I had an accident recently and since then I realized my insurance agents employee are not doing their jobs. Theyve become part of the problem. They do not care at all. Ive received different quote from what theyre charging me and on top of that I was uninsured for month because someone didnt finish processing my request. They wont communicate with the head quarters to sort this issue out, they rather overcharge you. Employe there, Mia was working on my case and she wouldnt get on the phone or answer my emails for weeks. I finally got a hold of a manager for another issue which pretty much told me since theres no recorded conversation the quote I received from Mia after all the changes I had to make was not valid and pretty much said is my word against hers. RECORD YOUR CONVERSATIONS with anyone from state farm Jim Dias office or your screw. I suggest you change your agent ASAP!

Ive been a State Farm customer for the past few years and while I am happy with my coverage, Im not 100% happy with the branch.Glenda who looked over my car last time did a great job and was very friendly. In fact I always feel like royalty when I come in as I am greeted and offered coffee and stuff.Where Im not happy is their response to phone calls. I usually have to wait for a callback a few days because they dont have the answers to my questions about my policies, and when they call back and I cant answer they may or may not leave a voice mail. Please leave one? I work and stuff and I bet if I call back Ill have to wait a few days again.
