Reception Palace is a beautiful venue for any event. I used their service back in 2017 for my oldest daughter 15 and recently in August 2021 for my youngest daughters Sweet 16. Had a wonderful unforgettable event for My Quinces. The service and attentive from the workers was amazing, made me feel super comfortable and did everything to the last detail. The food was delicious. Beautiful place!

Place is pretty and clean, food was disgusting, cheapest appetizers ever, there was no champagne, it was cider, the bar ran out of liquor 40 min before party was over. Terrible service!

The place is nice but the food is terrible the salmon was hard as a rock and cold the apettizers were the worse i ever ate and not great service.

I got married on 02/14/2021I had the best wedding coordinator ever there and her name is Alexis she was very helpful she make sure I wasn’t stress and everything came out perfect. If I can have my wedding over again I would do it at the reception Palace ballrooms any day.

Nice place with limited parking space. They have a good sound system and nice entrance. 4 stars only because the parking issue. The have a sing lett8ng you know about more parking space at the school but last time school was closed.

We had my nephew’s wedding last week, and it was a fairytale wedding. The service was exquisite, the decoration was so rich with flowers. Last week, I held a charity fundraiser at Reception Palace Ballrooms. The entire experience was amazing and the staff was simply a joy to work with for our event! The location is beautiful, the food was delicious and every staff member I came in contact with was professional, pleasant and accommodating. We will be doing business again and I will be recommending this space to everyone I know! Definitely worth a looksie!

This venue is by far the greatest. They are amazing in everything that they do and I will forever hold all my events at this place. I had a very disappointing experience with Receptions Palace. After much research my fiancé and I had decided to do our wedding reception here. The coordinator seemed professional and their services seemed lovely and affordable. We made our deposit and signed a contract for our reception. We later received a call that the wedding party that booked before us had more wedding guests than they anticipated and would need half of our reception hall to accommodate them. Rather than offer us a discount or advise the other wedding party that they had booked the other reception hall they wanted us to move either our time for that day or our wedding day. Although they kept claiming that they needed to be fair to both parties they made no attempt in accommodating our needs knowing that we were now paying clients. We had already booked our wedding date at the church, months in advance. Since we were not willing to move our time they said they could not accommodate us and gave us our deposit back. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This was extremely unprofessional in their part and I could not let this go unnoticed.

Nice place but not enough parking spaces and they have 2 ballrooms next to each other and the music get mixed from both places so you could not hear what your party announcer was saying because of the music from next ballroom. Not recommended.the food was cold not that big deal place

Where do I begin, from start to finish Alexis was amazing, I chose Reception Palace Ballrooms for my wedding venue in December of 2018, and I couldnt have made a better, choice Alexis and staff were more than I expected, very attentive, very informative, brought my stress level down tremendously, and they made me feel like I was the only client they had! My husband and I got married here in July of 2015. We are currently living in New York, and with planning a wedding so far away - we were really nervous. We worked with Luisa, and she was nothing short of absolutely amazing. Anytime that I would call her and have questions, second guessing table cloth colors, or revamping centerpiece ideas...she always made time for me. I can not say enough incredible things about Ally that works there either. The two of them made planning a wedding from 2,000 miles away very easy and the least stressful that it couldve been. We loved it so much we even had family friends get married there about a year after us because we couldnt stop talking about how perfect everything was! The food was delicious, the drinks were spot on, and the staff was very attentive and kind. 5 stars!!

My experience with the Reception Palace was terrible. Everyone was very nice but they lie to your face. I went this year to reserve a date for a wedding I was supposed to have here for July of 2018 but 4 days after I made the reservation and paid the down payment for the event my fiancé and I broke up. I called the next day to cancel my reservation and I was told that I couldnt get my down payment back of almost $3,000. This place did nothing for me. All I had done was reserve the day and give the down payment. I had not picked anything, I had not picked any details, no food, nothing! We hadnt even started planning the wedding, they did NOTHING for me. All they managed to do was take my $3,000 when I was going through such a hard time. Two different people that worked there told me that they would speak to their bosses and call me back once they spoke to them to ask if I could at least get SOME money back, but they both lied because nobody has called me back. Also, they said that I cancelled after 14 days and that they had already started planning my wedding which is a lie, I never told them any details for my wedding they literally just got almost $3,000 for free because they did not even start planning or did anything for me. Now I have debt for no reason and its so sad because I really liked them until they began to lie and say that I had used their services and they couldnt return me the money. The contract does begin after 3 days but I called on the 5th day and they hadnt even started planning. I think its an abuse on their part to just keep my money like that.

Reception Palace Ballrooms is an exceptional location for events. For two years now we have hosted our chapters FFA banquet and have had a very positive experience. Aly is truly understanding and makes sure everything is taken care of.

Place is nice.. not huge, but a good size. Parking is limited, especially if there are multiple parties.

We would like to thank the Reception Palace for making my daughter’s Quinceañera a truly magical, elegant and enchanted evening. Our event coordinators were Luisa and Alexis and from the moment we reserved to the date of the event, our experience was truly amazing. They both handled all the details of Gaby’s event and we were able to enjoy the event completely worry-free. They made everything look absolutely stunning and were extremely creative and organized. Everything they promised was delivered and much more. I contracted with many of the vendors they suggested like the choreographer, photographer, videographer, cake designer etc. and they were all exceptionally fantastic and very professional. All of our guests from the teenagers to family and friends had compliments on all of the appetizers, dinner, dessert table, décor, DJ, service and staff. Gaby’s quince celebration would not have been a success without the help of you all at the Reception Palace. Thank you again for being so professional and attentive on my daughter’s special day! Iam xtremetly disappointed ... Took the event coordinator 5 minutes to dismiss my wife and daughter ... With out disregard ...of the 30 minutes they waited to see her .... NO ....actitud or good customer service ... .... Please think twice before wasting your time at this location....she was rude and un-Profecional ... Not a good place to have such a memorable celebration ...

Tremendous perfect place for any occasion

Never think about asking them candy table ($ 500 and it sucks, there are three sweet and shitty tablecloth), or come here at all. Only care about their money, are not loyal to what they say, you can say something and the next day you change it. You overcharge but if you give less They will chase you down. This place is a joke do not go.
