I have been taking my car for years and never had a issue until today. So I took my car and they told me a 1.5 to 2 hours. When the 2 hrs were up and no call they came to me and told me they were closed…. I get that they are busy but why take my car and make me wait close to 2 hours if your not going to wash. I could of taken that time to find somewhere else to go and get my car cleaned. Very disappointed in the service today.

Ive been here a couple times and each time the service has been awesome. Quick turnaround, but the job is always done very well. Never had any issues with my vehicle not being cleaned thoroughly.

My sister swears by the place, drives so far from her home to get her car cleaned. However, in my opinion, the surroundings look poorly maintained and unclean. Seems like just another car hand-wash service.

I go here at least once a month. Never had a single complaint about the work or its results. Always clean and shiny.

My favorite car wash spot in Kendall. The car was cost $15 ($20 for SUV), the wash is all hand done, no machines. I get my car wash here religiously at least once a month. As a note, on weekends be prepared for a car wash wait of 2 hours, I usually just drop my car off and pick it up later as I live 2 min away.

Hit or miss depending on person who washes car. The guys who’ve been there a while are really good for $15/car. The new people leave water spots and smears on windows. I’ve been coming for years and last few washes have been subpar. Good customer service.

I have been a customer here for a year. And the truth is that they clean the cars quite well. Although now prices have risen.It has only 2 bad things 1- they take a long time 2- THE SEATS IN THE WAITING AREA ARE TORTURE !! Some super uncomfortable benches because the boards are divided leaving an unbearable space in the middle for the glutes. Besides, there is a kind of heat here that is unbearable, they dont even put a fan for you to liven up the 2 hours of waiting.They really need to improve customer experience on lead time
