My car was super dirty before I came in and i’m surprised by how clean it is now! Alain and Anup went into heavy detail by cleaning my rims carefully and blowing out any dirt from the inside of my car. Definitely coming back and the price was not bad for all the work they did. :)

I paid for a platinum wash, but it didnt feel like I got platinum. I think the deluxe would have been good enough. Otherwise, the staff is excellent and friendly. The facility is nice and clean. They are also pretty quick.

I have been taking my car for years but I think I need to find another place the kas 3 times they have done a shabby job the interior has not been clean properly the doors not dry wheels not clean unfortunately the cuality has gone down I hope they change and improve i really used to like the place and used to recommend it to anyone is a pity 😕 😢

Absolutely no care. They hardly vacuumed my car. Don’t waste your money coming here. You’re better off going through a gas station car wash or doing it yourself.

I wish I could give this place a 0 stars. $30 for a machine to wash the outside and for them to pass a rag on my dash board. I ended up passing a wet napkin over my steering wheel and doors and it was black! Not to mention employees are extremely inappropriate towards customers. Terrible.

I wrote my name on a dirt mark after they washed it and I kindly ask the man to please go over the area again.. he said that it was clean.. I had to wipe it off in front of him. Next time I will just wash the car myself. This place is a Rip off ! Im not saying any names cause people need jobs.

Not necessarily a bad place to go to but kind of a mixed experience. Car comes out nice I suppose. Staff can be a bit pushy and weird at times and one time I ended up with a staff members pocket knife on my passenger seat. Guess it fell out of their back pocket while cleaning the windows(?) Regardless, havent found it necessary to come back for a long time now.

I wish I could rate this -5 stars. Do not go there! I went for the first time yesterday, and asked for a Gold Cleaning and it felt like I just put my car through those gas stations car washes. They asked me what air freshener I liked and they didn’t even put it. Also, I recommend you pay with cash, I woke up this morning with high charges in my account, after using my debit card with them.... DO NOT GO THERE!

Dont bother paying for vacume. They do a very poor job. They only vacume the floors. Didnt even bother moving the booster seats to vacuum so it was pointless. Windshield still dirty and interior was not dusted/cleaned. Paid $25 + $5 tip for a vacume and drive through carwash. Thank God I didnt buy the 3 car wash deal. First time customer. Definitely last time customer. Wish I could add pictures.

I really like this place. Bought the coupon book some time ago for a better deal and they never expire. They are thorough, professional and well organized. Even the bathrooms are nicely maintained as is the drinking water fountain. Not sure why some folks don’t like it. It’s convenient, reasonably priced, clean, efficient and the car comes out clean and dry.

The car wash is rather quickly and ineffective for the price charged. I am very much disappointed. They are truly a machine of washing cars without reading what the client wants. If you want your car sparkling clean and shiny this IS NOT the place. You need to go to a hand car wash place where you pay $20 and give $10 as a tip. Not $60 and $5. AVOID!

For a quick service yes worth it.. however regardless of which service you purchase you are always going to leave with dirty windshield and dirty windows.. maybe if they get clean rags.. other than that is ok....youll understand the 3 stars when you are driving and night and see that dirty windshield... its a very big deal..

Great place to pamper your car!I avoid the gas station car washes like the plague. The ones with the spinning rubber brushes are hard on the finish and exterior trim and the touchless ones dont get all of the dirt and then seal it in if you get the wax addition.The people at this car wash work hard to make sure your car is absolutely clean. It starts with a thorough vacuum of the interior seats and floors followed by your choice of fragrance sprayed on the interior.Then the car goes through the automated system that uses very gentle swinging things that are sort of like chamois.At the end of the cleaning, they wipe down (and Armorall the interior if you choose the option) as well as dry and clean all windows and mirrors.My car looks brand new every time it is cleaned there.They also offer hand washing and waxing services should you desire that as well.They also offer a coupon book which you purchase for a flat price and then you have coupons to use that are prepaid and save you $$$ off of the regular price - its a good value. The cash register area is chocked full of different gadgets and scented sprays for the car.Though I do tip well, the employees NEVER make you feel like you are obligated to tip - their attitude is that they are there to clean the car and keep the customer happy.I highly recommend trying this car wash. It has been a fixture in the area for over 40 years, which I think says a great deal about the way they do business with the public.

Spent $30 on a car wash and my windows were not cleaned in the inside, dirt not cleaned off on the outside, vacuum was insufficiently done. Very disappointed. I have been coming here for years and they used to do a great job. Very disappointed and won’t be coming back.

I went in expecting a $7 car wash because that’s what was advertised. All I wanted was exterior because my car was already cleaned inside. The guy who gives the ticket of your order was not there so I continue driving and drop my car. I go to pay and tell the lady there that I would like the $7 exterior car wash. She explains I need a ticket and told her I never got one. Not even 45 seconds after I drop my car off I go outside and ask them for a ticket and the worker there said “oh now you want exterior only, after we vacuumed.” It’s been a minute and they barely started. I said to myself okay fine, I’ll take a full on car wash for $15.The “vacuum” was dreadful, the mats were out of place, it was not vacuumed at all. I am only giving 2 stars because the exterior was actually done well.Terrible service and terrible inside job. I would only “maybe” recommend the exterior.

Less than average car wash. This car wash is run by (I’m assuming) low-paid employees who don’t really care about giving your car a good wash. There’s so many employees that there’s no motivation to excel in their job and hope for a good tip since it gets split so many ways. I’ve had about 10 washes here, thinking it would get better and it hasn’t. My most recent experience left a fart-filled aroma (not body odor, it was a fart) from the worker that drove my car out of the wash. I’m not sure if I got that special scent of a gift in my car because they didn’t see me leave a tip in the box, but that shouldn’t matter anyway. I am trying to be realistic about my review with 2 stars because the car wash machine does a good job lol they can get rid of the employees though and save a lot of money.

Dont bother coming here unless you enjoy wasting your money and your time. They expect their customers to pay at least $100 in order for them to do their jobs decently. Youd be better off cleaning your car with a rag and some water than with these swindlers.In addition, I wouldnt trust any of these good reviews. Weird customer serviceRefuse to provide an estimates justified this because i am an Uber driver, he said i have to pay first, he was a car wash worker who said that in an angry face which scared me. i parked the car to go to ask for the estimates by the front desk, he followed me and start speaking Spanish that i understand what he said to the lady: if we give him an estimates he we will get paid from Uber and he don’t will come to do the car wash.i was surprised and choked with his attitude, he has the time and energy to do so for person who didn’t knew?!Business owners be advised.This is not allowed attitude, this is a discrimination which is extremely prohibited by the law in this country

I paid 30$ for the gold wash for my car to come out of there like someone had rinsed off my car with a hose. Wiped my fingers on my rims to have black dirt all over it. The whole center console was still dirty as if no one paid any mind to it. I had to speak to a Manager to get things done right. Thank you Leslie, but you guys need better staff if you’re going to consider yourselves a car wash company.

Very polite staff, but sloppy, and through the nose expensive unless you pre-pay for 3 washes up front. It was over $24 for what seemed a basic wash, a spritz of air freshener, and included the “tire shine” which is essentially just a guy running a brush with a bit of solution over your tire. I did not realize the yellow ticket given to me by cashier was the validation of the tire shine, and I almost drove off without getting that paid-for service performed. (The “tire shine” is $6 as stand-alone; that’s absurd). Plus, I added $2 tip to my order, and with taxes, I think it was like $28 for not much more than a $10 car wash at a gas station, but with shiny tires and somebody else vacuumed the inside. Why the candid review? Sign on street advertises “$7 car wash”, which must be one day every four years, during a hurricane downpour.

The machine works wonder, the staff is friendly but need to pay attention to detail. We paid for inside and out and all the inside consisted of was one guy getting in the front seat and just move the rag a little here and there. Super over priced!

Took the car in to get steam cleaned. They had my car for 8 hours. When I got the car, the seats were still soaked. They dont have a way to dry the seats. Never offered a refund even after I asked. Spent the next few days trying to dry the seats to avoid mildew. Stay away from this place.

I stopped for the $7 car wash and was immediately upsold to a $19 car wash. I was pressed for time so I said sure lets just knock it out RIGHT. I went inside the lady on the inside was trying to upsel me a $70 membership. I said maybe next time..the Employees are great. Wash was great. I just feel I got hustled for paying $19 for a car wash and it DID NOT include a tire shine!Total rip off.Ill be going to the gas station carwash next time.

I paid for the gold wash cause my car really needed it but what I paid for and what I got got was such a huge disappointment. They didn’t even put tire shine on the car and I have finger smudges in the inside of my car and my rims are still dirty. I have a stick shift car and I offered to drive it through the machine and these kids stalled twice and found it a joke. Definitely that last time I go back. Terrible quality.

You get what you pay for. Outside looks just ok. As far as interior, I still see dirt and crumbs. Ive been coming here for the last couple years and Ive realized that I can be happy with this level of service as long as it is cheap. This is only slightly better than a drive thru carwash at the gas station. I fully expect to do the rest of the work when I get home... shine the tires, using tuff stuff spray to clean upholstery, wipe rainx on the windshield... Ive come to grips that I cant be cheap AND expect top notch service. If I ever wanted better than basic Id take my car somewhere else because the employees dont exactly seem motivated.

This is one of the worst car washes Ive ever been to. I basically had to go home and redo the whole thing. They vacuumed my car twice and still could not get it right. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
