We had a reservation for over a month and was even confirmed the day before with another national major company. When we got there we were told they didn’t have the car. Miami Two saved us. We called them and they were able to get us the van. The customer service was excellent and they were very helpful. From now on no major car rentals company for us. Support the smaller local companies
Had problem with the place that I rented the car, and was recommended to come to Miami Rent a Car. Customer Service is great, the price is a bit salty. The car had some scratches but they make sure to write down everything and show it to you before you sign anything, I took some photos just to be safe. The only thing I say is make sure you read everything before u sign, as I got an agreement with unlimited miles, and when I went to sign they wrote 200 miles a day, which for me wasnt enough as I was going up north and would be more then 300 miles to get there. The car was nice, had not problems. Would definitely rent a car again.
I’m leaving one star because i had no choice but to leave some type of stars. I should start by that the dominican guy that works in the first desk and always answers the phone told us a very high price over the phone but we decided to actually go and get the car to not have to shop around. While we were on the way, we decided to make the reservation with them online for the same exact vehicle he had already told us we would get, the price online when the confirmation went through was $93 with all fees included. When i got there, he decided to tell me that when he gets online reservations, he would just simply cancel them. That the price he would give me was $185 plus transponder activation fees and so on. He also asked me for $300 cash additional as a deposit. He would NOT settle for doing the deposit through a card because he was trying to rip me off. When we arrived to the office, the two sales men were in the back and rapidly came to the front looking like they were scared. And then i noticed the first desk guy which would not disclose his name, was clearly consuming drugs of which i would rather not disclose. Guys be careful when considering this location, it is a total rip off. I got the same vehicle in better conditions for $39 the night while they were charging me $185 the night. Also, the car they were offering me was very dirty and older. Truly disappointed.
If you want to support your local economy and not the major companies. This is the place. I went to a couple of the bigger companies and they wouldnt rent to me because I didnt have a major credit card. This company did rent to me, when the others didnt. They also came and picked me up where I was and the car I rented was a new model and clean. I appreciated the personal touch. Will rent again from them

Highly satisfied. Family owned business from Dominican Republic and Costa Rica. Courteous and professional they managed to top all other companies with whom I negotiated. Give them a call, dont just check the website, you might be in for a delightful rental.
Price cheap to start but a lot of add-ons, the rate for the tolls is way over the top. Was told deposit would be refunded between 24-72 hrs when car returned, took a week and 4 emails. Would not recommend using this rental company. They seem to have a tie in with the concierge at the hotel.
This review is forMiami 2 rent a car and/or Miami one rent a carWhich is happened to have the same location and you can see the sign on the street view clearly saying the mentioned name above.To cut the long story short (they are thieves)They were so nice at the time I picked up the car and they will ask you to sign the contract which contains a point, that if you return the vehicle before the assigned date they will not return any balance money for the rent.I did that and I paid them $400 to pick the car from Tampa and when I called them to let them know that Ill return the car to them and no need to pick it up to save my money they agreeAfter that they refer to the point that they will return nothing as per the contract even if its the pick up chargesHere goes the $400 and almost 350 miles drivingAfter that they will check the car for any tiny dent or scratch and they will take your deposit money as well.I had a car from them for a month and when I returned it they steal my balance money $612 .Dont go for rent from those places or youll end up like me.They look cheaper but they are not.Be careful and deal only with the companies with well known names.Be safe and I hope with this review and story I saved somebodys money.
I flew into Miami airport and there was no cars available and I walked in with out a reservation and Samuel was very professional and courteous with my family and I. He helped us with a selection and recommended a place where we can can a let night meal. Ill definitely recommend and return to see you. Thanks for humbling experience :)

Reservation was not needed picked us up at the resort and took us to airport when we left florida! in my opinion I think they went above and beyond. wasnt a salty experience!
Great company, affordable and fast to book.
A bad experience. We rented a new Toyota Corolla, 2021. The car was fine, we had no problem with that. But there were two issues, in which they try to abuse themselves when returning the car, when one is in a hurry and eager to take the flight back:1) Toll. We pay when taking out the car US $ 5 per day to activate the Sunpass. Then, when returning the car, they wanted to charge us US $ 86 for the tolls that we had supposedly used. As we knew approximately the amount of tolls we had used, and there was no way that that amount was real, we had to stand up and ask for the details of all the passes. Finally, a week later, they sent me the expense of US $ 16. With which, they wanted to get US $ 70 from us when returning the car.2) When delivering the car, they found a scratch on the bumper, on the underside. The scratch was small, but deep. It was evident that we had done it when parking. That is not the problem, but we were charged for the replacement of the total bumper for a 2 cm scratch, in a non-visible area, and that already had previous scratches (which we had marked when taking the car out to avoid problems). The conclusion we draw is that they do not replace the bumper (since it had previous scratches), but they charge you, and not only that: the amount was US $ 150 for the bumper plus US $ 170 (???) for the supposed work replacement. It seemed to us a total exaggeration and an abuse of the situation. We have experience with large companies and something similar has never happened to us. As an apprenticeship, never again rent outside of Rentalcars and / or reputable companies.
