Horrible customer service. They charged $26 to my account they said I lost the key tag. Well I sent them the picture the it was attached when I returned it so they refunded me my money. But I had to wait 5 business days to get it back. The car was not clean either. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!

This company is the worst, me and my group of friends arrived at the miami airport, we were trying to rent a car in the airport car rental area and as it was a sprint break, the line was long and a man approached and introduced himself Like Carlos, the owner of this company offering us his rental car services at half price with my group of friends, we agreed because we were tired due to the hours of travel, apart from that we had large suitcases and it was getting late and so we agreed to go to his company. It was about 15 minutes from the airport, he took us in a van at the point of lies when we arrived at this company the price had risen 4 times more than what this guy had told us at the airport, however with my group we agreed to rent the car because it was already late we had many suitcases and we were tired and if we wanted to go to another company we had to take an uber to continue searching or return to the airport so we decided that The best thing was to take it since we delivered the car without any problem without any ticket without any explanation. They took $ 300 from me without notifying me why I called them and their answer was that they already called me again and they never did, their mode of operation is criminal and of exploitation. watch out for these people take advantage of tourists

If I could give ZERO stars I would, this place it’s the worst. They are scammers, they charge me $300 more for no reason, I call them and they said they will look into it and will call me back, they never did and when I call back they reject my calls, DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU WITHOUT A DOUBT!!

Very glad to have been introduced to this company budget rental lines were extremely long and made it so complicated to check in fast but OC car rental made it easy peasy and the staff was extremely friendly and very understanding of my experience with budget they accommodated us by sending a shuttle definitely recommend this car rental

I have leftmultiple voicemails and nothing back yet. My rental car was returned on February 28 it is now March 31 and I have not received my deposit nor a word back from the company whatsoever. worst company to rent through advise you not to continue!!

Be aware that this company will ripp you off. They wiĺ charge your card with unjustified charges & they will not answer your calls or messages. They will force you to pay $10 a day to activate the sunpass toll, if you rent for 10 days it will cost you $100 + any tolls. The sunpass sticker cost $5 at any store in Florida with a $5 worth of tolls. On top of that they force you to buy a CDW witch you can waive at any other rental company in Miami. Just be aware, if you travel to Miami stay away from this company. After reading the reviews. I am not along. They scammed a lot of people before me. Just read the reviews. Hope there will be a action lawsuit to put them out of business

This rental company is a scam. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT choose this rental company they will tell you one thing and then another. We got off our plane in Miami and went to this place and they told us at first that the down deposit was $200 dollars and then turned around and said it’s $416 dollars which makes no sense and then they tried to say our vehicle smelled like smoke and we don’t even smoke ..... THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DO NOT LET THEM GET YOUR MONEY! SCAM SCAM SCAM

Sleezy sales teamA manager at sixt rental car LAX informed me that he could get me a better deal if I was willing to get picked up and go to a Sister rental company. Come to find out OC car rental and sixt LAX only connection is the manager and his buddies at OC Car rental.After spending an additional 40 min going off site I finally got a car. upon dropping it off I was charged an additional $200 and told I didnt pay the $10 daily fee which allowed me to pay the price listed for using toll lanes. Fact is I said I didnt want a toll pass for $25 a day and they claim I didnt authorize the $10 toll charge.Hope this damages your business and teaches you why customer service and business ethics should come before greed!

Quick service however the car that was given to us was infested with roaches really bad and and the issue wasn’t resolved.

Scammers! They took my deposit, they have terrible customer service, be very careful if you get to deal with Ricardo Ojeda...pretty sure all the others at that office work to the lowest label as he does!.they dont deserve not even one star.. they are there after your money.

They lied and said they were not going to charge me the deposit of 200 plus a 260 rental. So all together they were going to charge 460. Terrible service. They are scammers.

The first time I rented it was because my wallet was stolen with licenses and cards ... so Ricardo rented us with a mastercard debited from my husband and deposited in cash ... the next time we rented for more of a month and the price was much better than Alamo ... I have attended his niece, his son and he and always attention of 10! At the moment I do not plan to change the landlord.
