NEVER CHOOSE THIS COMPANY!I rented a (D class) car from this company between 19-20 April 2019, and total rental price was 66$. The guy of hertzs staff (wears goggles) given to me a car with half level fuel, then I delivered with same level as he said. However, this company charged me 78.92$ extra for fuel! I contacted to customer service but they didnt accept anything! If you want to save your money, look another company, not HERTZ!

They NEVER answer the phone... Its only one person at a kiosk with no direct line. It is nothing close to a legitimate car rental location. Beyond that, they messed up my bill and overcharged (by more than $100) twice! I had to call corporate multiple times and spent hours over the course of two weeks to get the overcharges credited back.

Horrible location. Only one person doing everything he takes forever was waiting for 40 minutes before anyone came to the desk. Mind you there where no more customers. Won’t be renting from Hertz again

Omg good food cooked by someone grandma literally place is small you get a lot food for your money very affordable

A little complicated to find the Hertz counter located between the shopping center and the hotel, but other than that everything went well. The car category was consistent, the price corresponded to what I had booked no bad surprises and the car was of good quality.

We were in Miami at the beginning of May 2018 for a few days of vacation. Pasc (pascaline) took care of us. Twice we have hired a car from Hertz Mariott, she was super friendly and dynamic in finding us a vehicle. She speaks French and is very professional. Thanks Pasc!
