If you need to rent a car in Miami and you need it for a long-term definitely go see Daisy shes really dope and she helps as much as she can. I did have to the return early and they do not do refunds but other than that I didnt really have any problems and I cant complain. I did have some issues with the car but immediately the owner had me come and change it and gave me a different car so just make sure that your car doesnt have any issues prior to leaving but other than that theyre really great theyre very easy and understanding and try to help you in every way they can so I definitely recommend them and I will be returning to them when I go back to Miami

I RENT A MINIVAN FOR 1 WEEK IN FEBRUARY 2013, SAME DAY I HAD TO RETURNED BECAUSE A/C WAS NOT WORKING. THEY GIVE ME ANOTHER ONE. NEXT DAY I HAD TO RETURNED BECAUSE WAS A RATTLE NOISE AT THE FRONT END. THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER ONE. THIS ONE LOOKED OK. I WENT TO ORLANDO, OVER THERE THE NEXT DAY I COULD NOT MOVE THE VAN BECAUSE SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE TRANSMISSION. I CALL THEM AT 9:00 AM. I HAD TO PAY FOR A TAXI TO GO TO THE PARKS. THEY SENT THE MECHANIC AT NIGHT AND THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER VAN AT MIDNIGHT. THEY DID NOT WANT TO REIMBURSE ME FOR THE TAXIS NEITHER THE LOST OF THE DAY RENTAL. THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO RENT A CAR. VERY BAD SERVICE AND ATTENTION. I WILL GIVE THEM 1 STAR AND THAT IS TOO MUCH.

We rented a new car online, we were skeptic but not only we recieved exactly the car that what was promised, but when we returned the car no hidden fees and Alberto drove us to the airport which is conveniently next door. Dont get scammed by Avis, Hertz etc and pay ridiculous prices. Rent from 1-2-3 our New go to car rental in Miami, friendly, inexpensive and great cars!

Consumers,I have never blogged/written a review before. But, after my horrible experience with this company I decided that you should know what happened to me and never rent from these people.They fake advertise on the internet. They said 16.00 per day for a rental car. I knew the going rate was about 30.00 per day, so I jumped on this deal.They picked us up at the airport and brought us around 5 minutes away however, I didnt notice which way we went. So, they first ask you for a copy of your car insurance policy. I thought this was weird. I have rented plenty of cars and never asked to show them in hand the policy. I had to call my agent and have them fax it over. The reason they want this policy is to see how they can scam you. They told me I needed a million dollar policy or I could not rent their car. I have above standard insurance but not a million dollar. Seriously insane. They needed to say this to get me to pay the extra insurance coverage they offered which brought my 16.00 per day up to 60.00 per day. I was so upset. I asked to speak to the manager. They lady at the desk called her manager on the phone and begged her to speak with me and the manager said NO, it was her day off.They would not drive up back to the airport, we had luggage and plans to meet family in which we were 2 hours late.We had to rent the car which total after they charged us a sunpass and other hidden fees to 70.00 for one day! I took the car but I returned it the next day. I went to Styx rental car located in the fort lauderdale airport and received excellent service. They did NOT ask for a policy. Rental car companys only ask if you have insurance. Not the policy to look over to screw you! It was terrible and I will call the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

SCAM! I made reservations the day before I traveled, got to Miami and kept calling them at the airport for about 2hours. They finally answered and the guy I spoke to said they werent answering because they were closed and they open at 4:00pm (why would you make reservation with someone at 11am if you are closed? then he said he will call me back and they had have no cars. he never called back I kept calling them back and all they said was they have no cars!! I ended up renting else where.

Its a fraud Dont rent anything from this place. Does not exist at miami airport. Trying to get a refund. Run its a big time scam! They use low rates as bait then you end up stuck at the airport with no car no company no shuttle!

Thanks Alberto for picking me at the Airport 5 minutes after I got out !! Everything easy and fast !!This Car Rental improved Remarkably from its building to its Fleet completely !! . I was quite surprised after my last visit a year ago.
