10 stars. Excellent customer service, the staff is super nice and very professional, they working with many insurance companies and always find the better match for my insurance needs. If you call, they answer, no line, no waiting. This is my best experience with an auto insurance agency. I am one of that persons that always have questions, they always have the correct answer that exceed my expectations, and always have one smile that you can feel over the phone. I had the most disappointing experience with Belkis, I trusted Her and she let me and my family down, she told me that i had my car insurance active until 11/05 and then she called me on the same 11/05 to tell me that is already been expired and the “the company “ is going to charge me a bill ! I had spoken to her a few days earlier and she told me that everything was fine and I was active until the 11/05 and never mentioned that I was going to be charged or billed extra nor that it was already canceled!!! I trusted this lady and she played me and lie to my family . The reason why looked for another insurance was because the quote she gave me was way to high ! We had to look for a more affordable option elsewhere, after informing her that I found a new option she came out with “the bill”I don’t recommend this place is full of liars and deception

Acceptance Insurance company is awful. The only reason I gave them one-star was to add my review. This is not my acceptance insurance company, my insurance company is State Farm. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND acceptance either. I was involved in a car accident with someone who has a car with Acceptance Insurance. Acceptance Insurance has done nothing but give me the run-around my car was wrecked in April of 2016 it is now July of 2016 my car is still not fixed they ignore my calls, the company does not call back and all if the customer service representatives are very disrespectful very rude. Yes, I said all of them. The company sent a check to fix my car; however, my estimate clear said one amount. acceptance didnt even send me half of the amount. Save yourself the headache if hit in an accident by someone who has Acceptance Insurance go get a lawyer, if not you will be upset, high blood pressure, and frustrated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
