I have a marine business, Best Rate Insurance gave me the best price on liability over all others. I have used Best Rate for about 6 - 7 years now, they have always done their best to find and get me the best price on my business insurance.. Im sure Ill be a client for many more years... Recommend!

We have really been happy with this company. Ramses has been awesome in helping us with all of our homeowners needs. It was my first time in getting homeowners insurance so I wasnt very knowledgeable in which policy to get and Ramses was so helpful in explaining in-depth each part of the policy so that I knew exactly what I was getting and where we could save the most money with the most coverage, which was so reassuring. He had no problem spending time on the phone and making sure I really understood and felt comfortable and knowledgeable about everything. I would definitely recommend this company!

I simply asked for a quote. They told me that I need to purchase the policy to get the best rates. Way to run people off I would never recommend anybody getting an insurance quote from this company what a joke

Would not recommend, they promise they will get back to you with a quote quickly they leave you hanging for weeks no one gets back to you until you call or e-mail back they then make up excuses that they cant get any quotes (bs) basically waste of time dont go there it will save you from dealing with a wanna be insurance broker company.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. The Customer Service is TERRIBLE!!! They will tell you anything to get your business and never follow up with what they promise!

No kidding, this company has the worse customer service ever. Once you on the phone with them, you can hear all types of noise in the background, and they acting like they does not know what to do.

Do not use this company. paid almost 2000.00 down payment and 2 weeks later still dont have proof of insurance or anything else to show for it. had to call the florida insurance commission dept of financial services to try and get issue resolved which is still in process. take your chances with these people if you want to.
