Horrible experience. Will never book with Priceline nor National in my life. Made a reservation 2 weeks ahead for my car and when I get there, there’s no one there to help me out with the car. Only a sign that says “no cars available sorry for the inconvenience” I call National customer service and they were not able to help me either. They could not get a hold of their own company workers! Needless to say I needed a car and had to go to enterprise where I ended up paying double what I had paid originally with no compensation. Will never suggest anyone to go to National. Customer service sucks. Lady didn’t help me at all and overall experience was horrible. If I could leave no stars I would.

My family booked a car rental with National and when we get there, there’s no one there it says they are closed and with a sign that says no cars available. We booked in advance so we can avoid moments like these… however it got worse. There wasn’t a single representative there to actually help us out. It was 9:30 pm and supposedly they were closed. Online it says they close at midnight and I even contacted customer service and they couldn’t get a hold of them either. Will never book with this company ever.
If i could rate them 0 stars i would. TERRIBLE customer service at check out/payment booth at the garage. Super rude woman at check out. They caused us to lose reservations we had made that were non refundable thanks to the extra hour we wasted at the airport with them. First and last time using them I will pay more somewhere else if I have to. Also the person who contacted me after i sent them an email did not care to make the situation better just as rude as the first person i mentioned.

1st time rental with National on Easter weekend at the Detroit airport; giving them 5 stars because they were very helpful and accommodating. When returning we were in a hurry and Ebony was extremely diligent and happy to be of service! Our car was perfect!

National is by far, the best rental car company I have done business with. I used them often for business travels, I signed up for the emerald club and I love it! They make it easy for you, just pick your car, hop on and go.Different from other companies, National actually makes it about the customer experience.I rented last minute, on labor day weekend. They had great cars available and little to no wait to get a clean disinfected car.Honestly, National is one of the best experiences you will have, when renting a car.I rented at the airport location, And it was well worth it. The service, the availability and the consumer experience makes all the difference.Thank you National!
Pretty good actually, nice car, I gave them 4 stars cause they forgot to mention that the check in is in ENTERPRISE SERVICES SO I WENT UP AND DOWN LOOKING FOR IT, BUT after all it was great, THEY ACTUALLY GAVE ME THE CAR IVE ORDERED FOR, NO COMPANY ever done that before, clean and nice car,very convenient and great customer service..
I booked a 7 passenger SUV back in March to pick up all the way in May. I am Emerald Club member...suppose to just sit in a car and drive off. But there were no SUVs available so I end up waiting 15 minutes at the National booth and see no one. After asking another customer, we find out National/Enterprise share the same staff. So we head over to the Enterprise booth (No signs or anything of this sort indicating this). We get there and wait another 20 minutes. Finally the guy comes and says our SUV will be coming around the corner. 20 minutes go by and he comes back saying they dont have any and we will get a minivan. I then asked for a discount and he stated minivans cost more (Never do they cost more than a 7 passenger SUV). My entire days agenda was pushed out causing several issues.
Ok, I relied on these reviews to go with National. I must say that I was very pleased with this company. The charges were clearly laid out and everything was as described. While I dont have my charges for my toll road use yet, the modest per day of toll road use plus the automatic plate recognition plus the rental cap for the daily toll use fees of about $19 were all great. The total daily rental fee of about $51 was fine as well.I do recommend that you join the Emerald Club before renting because of the discount you will get and because that made the rental extremely simple.

Very busy station, with a disappointingly limited selection for Executive Aisle. Pick your base spec Chevy or Kia essentially. If you need something exotic, I would definitely make sure you reserve it.
Today January 3rd 2021, I returned a minivan that I used with my family. We have spent a lot of money on this service, and a few minutes after returning the van we realized we had left an object in the van. It took us about 30 mins to go back for the object and I was told that the car had already been taken to get cleaned. They communicated with the people cleaning the van and I was told that my object was not there. I can’t communicate with the store because it takes me to a costumer service that takes me to a lost and found which I know is impossible that my object is there because it took me 30 minutes to go back and I doubt that an object of that magnitude was simply forgotten or misplaced. Be mindful of your things and never forget an object because you might never get it back.
Poor customer service. Waited over 40 min for my car. Employees were very unprofessional and busy chatting amongst them selves and laughing. They did not have the vehicle I reserved and seemed to just ignore me while my family and I waited.
The car was great, clean, quick etc. but the rep did not go through pre rental walk through as per custom and I had a problem at checkout with something I noticed after my first ride with the front bumper. It is a lesson I will never forget no matter how fast they want to get you out the door! I have used them 25 years and hope to continue for another 25 years!!!
On hold for over 1 hr no one answers the phone at Miami Airport location. Then they drop the call. Zero customer service.
They didn’t have the car I booked. No-one in the booth to talk to for 15 minutes. Was given a lower class car with no apologies of any sort, as if this was all perfectly fine.
Their cars are really nice, only bad thing we had to wait 1 hour to get our car, there was none available. But service was good
The car rental was crazy tonight - no cars available and grumpy customers everywhere. Poor Rene (sorry if spelling is wrong) was running all over the place and dealing with people being straight rude. We were the first to arrive for our National check in, but got skipped by two other people who uh, well they were the rude people. One guy was asking Rene about upgrades when there clearly werent even cars. Well up roll two Mustang convertibles and these guys immediately go claim them, despite being 2nd and 3rd in line after us. And my boyfriend is crestfallen - were on a road trip to the Keys and desperately wanted a cool car, but we werent going to be Those People. Rene however sees how sad he is and goes hey yo - thats your car and kinda grins, pointing behind us. Its a V8. Boyfriend is thrilled. We got a sick Camaro and he is grinning ear to ear. Thanks Rene for noticing us amid all the craziness and hooking us up even though you had a bajillion other guests all freaking out on you. You made our day and are clearly so dedicated to and good at your job, even when its nuts. Hope your night gets better from here!
Worst experience in a Car Rental company. We had some issues with the car and had to go back to the airport to change it, the manager was very rude, we stayed for almost two hours, they gave us a car we didnt want.Then we call customer service and they told us to go to other national stores to change the car and nobody helped us. We lost two days of our vacation.
The place will not accept their debit card they are credit card only I got rid of my credit cards 5 years ago and use off of my debit card because I am a business owner

When I arrived at the car lot I went to the emerald section to look for a minivan that i was going to need, only to find 4 small cars available. I have been a National Emerald Elite member for 4 years. A few days ago I had the WORST experience ever at the Miami airport location. The manager name Norman belittled me, disrespected me, never bothered looking at my transaction receipts, instead he basically accused me of “stealing” a rental when I told him there was a payment attempt on my credit card for 700$ when I hadn’t rent a car since the pandemic started in March.I had a rental with them end of may, after returning the car I paid at the counter with my debit card then a few hours later my credit card got charged again. Norman claimed that wasn’t true in a voicemail he left me, so I went in to the location next day and he told me the second charge was refunded to me days ago (after claiming I wasn’t charged twice) BUT corporate confirmed he actually refunded me when I was standing in front of him while he was lying to me.And I can’t say 100% for sure but I’m 99% sure he called me the B word when I was walking out.On 5 different occasions the MIAMI AIRPORT location has overcharged or charged me twice, or charged my cards when I haven’t rented with them in months. Before the pandemic I used to rent a car at least 20 days out of every month due to work travels. I HAVE NEVER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH NATIONAL IN THE PAST 4 Years unless it’s in MIAMI AIRPORT. I AM DONE RENTING WITH NATIONAL IF THAT MANAGER NORMAN DOESNT FACE ANY CONSEQUENCES. I HAVE SPENT WAY TOO MUCH MONEY WITH NATIONAL TO BE DISRESPECTED AND ACUSED LIKE A CRIMINAL!!!! I don’t even care or want their free days they gave me over this situation, I’m looking into transferring my Emerald membership to another rental company.

During the Alastair 3 rentals, car had maintenance issues. Management does not care and make you wait for 20 minutes for exchange and then upon return, they do not honor the discount. Customer for over 29 years, as executive and this is how you treat your members. Embarrassing and offensive.
As an Emerald Club Member, I love the efficiency and speed with which I am able to pick up my car and get on the road to my destination. And returning the car is just as quick and easy. And even when mistakenly brought home the key fob in my pocket, they didnt charge me an arm and a leg until I returned it!
Reserved a convertible that I wanted to keep a surprise until the car was pulled up in front of us, but the girl at the counter blew the secret. He was delightfully surprised anyway, The car itself was a beauty and ran well, after all it was a red Mustang convertible! The whole process of checking in took maybe 10 minutes and returning the car was absolutely nothing. I was extremely happy with the amount I was actually charged in the end, so I would heartily recommend National Car Rental in an instant.Thanks for a great experience.
I saw the Gladiator on the Emerald aisle and decided to take the new Jeep truck. I was very impressed with the ride, acceleration and the comfort of the truck. I was in The market for a truck and now I have to rethink my upcoming purchase. National has always been my go to for renting and it was great to have this car offered. I am an Emerald Club member, and I arrived at the Miami airport I was able to chose a vehicle in the Emerald aisle. There was a Jeep Cherokee that my family liked and was roomy for a family of 4 since we were going to be vacationing. We were tired from our travels so I didnt pay much attention to the inside details of the vehicle. Once in the vehicle I realized the inside of the car had never been cleaned. When we returned the vehicle to airport, I wanted to tell a manager about the experience but the attendant was rude and didnt know where a manager was, and I was never able to speak to one. Totally disappointed in the service.
National is very good at what they do. Cars are always in good condition, and with being in the Emerald Club, easy to pick up and drop off. Basically walk up choose and go.

I walk off the plane, head to the Emerald Aisle to pick out the car of my choice and drive off to my destination. Its easy, quick, and efficient. Returning the car was just as easy. Ive rented with National Car Rental for several years and keep coming back.
Its good to give others a second chance. I have mixed feelings regarding my last rental.Service is about people and then the quality of the car. The first two agents i met were very courteous and tried to accommodate my need. I appreciate their services.When i went to pick the car, the experience was not so pleasant. I wasted a lot of time picking up the car and upon returning it. The second manager i dealt with was very unprofessional, somewhat rude. The cars they brought me had issues. I dont like to complain because i tried to understand the tension and pressure of work and life. Nonetheless, how one addresses a client matters.The first manager i met did what he could to make things right at the end without me asking. Ivwould go back because of him. I hope for a better experience next time.
When we got to Miami, there were very few cars available, maybe 10 or so. They did not explain the toll situation, turns out theyll just bill me later, which is great, I just wish i knew ahead of time.
From the moment we got off the plane in Miami and got to the rental site our experience with customer service from National with superior. They were extremely friendly, polite, informative and helpful in obtaining our car quickly and getting us on our way. We were able to choose the car of our liking setting in 3 different styles to make sure they were comfortable. The return process was just as amazing, the attendant was very friendly and polite and quickly got us on our way. I have rented from multiple cars rentals in the past but truly fill National is one of the most superior of all. Definitely will rent from them again and recommend them for your next trip
As an Emerald member I’m used to going straight downstairs to choose a car in my class. Last week their was no cars available after the attendant made a call to see if any was coming up, the manager came over and upgraded on the spot to avoid waiting.The staff at the MIA always greets me with a smile and ask how was my flight. I highly recommend National for great customer service.
I was picking up the car at the Miami International airport on Aug 9, 2020. Very convenience to get the car. I just walked up to the car and drive off. Until at the gate, now came the problem. Check out clerk was very rude. I cant believe I was under interrogation. Just because my name was misspelled in the reservation. I almost turn around and use other rental company. I have never been treated that bad. At one point, I told the check out clerk Carmela (I think that was her name). I am turning around and going to talk to manager. My credit card and my driver license match. Why would I offered to pay for other people rental!!! Use your little brain!!!

Only 4 stars this time, the car I picked up in MIA was dirty. It had been in a garage so the outside was probably dirty from that but there were three places on the dashboard where there was old food stuck to it. Otherwise the service was great.
I cant say enough good things about National Car Rental in Miami and Ft. Lauderdale. Excellent service, friendly staff, super easy reservation and return and NO HIDDEN FEES! Plus I got an upgrade at no extra cost. Having a sunroof for a beautiful drive to Key West was awesome!
Fast check-out and return service at Miami airport. Great customer service. The car we rented was brand new and very clean. Only one thing: there should be instruction to register licence plate with Sun Pass website for toll fee, so customer does not have to pay extra service fee.
The process of getting a car and return it was wonderful. The only flaw I ran into was the prepay gas. After I was charged it was explained to me I was charged for a full tank of gas even though I used only half a tank. But they gave me a credit which was greatly appreciated but charges should be explained before hand so that the process can be flawless.
Our experience with National Car Rental is excellent. The website is easy to use to make your reservations.This past trip we experienced a flat tire, and were able to stop in a safe area. I called for roadside assistance, and in less than 20 minutes our tirewas changed, then drove about another 2 miles to exchange cars at another National Car Rental facility. Highly recommend purchasing roadside assistance. The staff were very kind and easy to talk to.Thank you National for providing such great service!
Unbelievable how rude and arrogant they were. Understand National and Enterprise are the same company, but the service differences are significant.Typically I see them staffed within their brand, yet I was unsure of what the operational plan was.They had 2 Enterprise employees supervising 3 brands, and it was clear they did not want to do cover 3 brands. Rudest people ever!When in a Miami I’ll use someone else.

The car left me stranded on the highway with 3 kids. I had to figure out how to get to our hotel because national only cares about their car. I went to Orlando airport to pick up as I was told. The gentleman wanted to give me a truck because they said they didn’t have a van. After discussing with someone else they have me a Ford Expedition. The day trip was ruin and then when I drop off the car at MIA and I explained the situation, the lady asked me if I knew the ford had a scratch on the back and I said yes, that’s how they gave it to me. Again only worried about their car. Lousy customer service.UPDATE: STILL NO REIMBURSEMENT RECEIVED. DO not be fooled. DO not rent from here. They will steal your money. Ive heard it happen to others.
I am Emerald member. My reservation was a Standard SUV. As I did not find any car on this Category, the guy that was there to help the clients, work to get a car I needed. I appreciated that. Very good service. I am very satisfied with National.
Overall - terrible experience with Nationals customer service and the cars are not safe.I rented a car out of Miami International Airport with plans to return to Orlando Airport. On my drive from Miami to Orlando I got a flat tire. Working with National to schedule roadside assistance was easy. Roadside assistance was great; however, after he changed the flat with the spare he informed me that the other front tire was getting ready to pop as well and the vehicle was unsafe to drive. Both of the front tires were so worn - the tires were never rotated and for a 2019 Jeep that only had 16,000 miles on it there was no way they were the original tires. The car should have never been in the lot for any customer to rent; the tires were worn on the inside so from inspection before driving you wouldnt have been able to tell. I followed up with customer service multiple times for towing assistance and to discuss refund. Corporate customer service couldnt help me - they said it needed to be dealt with at the local level, in this case Miami. Miami customer service never picked up the phone. On top of it, they towed the car without my knowledge. Fortunately it didnt have any of my stuff in it. Will never rent from National again.
We found that there were 4 vehicles in both the emerald and emerald executive isles combined. It’s the worst selection I’ve ever seen. I thought it could be in part due to a surge in COVID-19 rentals but most of the other rental companies seemed to be handling the demand just fine. Hertz was stocked full of vehicles and so was Enterprise. To put that into perspective the exotic section at Enterprise had at least 30 cars alone.The agent at National seemed to not care at all about the limited selection nor was he able to process our rental at his desk - that took a trip over to enterprise.Finally he (or the computer system) failed to correctly log our vehicle so we received a phone call an hour after picking the vehicle asking for a license plate, key, VIN etc. The phone agent asking for information was nice but it must have felt awkward knowing that we driving an unidentifiable vehicle.Overall it was quite a bad experience. They get two stars because the vehicle we ended up with was clean, and the agent checking us in was very nice.

For the most part it’s been a normal experience. You show up, they give you paperwork, you go get the car, and lastly you check out.This past week, I arrived at my destination at 12am. Checked online and saw this was fine as National is “Open 24 Hrs”. Not technically true. No one works there after a certain hour. I had to walk through the parking lot for 25 minutes before I walked out to the lady who was checking people out, as in driving out of the lot. She was less than helpful. I went and took a car, not even sure if it was the right group of cars. The check out took another 30 minutes (with 2 cars in front of me!). To be fair, the lady was older and went at the speed of an iceberg. She took my cards, asked for my keys for the code. Said the code wasn’t legible so she did it a different way.After driving for 30 minutes, mind you it’s now around 130am, the manager calls to tell me the lady kept the keys. I didn’t even think about it since I don’t typically drive a keyless car. I had to turn the car around drive back to pick up the keys. I arrived at my destination at 3am. Needless to say, not the best experience.
Once we arrived to Miami International Airports car rental area and found the National desk, our check-in, car pick-up, and check-out of the car rental area was very smooth. Our rental car was reserved as part of the Emerald Club and we were very pleased with the luxury car supplied. Once we turned in the car, our check out was a breeze finishing the whole transaction in a couple minutes. Thank you National.

This is as good of a car rental as Ive seen anywhere. Someone friendly there to greet you, pick your car, and youre off in no time. Same on the way back. Good car selection, genuinely friendly and helpful staff. Always a good experience. Unbelievable difference between, say, Hertz at LAX, which is a hostile, disorganized mess.
Been renting from National for almost 30 years, either privately or thru work, and honestly, I have never had an issue or really bad experience when dealing with National or its sister company Enterprise. The vehicles I’ve rented have been first rate mechanically and the folks I’ve dealt with at National have always been super nice and helpful. I would certainly have no qualms giving a five-star rating.
Too easy... Although National costs a bit more than the budget brands, the lack of hassle is worth the price. No haggling over insurance, no deposits required (have you been hit with that little extra?) and no lines. As an Emerald Club member, I just walked to the lot booth and was told to pick a car in row one. I handed my drivers license to the lady at the exit booth and i was on my way. It couldnt be easier. Also, since Im not an overly frequent rental care user, I found that even though not used in quite a while, my Emerald Club membership was still recognized. A couple of other, I wont name them here, top tier rental companies wanted me to re-register my membership in order to be placed in the club level. Thats time I dont have. Emerald Club recognition doesnt seem to expire like some of the others. Thats a plus. They have earned my repeat business.
One of the best experiences with car rentals!!! Once you become an Emerald Member, the rental experience is seamless. Just walk past the lines straight to the Lot with rows of your choice. Best of all, you do not need to do anything except choose, and drive. Checking the car out is as simple!!! Yes, no need to go anywhere else!!!
Found a good rate on a last minute car rental! We were given a comfortable car big enough to accommodate our needs. The employee at the front desk was great! Would definitely recommend.
We have many problems with the reservation, at the end we had to take a 15 people van just for two people and they were not able to change it by a mid size
I am a regular (Emerald Executive Elite) with National. This is one of their best run locations. The local management sent out a general follow up email, and they meant it about outstanding service. I had a small issue that wasnt even the local responsibility, but they took care of it, exceeding my expectations. Very good selection of cars, professional staff and efficient rental too.
National offers the best way to check in and get your car especially if you’re an Emerald Club member.It’s nice not to have to check in at the counter. Just walk down to the Emerald Club section, choose whatever car you want, then proceed to the exit.Returning your car is just as easy. It’s amazing that the other rental car agencies haven’t caught on to how National does business.National also offers a great program where you can earn free rental car days.
Awesome experience at the MIA National Car Rental. The car (a very nice Camry) was great. Pickup and turn-in were a breeze. A potential issue when I turned in my car turned into a non-issue. When I turned in my car, there was a discrepancy about what I owed. They charged me substantially more than what I had been told the estimated cost would be. The turn-in personnel said that they personally couldnt address the problem, but they said that if I sent an email to their customer inquiry email address that they would address my concerns. Upon returning home I sent an email disputing the erroneous charge. Literally within minutes of sending the email, a representative from National called me to apologize for the error, stating that the estimated cost I had been told at the time of reservation was the correct cost. Then going one step further he knocked $50 off the total for the inconvenience it caused me! A refund was promptly made to my credit card. Never had such a quick resolution to a car rental issue before! I will DEFINITELY rent from National the next time I fly into MIA!
We love national car rental. We always receive great customer service and they have a wide variety of vehicles to chose from. I have used them at locations across the country and in Canada.
I had a rental (15 pass Van) with Enterprise reserved since April of 2015 at the rental center in MIA. Upon arrival to Enterprise the agent at the counter tells my husband that they were unable to get us the rental because we did not have an itinerary and /or airline ticket. My husband asks to speak to a manager because he had made the reservation on line and was even given a confirmation number but nowhere while he was making the reservation did it state that an airline ticket was needed. My husband tells the manager to make an exception that we needed the van to leave on that same night and at that time we werent going to be able to find anything. The manager told my husband that there was nothing she could do about it and tells him to go around and check with one of the sister rental companies. We were both appalled because we were suppose to leave that night and the reason we reserved with Enterprise was due to the fact we both work and the local companies close at 5:00 pm or latest 6:00 pm. We went across to the National Car Rental counter and told the customer service agent what had happened. The agent told us that she was going to try and do her best to help us (THAT IS WHAT IS CALLED QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE). To make a long story short, she did help us and got us the van for our long awaited trip. I want to commend the person that helped us, she was an angel fallen from the sky. The agents name that took the time and patience to help us is Dorothy OConnor. This lady is an asset to the company and National Car Rental should really commend her for her skills and knowledge on the job but specially for her her willingness to help the customer. You can count on us to continue renting from National, and once again Ms. Dorothy OConnor thank you very much and God Bless You.

The returning of the car wasa breeze, even with the fact, that I wanted to change my choice of payment,when I got there, Rudy was very helpful, courteous, and patient, as it becamequite busy for him all at once, but he helped each one of us too our satisfaction.I will most certainly tell all family, & friends about the EMERALD CLUB!!!
I have now used NATIONAL CAR RENTAL for the past 11 years as my go to rental car facility. I have found them to be reliable, clean cars, most places has a variety of vehicle options. If you are traveling to places where you need a specific vehicle, call ahead and they will reserve it for you. I highly recommend National based on past experience. One year I rented a car for over 35 of the 52 weeks, and there wasnt an issue. Any time I have had an issue, National has been more than willing to resolve it asap.Bill Smith
We rented a convertible for our trip to the Keys with National Car rental at MIA. The service was Fast & Friendly! We have rented from National several times before at other locations around the Country and have never had a bad experience. You choose your own car and they are always in like new condition. Would highly recommend!!
Love the Emerald club express process. from garage entrance to the airport exit in about 5 minutes. Check in return was always quick, but this new process of scanned car code, matched to driver via license is very efficient. Thanks
Car and service was great. The only thing thats lacking is the tolls. I wont get the cost of the tolls until approximately 3 weeks after the rental making expense reports difficult and / or delayed .
Reserved a car online the night before, and was driving out in a nice car about 7 minutes after arriving at the airport. Went straight to the Emerald Aisle and picked a small SUV with enough room for our luggage. Drove down and back to Key West, and then returned the next morning almost as quickly. Completely effortless transaction on both ends. Car was almost new and very clean. No problems!

The service and car I received were excellent, the part that I really did not like it that I was told that I cant rent the car without a major credit card and debit cards are not an acceptable. Although I have a very good credit rating I do not own or use credit cards. If cash or debit are legal tender how can I legally be refused? I was even okay with National blocking out a deposit on my debit card (plenty of money in my account or I wouldnt be traveling) but they would not accept this option either. Overall this situation made for a very negative experience.
First time renting as an Emerald Club member. Expedited check in service and accuracy of car reserved were a refreshing change from other car rental companies we have used in the past. Will use again on our next out of town trip
National makes car rental the absolute easiest. We simply walked into the rental car garage and our car was there waiting for us. Upon returning to the airport, we pulled up to the returns line, an agent greeted us immediately, scanned the car, and that was that. It really couldnt be more stream-lined. We always choose National for our rental car needs.
If i could only thank you enough for your services and help! I had arranged a pickup at the airport to grab a car from ezrent (WORST COMPANY EVER), no one came to pick me up so had to grab a car. Went to other company and prices were too high! Went to National and not only did you give the best price, but the BEST customer service!
I had a great experience with National CR at Miami Intl. airport in July. I am an Emerald Aisle member and it was super easy to check in, then go to the garage and choose the car I wanted (Ford Edge). Return was a breeze as well. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Id definitely choose National again.

Absolutely LOVE National Car Rental. Ive rented from several rental companies and locations over the years and have been using National for the last few years. Just wanted to give a shout out to your crew in Miami at the Airport location. I have rented from here several times and I have never had a bad experience. I LOVE getting off the plane, over to the rental facility, walking past all of the other rental car counters with long lines (a big smile on my face) and walking directly to the escalators, down to Level 1, picking out my car and heading on my way. On this last trip (arrived Last Saturday morning), I didnt see anything right out the gate that looked promising for us (3 adults traveling), we were promptly met by Christina (I hope the name is spelled correctly) and she was so helpful. She got on the radio and within 2-4 minutes, had a nice, brand new rental for us and all of our luggage. This was so nice of her to do to help us out. Will definitely continue to use National. Easy check out leaving the rental facility and easy check in on return, offering directions to the terminal and all. Every experience at our MIA location has been a positive one. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do.
Excellent services. My flight to Miami was delayed and i didnt arrived until 1 oclock in the morning so I thought National Car Rental must be closed already. I was wrong, National is open 24-7 si I am very impressed. I got the car of my choice and out on the road in less than 10 minutes. Thats impressive.
Everything went very smoothly, the crew was helpful, and the vehicle operated properly. My only complaint, and I have been noticing it more and more is that cars smell like cigarette smoke. Probably the bane of all rental companies. It doesnt matter how much perfume is sprayed. I cant really fault the company for their renters habits.
WOW. I rented a car at Miami airport with my emerald club member I just pick up a car from the club section,and drove away brand new cars clean. You cannot ask more than that. Keep One with the excellent service.
Worst experience ever. I was never told I needed a major credit card and now Im stuck in the airport with no vehicle access. Worst customer service Ive ever received from a company. Tried calling corporate and I just got hanged up on. Would not recommend and please be aware before youre stuck without a rental. Oh and thats that Im a long time emerald club member. Not anymore!
Amazing experience! Took 5 minutes to get the car and less than 5 to drop it off! Got a brand new to pick a brand new car as well! Highly recommend National at MIA!
Despite having pre paid for the car, I had to wait over an hour until I was served. However, once I got the car everything worked out fine.
Super friendly people at sales desk, gave me choice of vehicle for decent price. All good until I returned car, I forgot to fill tank. Was still three quarters full. That vehicle has a 15 gallon tank and I got charged for 8 gallons. The high price per gallon was fair, I had agreed to it. The 8 gallons wasnt fair.
Always great to be able to just pick from a bunch of cars and drive off. Got a brand new Toyota Corolla, and returned to friendly staff the next week. Very smooth as always.
