When you see all those commercials about insurance and their fantastic customer service you know i wont be like that in real life, well, that perception will change if you call Estrella Insurance 101 and ask to speak with Teresa Tapia,. By far the most capable, reliable and honest customer service representative i know. Every time i have to deal with phone bills, bank statements or any other issue that require speak with an agent is a hell, but when the issue is my car insurance i feel like I am a NFL players or Brad Pitt’s cousin. I was EXTREMELY weary of buying insurance from a company that often places extremely unprofessional billboard ads that objectify women. I figured they could not be trusted as they public image is pretty bad. But I gave them a try anyway and was astonished at the wonderful service that Ashley provided me. She was not brash and rude as I expected (based on their advertising choices). She was very well mannered and polite. She worked hard to find me the best coverage.I would suggest better public relations in marketing but as far as customer service Estrella in en pointe.

Iza has been so good to me she took her time explained everything and was very patient with me if I needed something explained more than once would highly recommend her as your agent

Ashley was determined to help me, and answered all my doubts. She was very professional and was willing to help me. She explained things in a manner that I could understand. It was the first time that I had been at this location. The only thing is that she seemed to be the only one that spoke English. Im hispanic but I think there should be more people working there that also speak English. I was born in Miami and understand Spanish and English, but I prefer English. Its just something you should improve. I will recommend to friends and families.

I called to find out about getting auto insurance for my 18 year old grandson. I spoke to Yuneysis (spelling?) several times and she was extremely patient and helpful every time! This was his first time getting auto insurance and was a bit lost. I live out of state and needed to pay for his insurance premium and she walked us through every step of the way, even calling me when he got to the office so I could make the payment. Price was also the best we found. Highly recommend!

I was happy when I first got my insurance policy from Jenny but then when I had to make a claim there was no help and even worst to find out that I was not covered for what I originally thought I signed up for. Please run and do not do business here!!!!

They are a rip off.!!!!! The worst customer service I have ever seen and when I had a claim to do on my auto policy they did nothing to help me. Run if you know what is good for you!!!!!

Estrella gave me a quote, I put down a deposit, signed a contract, and they gave me a schedule for payments. Couple of weeks later I find they are withdrawing more then they schedualed. I contact them and they said that THEY made a mistake in reviewing my driving record and decided to raise my payments. WITHOUT ever calling me or emailing me?!?!?!? WTF? This sounds like fraud to me but knowing these ppl have mad lawyers everywhere I completed the agreed terms of my account and closed it. And I closed my bank account. STAY AWAY FROM STAR CASUALTY AKA ESTRELLA INSURANCE.
