My agents (Juliana, Adriana, and Paola) are wonderful--they are quick to respond to emails or concerns I may have regarding my car insurance. I have been their customer for many year and I can personally say they have excellent customer service and they do care about their customers. I have multiple services with them such as bank, life, car, personal belongings insurance and I have never had an issue. On the contrary I know customer service is very important to them and that is the reason why I chose them over many other agencies in Miami that do not even return your phone calls. From renters to life insurance poicices, youll find everything you need. Ive sent many people to his office. Do not get insurance from this agency!!! I was a customer for 20+ years. I missed a payment because of a new CC card (the new chip and pin cards that are being issued) and 20 days later the dropped my coverage with no notification, I had no idea I missed the payment, My coverage was dropped March 4th and I received no communication from them until March 10th!!!! They put me and my family at great risk driving around with no coverage. I only put a star cause it would not let me post with zero star.
