These guys are straight up scammers. My car was leaking coolant, I went in to ask them to fix the coolant leak and nothing else.But then when they called with the estimate they said it needed a water pump replacement and that it was going to be $900. In hindsight this is way too much money for what I asked them to fix, but I just wanted my car fixed so I said go ahead. WORST MISTAKE I HAVE MADE WITH MY CAR.THEY RUINED IT. The turbo does not work anymore, and they completely shredded the splashguard underneath my car. You can see in the picture I posted that it was torn apart, by the time I got home it was dragging on the road. I had to go underneath my car and remove the clips that held what remained of the splashguard.I went to try out this mechanic because it has so many 5 star reviews but after what they did to my car I can tell you that 90% of those reviews are fake. Find another mechanic these guys deserve 0 business.

I am at dealership now replacing the shocks since the reaplace done by Muellers didnt seem to happen or stop the bumping when going over bumps. But still charged me 350 as if they replaced 1 shock whick should be done in pairs

I am taking my cars to this place since 1995 when Mr Mueller was there. I never had a problem with them. They are honest, prices are fair. Service is excellent and always on time. It is very difficult to find a mechanic that you can trust. This is the place to bring your cars. I highly recommend them.

So maybe there is such a thing as time travel. I feel like I stepped back in time when I took my car in for a once over before taking a road trip. It was just like the old days. I was born and raised in North Miami in 1960. This was just like the old days. They were nice. They were efficient. They were honest. They were reasonably priced. They listened to me. They answered my questions without attitude. Even the other customers were nice. I left with a smile on my face. I cant remember the last time I got service like this.

Muellers is an awesome shop. Luckily I havent had to take either of my vehicles to them on a regular basis because of their reliability, but I would not hesitate to take them to Muellers if problems arise. I have taken our 2003 Civic to this shop for a routine timing belt service and their performance was excellent. I have also taken the same vehicle here for an alignment and the service was quick and well done. They are to the point and honest; I cant imagine finding a more honest shop in this area.

I bought my car here about two or so weeks ago with the engine light on and they plugged it into a small machine without really checking it and told me it was fine and rushed me out because they were going on lunch... however I drove it two or three days after that and the check light still came on took it to jiffy lube and I had a blown head gasket... Im not sure if these google reviews are correct but that is no way to do Business. I wont be coming back...
