Every time I call here for a quote it rings and Im automatically put on hold after it rings. Someone isnt doing there job at the front desk. I called today 2/22/2020 at 1:30 PM. Dont know whose shift that is but they need to be told something! Taking my business elsewhere.

I wish I could do half a star. Im taking my time to write a review and recommend everyone and anyone to stay away from this agency. I have never come across such an unprofessional business. Watch out they steal your money!!! Canceled my policy two weeks in advance a month later and Im still waiting on my refund due to a mistake they made. When you call to speak to a specific agent they are always busy. Talk about being a coward and providing horrible customer service what an unethical businees.

You must have a very high IQ to receive insurance from this business. As an intellectual, I can state that this place of business receives five cosmic bodies that you normies refer to as stars. 10/10 Shwifty

Horrible agency! Never use them!! Zero professionalism or courtesy to a customer who had been with them 15 years. THEY failed to include my insurance payment in the auto pay as agreed and as was done with my other cars which error resulted in my insurance being cancelled. I was NEVER notified by mail. I found out only because they called me 3 months AFTER it was cancelled to collect my payment. After they collected my payment over the phone, they called me again the following week asking for the same payment AGAIN. When I told them I had just paid it a week ago their response was Oh sorry it was in the system but the rep who took your payment had not linked it to your account. I then found out that DMV had suspended my license because THEY had reported I had no insurance. They were incapable of telling me this over the phone when they called me to collect payment. They apologized profusely but did NOTHNG to fix the problem. I had to take an entire day off work to go to the DMV and pay $150 to reinstate my license. They refused to take responsibility for anything (not even the main office) and the only thing I asked for was a credit to my account for the $150 and they said NO. I never even received a call from Rick Sanchez. They are pathetic and I am moving all my cars to another company. Unfortunately I cannot rate them with a minus 5 or I certainly would have.

1 star is way too many stars for this agency. I got 2 policies from them. My car insurance too 2 1/2 months to get correct. My renter insurance after 3 months of issues I finally cancelled the policy and went back to Geico. Geico may have been a little more expensive but it was worth it to have people who know what they are doing!!!!! FYI I changed agencies for my auto insurance!!!! Not a State Farm issues, the people at Rick Sanchezs office made all the mistakes!!!!

Rick Sánchez Insurance Agency has the worst and most incompetent customer Service, that I have ever received from an Insurance Agency.First of All, Rick Sanchez, does NOT interact with customers and would NOT answer phone calls.He is the agent holding a license, however He would NEVER speak or interact with customers.This Agency provides a bad reputation and constitute a liability for State Farm. Unfortunately, State Farms is aware of the situation but it doesnt do anything about it.They have a call center in Miami and everytime you call, you speak with a different Agent. There is no continuity and zero customer service to resolve the most basic transaction. The agents are incompetent and would drop phone calls, and would never call you back.Every two months they would raise Rates for a discount that they failed to submit to State Farm underwriters and You would never be notified, until you notice the Premiun increase..
