By far THEEEE WORST experience, customer service, reliability ever. I called on a Saturday the 14th to set up a policy for the 20th. I actually called a month prior to receive a quote which I was comfortable with. I called back and was told the policy was never completed. So she completes the policy. She asked me if I had insurance and I said yes it expires on the 20th, I give my full address over the phone, VIN number, year make and model of my vehicle. I told her I needed full coverage but I guess its my fault for not saying I need Collision added to the package as well (even though the first quote I received had collision included). When I asked what the deductible was she said she didnt add Collisiin because I didnt tell her I needed it; that turns out to be another $780. I get an email with my insurance card with the wrong address. I call back to notify her that its wrong and another representative calls me back telling me it will be an extra $48 dollars because of my address. THEN she proceeds to send me a TEXT of half of a computer screen with my insurance card on it with the incorrect policy start date. I call back AGAIN and was told she would fix it and give me a call back. Do I get a call back? No. So I called today and was told the agent I spoke with will call me back at 10:30. I called at 10:50 and got no response from my number but when I called from another number she picked up right away. NEVER AGAIN.
