I just recently changed my car and renters insurance to Allstate, and I only had paid one month into the 6 months contract. Then I had a accident and tolled my car that I had just brought in June 2020. I called Allstate and they went straight to work. I had no problems with anything. They kept me informed and was very professional about my situation. Im grateful that I changed companies when I did. I would recommend all of my family and friends to switch to Allstate.

Once they have your business the service is awful. Very uncooperative.
