My husband always comes here to get his oil changed. Is my first time. They cordial and offer good service and prices. They have a new location. Is nice clean, with outside seating area.

They attended to me quickly, like in 15 to 20 minutes I was ready to go. I took the oil and they put it in, they also refilled the air in the tires, the antifreeze and the glass liquid, for the same 20 dollars.

The new address is 9798 Bird Road. I was going to the gas station and I ran over the Man Holes they have where they open underground to put more gas. I got a big screw in my tire and it was leaking fast, the low tire pressure light immediately turned on. I drove over to their new location and within 30 minutes, my brand new tires I just got 2 weeks ago was fixed. The lady working in the front on July 19, 2020 around 10AM let me leave and pay her later because my debit card did not work. I been having an issue with the chip of the card and she allowed me to leave with no stress and I was able to return and pay them with cash from the ATM. Thank you so much to the owners of Miller auto care. The young women in the front should be rewarded for such great character and being a trusting person in a business like this. Thank you tons to Miller Auto Care. I will be back, and I will spread only good word.

Just got my car back from my first visit. I suspected my car had some major issues, but they said everything checks out fine, and the secretary even gave me a discount on one of their services since they didnt need to completely do it. Im happy because they were honest and didnt discover problems which werent there. I had no unexpected charges and only paid for labor. They said come back if my car still has problems, and I will.

I cant speak for the Long Haul yet because this just happened but I happen to blow a tire a block away from this place I pulled over to fix it and just before I was about to get my spare out I turned around and noticed this place directly behind me so I threw everything back in the trunk went to them and they had me out of there in under 10 minutes with a new tire hopefully it turns out good after seeing some of the horror stories but the people were professional and a woman behind the desk was very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys I appreciate it. ... update: they bothered not to balance the tire which caused shaking that I had fixed right away and with the driving i do that couldve lead to a big problem. Hoping this tire holds ...if its an emergency go and then go somewhere else for a follow up but if it can wait then go somewhere trustworthy

The worst auto care service I have ever been; stay away from here; they are irrespecful; when you go there they decide whom attend; do not lose your precious time coming to this store. I was about to change my front car brakes and front lower controls arms on a Sunday, because I have very busy schedule from Monday to Saturday; and a rude old guy told me their mechanics are sleeping, and if you want something come back from Monday-Saturday.That was a very irrespecful answer when they do not know my busy schedule; the sad is that they shows on their schedule they are open on Sunday from 9 A.M to 3 P.M. so they do not even respect that. So they make me loose time with their untrusted schedule; and they do not care about keeping business.

Terrible service. I was there all Day. They order a sensor for my car. That they got at Napa auto sensor . For $65 and the charge me $115 for the part plus $69 to install. They are thieves. Don’t go there you will regret it.

This place sucks, dont get an alignment here, alain the alignment tech loves to use pipe wrenches on the inner tie rod. Once the car is done, the inner tie rod is trashed and u will need a new one. Horrible horrible technician. The young girl at the front desk is the best employee they have there. Shes very understanding ND gives great service. Other than that,everything else sucks ! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! They sell RETREADED TIRES!!!I purchased a used tire from this place about one month ago.When I looked at the tire today I noticed it was completely split and it was a retreaded tire.The metal wires were sticking out from the side. It is extremely dangerous to drive when you have this problem and it could put your life in jeapordy.

Worst tire shop everrrr! Supposedly my tire was new but less than a week later it has a bump and tears!! I go to call and the lady asked if I got a new or used tire I tell her according to them it was new she tells me to bring it by to see if I caused any damages to the tire. So I went to ask her how is it that I would cause damage to the tire that I got less than a week ago and she hung up on me!!! Not only are they rude over the phone but in person as well!!

The absolute worst customer service and auto care I’ve ever had to endure. The two front desk kids one who seamed to be angry at everything The other who which if you ask her for help will look at you with a blank face and no answer very poor communication. 4 hour wait time for an oil change and overpriced as a first time customer never coming back.

Took in my Honda and it came back with a spike missing I called quickly to tell them the girl in the front told me the mechanic went out to eat and when he comes back she will call me 3 hours went by and still no call I had to call back where some guy answer saying he was going to get the girl on the phone . He hung up on me after 5mins. I called back a guy answered I told him what happened he asked the mechanic supposedly he didnt take off the spike.he told me oh order the piece and Ill give you the money. Which is not what we wanted. At the end of the day no spike and no help at all from there people.

This is place like most other places that sells used tires has started doing shoddy work and ripping people off. People like myself for instance selling a used tire for 40 bucks with a bad tire valve. Nothing new I have gotten bad tire valves at other shoddy rip off used tire places. Not too long ago used tires were 25 to 30 bucks now they are 35 to 40 bucks. You would think they could include a functioning valve. So please do your selves a favor and and if you get a used tire before you leave go around your car and twist the valves around with your fingers and let then know if they leaking before you leave. Dont fall for the same thing I did.

Ive been going to this location off and on for years. Today I tried to pay for my employee to get a used tire on his car. They were unable to do the tire with me paying up front so I could leave. So now employee still has bad tire and they lost $45 in cash sale. Ill never go back there again

This place is fast fast fast. If you have to patch up a tire or something simple like that, it is the quickest shop in town.

The owner is a rude guy!!! I went to there this morning to buy an used tire for my car. The employee did his job faster but when I went inside to pay $40.00 for the service the owner and his daugther refused to take my $100.00 bill arguing they are not taking $100.00 bills from old editions but they never could prove my bill it is not good ...I asked for the manager then she said she is. Then I tried to give them a copy of my ID, and my phone number in order to go to change the bill and return to pay them but the owner Domingo refused to do that arguing he has a lot of ID cards from persons who never come back to pay for the service. Then the owner, Domingo ordered to his employee in a loud voice in front me, and his employees to remove the tire and put the spare tire again. I Will NEVER RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE. By the way I went to the bank and my $100.00 Bill is a good bill from an old edition !!!

These guys are theifs horrible a holes excuse my language. They rob you of your money. I installed a tire in their shop in one week the tire blew up and almost killed me and my kids. Called the owners and they said its not there fault and were very nasty. Turns out the tire was mounted wrong and caused the explosion. Horrible business hope they shut down cause they are theifs. They pay there workers bad money so they do a even worse job.

5 star experience last visit. In and out in 30 mins to get a flat fixed and charged me 15 dollars. Firestone wants 30$ and wants me to come next morning,Will definitely recommend this one.

I HATE THESE PEOPLE NOW!!!went In for a regular alignment today and this guy with a name tag saying Carlos gets in my car and drives off without telling me anything. I then go inside to tell the sales rep (sister of the manager) that I just got a new turbo in that this car cant be boosted because it hasnt gotten tuned just yet.she tells me that she hopes he wont and that he shouldnt . BAM! 5-10 min later the guy comes back pushing my car and claims that it just randomly turned off on him and that he was only driving 20mph.car wouldnt turn on anymore. I called bs on him because I heard how he took off in my car. Supposedly out of nowhere hes a tuner who has built x amount of 2jzs. He tried to tell me that the probably thing was that my tune disappeared. Luckily laz was able to come and fix the problem. I swear about 6 mechanics from this shop were looking at my car and had no clue what to do.turns out that apparently he boosted it too much or something and a hose popped out which is pretty weird. What pissed me off the most is that afterwards,the manager tells me that he is very embarrassed but that I should go get an alignment somewhere else because he doesnt wanna risk anything happening to my car.i was so pissed I just left but oh man I wish I wouldve told him a thing or too...😠😡😡😡😡 not a single one of my family members who have been coming here for years will return

Good price to fix a flat or auto care

These guys are OK up until they need to resolve a problem. They did not balance my tires correctly and when I brought he vehicle back the employee started giving all sorts of reasons why it was my rear tires that was causing vehicle vibrations. My car had not vibrated prior to having it serviced. I ended up not having the balancing fixed and the staff was extremely hostile. They also do not speak English. Never again.

I dropped of my father in laws car to get a diagnosis and estimate and it took them 4 days to get someone to work on the car. Additionally (and probably more concerning) I was told by one of the mechanics that was hanging outside the shop that the diagnosis was $65, then another mechanic said it was $85 and when I finally entered the office the guy behind the desk said it was $50. I ended up paying the original $65 but the diagnosis was not conclusive, I was told more or less that they suspected it was the computer but they were not 100% sure and were not going to spend more time on the vehicle unless they knew for sure I was going to fix it with them. Horrible experience overall.

Stick up without a gun!!!! They rob u from your money, the owner and the workers are scum bags. They dont accept tips on a credit card. They charge to put up the car without letting u know first. Horrible service and the used tires are full of holes. I dont recommend anyone going to this crap hole. Save ur money and go somewhere else, unless u want to give ur money away!!!!

I have been taking my 4 cars here for the last 7 years. Domingo, the owner, is a great guy, unfortunately he was not around when I went by last time. The guy at the office, I believe a family member, was a rude and highly unpleasant. I can excuse a bad job done, but I cannot excuse bad service and rudeness. Taking my business somewhere else.
