Lacie is amazing. She patiently stayed with me on the phone after hours to answer many questions I had about auto coverage and customize a plan that suited me best. This is the worst State Farm Office, terrible customer service. Its been three weeks and counting for a home insurance quote. You can tell the positive reviews here were made by the employees. Every time I call and leave a message they never return my call I have always needed to show up in person to get my issues resolved. I originally dealt with Manuel Rio which was awesome he always kept me in the loop and had a sense of urgency. Everyone since then are horrendous. Im currently contacting corporate to file a complaint. It sure how they have maintained a 4.5 rating.

I have had some negative experiences with other insurance companies, but this office, and the personnel that work there are professional and they care for the customers’ needs.

I have had State Farm for 20 years and I have not had a claim in 13 years. My regular agent retired 5 years ago so i was transferred to this office. I have 3 cars, 2 motorcycles and life insurance with SF. I added a new vehicle last year and made my payments (this was a classic vehicle that was being restored and not driven when this occurred). My last payment was on 2/2/2017 and on 2/27/2017 they cancelled my insurance for non-payment and reported it to the state. I received a letter from the state stating my license was suspended.I called the office on 6/15/2017 to try and speak with Manny about this issue since i was upset. He was not available and that day and the following 2 days i called 4 times and finally got a hold of him. I would not recommend this office to any other person and you should avoid them at all costs. There are several reviews on Yelp of people having the same type of issues.
