Gianni was very helpful in booking a Lamborghini for my wife and I. We wanted a super car to drive around Key West over our Christmas break. The service was low pressure and very accommodating. Gianni had the car delivered straight to our hotel for us and picked up when we were done. Tommie the delivery driver helped us connect our phones to the Lamborghini so we could listen to our music and showed us how to operate the vehicle. All around a wonderful experience. Spoke with Gianni, top to bottom great service. Had the rental delivered to the airport for when we arrived. Picked the car up from where we were staying the night before we left. I rented a Ferrari 488 Spyder and it was absolutely amazing. It was available on short notice and they delivered and picked it up. The worst part was having to give it back! I’ll definitely rent from them again.

Dealing with Prestige for the first time, I have to say it was an outstanding experience. I rented the brand new Lamborghini Urus. The booking process was very quick and smooth. The delivery and pick up of the vehicle was on time – a driver was waiting for me curbside as I got off my flight. There’s no other company I’ll be dealing with from now on. The only exotic rental company in Miami I will use from now on! First time doing business with them last week and everything was perfect. I scheduled with Prestige last minute after another company had double booked over my reservation. Giani at Prestige, however was able to get me the car I wanted in a short time, deliver it on time, and even offered me a ride back to the airport on return. Their reservation and documentation process is also better than others, a couple docusign forms and they took all the before and after pictures for me so I did not have to waste time. You get a digital copy of everything on file. Truly a painless process! Cannot recommend them enough!!!

Terrible experience. My wife rented me a Lamborghini Huracan spyder for my 40th birthday as a surprise. On the morning of, she had family come over and we all waited outside. About 20 minutes after the delivery time she called to find out where the car was and it had not even left the dealer, which is about 4 hours away. They said their driver did not wake up. Unacceptable.
