While I had the policy, I received prompt and courteous service. When I tried to cancel my policy however, I got hung up on twice, transferred to voice mail a few times which I got no return calls from, and my emails were not replied to. I had to call the corporate office in order to cancel my policy. While I don’t like leaving negative reviews, I wrote to them in my last email that I would do such if I did not hear back from them. It’s been four days and no response. This review is not about the insurance company itself, it is about this particular agency. I only added one star above the lowest rating because while I’m extremely frustrated with an agency that still hasn’t responded to my numerous attempts over an eight day period, they were attentive while they were servicing my policy and receiving money from me.

They sold me cheap insurance and they were vert good at it.BUT once you get get a claim
