to reach the patient and offer confidence and security in their treatments, my particular experience was treated by Dr Honzalez who is a love of person. The excellent Hygiene area !!!!! ... The hygienist Siuri Castilla is an excellent professional with a very sweet attitude, very confident when talking to the patient and explaining what you really need.He has silk hands and a very nice charisma.Always clean, groomed and smiling ..... Overall an extremely reliable place for anyone who would recommend to 100%
