Horrible company! They never answer the phone and wait till last minute when it comes to renewal why because they like to just leave you with their option only to pocket pure commission!

Sent over a request for certificate holder, spoke with Beatriz (who claimed to be the owner of the company). First time, she said it was not received via fax, so resent the request via email per her request the 2nd time while on the phone with her, she stated she got it. 2hrs later, no cert, I call again and speak to Beatriz, who had zero recollection of our phone call earlier, or the email that she confirmed was received. I sent the request a 3rd time with her on the phone, asked if she received it and she refused to answer my question (which I think was fair to ask since it took 3 times) she got mad, cut me off and kept saying I want your email now, now now now now now now now now! good luck getting them to do their job that theyre paid to do.....

Terrible experience dealing with this company. Very unprofessional. Never answers the phone when need something. Still havent received a copy of the policy that I have been asking for over a year. Then they decide to tell me they cant renew my general liability 2 weeks before the renewal is supposed to take place and only found this out after calling numerous times to speak with my agent. Save yourself the headache and find a legitimate company.

I am very sorry if you have to deal with this company. They are rude and will go out of their way not to help you.
