I am very happy with the services I received at Resolutions Made Easy! They are very professional and responsive. I got excellent results and all my negative accounts were deleted from my credit report. I highly recommend this company!

I paid a $1000 for a contract and was promised about 10 items deleted off my credit. I was promised that all the big delinquent accounts I had were going to be deleted. Once my credit papers started coming in I saw only the small items deleted. I re ran my credit and pay $150 twice & never saw a difference on my credit. I called the office and spoke to Lindsey & her assistant and they kept telling me the bureaus were backed up ref COVID, till this day I never received any other information from the bureau or resolutions made easy. Definitely a waste of money. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I paid for their services 800 dollars they were quick to take payment but since payment I haven’t received an e mail or a phone call for any update and when I call it’s always I’ll get back to you but never anything.

I started with Resolutions Made Easy Credit Repair at the end of January this year. My credit score was a 510, 539, 598. Today in April and it went up over a 100 points. 619, 635 and a 669. I couldnt be happier. in less than a couple of months i have truly seen results. I cant wait for the next couple of months when hopefully i can be in the 700s. I really didnt think this was possible and i am now a true believer in credit repair. I cant wait to get my truck.

I had a 14k medical bill. They kept sending me letters and i was so worried that I was going to get sued. Not really knowing about credit repair I spoke to Lynnslie and she eased my worries and took care of it. I have not received any more letters and thanks to her it never came out on my credit. This company rocks! I thought my credit was done! I would walk around the rest of my life as the guy with terrible credit, not the case, when I was referred to Ralph and his staff he told me they could fix it with minimal money out of my pocket. Beware!!!! These people just take your money just like all the other credit repairs. My husband and I were trying to buy a house and his credit was too low so someone recommended a man named Alex to fix his credit. Huge mistake!!! This man was quick to take our money and then disappeared. We would call the office to try to get a hold of him and they will ALAWYS give us the run around.Then out of nowhere they sent us a letter stating that we completed our services. Yet, nothing was done but a few dispute letters that they submitted but were never followed up with, and i know this because just recently I got letters from credit cards stating that they were closing the disputes because information was never provided to them. His credit score only went up 10 points😠😠😠 which I dont believe it was worth $500 .Please dont waste your time or your money on these people. Also, dont believe the other reviews saying that these people are wonderful, ALL lies!!!

Trust me, I would not refer my source of business to just anyone and I can confidently refer any customer or friend knowing they will be in great hands!

Worst experience... all their reviews are fake, they are all Facebook friends of Lynslye and Ralph check them out, they charge you $750, and they forget about you, never a follow up, never any mail, when you call them they are never available or out of town... scam written all over, some of my ID theft issues were erased because of the debt age, and they took credit for it, when Equifax sent me a letter stating it was erased due to the years delinquent... Ralph took my case when one of their employees forgot about my case... Ralph took it, to forget about it... never could reach him ever again... he was always out, BEWARE, all their reviews are friends on Facebook, or family, do your own research, I got proof. Will take them to court, for damages.
