Ive been with this agency and its predecessor for 30 plus years. I have very high marks for Nancy Matos. So long as I only have to deal with her Im happy. Unfortunately speaking to Manny and getting higher level advice is not easy. They used to have all of my insurance business but no longer. In part this is because State Farm is not the company they used to be - but no insurance company is. It is nice to have someone local to deal with and thats why they still have much of my business.

State Farm roadside assistance totaled my newly restored 95 Mustang....... tow company took 5 months to take care of it........ didnt give me yearly what I put into it and then........................ State Farm promise my bill would not go up because of the accident.......... but of course it went up almost 90% 18 years customers walking away........... State Farm used to be the best.................... so sad ..........
