After almost 2hrs for washing and wax my car they return it with a highly noticible paint strached off. I asked and the person doesn’t know anything and couldn’t tell if that was previously like that before. I could tell from a mile away that big difference. I know ALL the scratches and hits my car had and this was not one of them.Don’t recommend this place at all. They take to long to wash because they don’t have enough employees and to top that they return your car at a worst state than what is was. Unbelievable

The guys at Mr. Splash did a fantastic job on making my car look like new. My car came all the way from Hawaii to Miami and looked really ruff. I recommend getting the works because when they are finished you will not be disappointed.. Be sure to tip the team!

They did a phenomenal job on my Durango. It was quite dirty due to rain & construction in my area, but they took the time to make it clean. I highly recommend them & will definitely be coming back.

It is announced on Google that the Business Hours on Sundays is until 7 PM. Well, I live in Brickell, it was 4:30 PM on a Sunday (May 2nd., 2021) and I was looking for an open Car Wash to take my vehicle.I drove 3.5 miles (16-18 minutes) to get the place before 5 PM, and when I arrived, the guy at the front gate told me that the place was already closed, so it was a complete frustration.One of 2, if you want to close at 5 PM, perfect, but you should update the business hours at Google, and if the Business Hours are still OK at Google, then have more respect for the customers and close when you have to close.

They said it would be done in an hour and it was done in exactly an hour. They cleaned my car as if it were their own. I am so impressed of how clean and great my car looks. I will absolutely be a reoccurring customer.

I came November 20th for a clay and wax. Actually I came the day before, was told to wait for an hour, after an hour I was told they could no longer take me today. The next day I called and made a reservation. They said it would take an hour and a half. I gave them the keys and left to pass the time with my girlfriend who came along. After an hour and a half we rushed back to be told another hour. We sat an waited for another hour and they told me another hour. 30 minutes into it they estimated an hour and a half to finish. I was so infuriated I didn’t even inspect the car I just had to take it and leave. Late for other obligations. It took 4 hours for my clay and wax. I don’t think they were working on it when I initially left, just taking more business. I believe the workers are good workers with sense of urgency. But I believe the owner who I think I spoke to for my reservation and saw at the locations, is forcing them to lie to clients in order to get more business. Being lied to is extremely insulting. I don’t think I could be convinced to go back.

Lousy bad service. I left the car at 1:31 pm for the wash, I pick it up at 4:48 pm and it was gone. the car all dirty and marked by water. I do not recommend it

The first time and probably not the last. I have a convertible car, so i had a few extra-care suggestions and Carlos made them carefully. He is attentive, friendly, and takes his time doing a perfect job. The manager is also friendly, he offered me free coffee even though this is my first time ever at this branch.

I highly recommend this car wash. I have a wrangler soft top, so I have to have it hand washed. Ive tried other places around, and nobody compares to these guys. You have to wait a little longer than other places (usually 45-60 min), but this is because of the amount of detail that goes into the wash. The prices are very reasonable, and they even have a punch card (although I forget mine every time).

Mr Splash located on 1650SW 27Av is the best car wash. The service is excellent and you receive a VIP treatment. Alberto and his staff are very professional and very knowledgeable on what they did. I recommend Mr Splash 100%

I drove down from Las Vegas to Miami with 3 dogs in the back and they left the back of my car full of hair like the seats were a fur. Yuber took 6 hours to detail and clean the back of my car and he did such a great job it’s like I got my car brand new, these people are very good and I highly recommend them.

Dishonesty gave them this very low rating. Upon arrival, an employee told me the car wash cost $30.00 for a basic wash of my pick up truck. It seemed overpriced. They started washing my car when I noticed a sign that clearly stated a price of $20 for such service. I spoke to the employee about it, but he gave me a bunch of non sense. I dont know if they do this behind the owners back or with the owners approval. Regardless, it is a very shady manner to conduct business. Very disappointed. The previous owner was a very honest and decent man. The current ones, the complete opposite. I will not take my vehicles here anymore. I do not mind paying whatever the price might be, just be honest. My truck was poorly washed too.

Quick service and quite afforadable! The employees are extremely welcoming and amiable, they get the job done correctly. Only thing is seating is outside, but the service truly is quick so it’s no issue for me.

They do not deserve a star, take my They will do a deep and really incredible detail they told me that they were telling me when I was ready I was almost 4 hours without my car and the washing that made a disaster charged me $ 120 and inside this is worse than before, nothing advisable, really the manager Fernando has to be more careful with his employees or not talk too much about the cleaning they do since it leaves much to be desired, I felt cheated.

I found this place to be grossly overrated. I accepted the $30 special (insert eye roll) that included having the carpet cleaned...and the results were: carpets on sides of center console between the seats and the carpet were still stained/dirty, the area under the seats was not vacuumed at all, the front and back windshields were not cleaned from the inside at all, and the side mirrors were not cleaned at all. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to...I will never come here again nor would I recommend this place to anyone.

It was the first time that I took my car there, my husband has always taken it and they have charged a reasonable amount for the good work, but they charged me 25 dollars for a wash, my car was very good, but it seemed quite expensive . I really dont think Ill go back to wash my car here.

In the notice it says a price but then they charge you a different one. $ 25 to wash a normal car. I will definitely not return, they think one is an asshole. Avoid this place. At the end the car wasn’t event clean.I won’t go back.
