Old representatives were good

I currently use Avante Insurance for my home insurance. As a real estate professional I recommend them to my clients every time. Gabriela and her team do outstanding work. They are professional, knowledgeable, and look out for their clients best interest.

Five days waiting for a product liability insurance quote only to hear back that no company will take us due to risk. I got other same day quotes from other companys. STAY away if you want your business to grow. Typical Calle 8 unreputable company. Employee Niurka Pena was a true displeasure to deal with, had to physically visit location to tell them to hurry up with quote only to get an e-mail saying they could not find any options. Went to another insurance company and got set up with major, name brand carriers.

Have tried to reach my agent (Libia) several times to discuss the non-renewal notice we just received, and have gotten NO RESPONSE! Terrible service!

This agency is completely un-organized.They cannot properly respond correspondence and payments.Complete incompetence of running an insurance agency is an understatement.In short; they suck at best

Avante has good customer service when it comes to home owners insurance follow up. However....when needing a Flood Policy STAY AWAY! For the past 3 years they have been telling me there is No Competition on Flood Insurance that the rates are set by FEMA....THAT IS TOTALLY NOT TRUE and after being told I had no choice in the matter that I just had to pay. I did shop around and my same exact policy went from $1095 to $261 for MIRROR IMAGE COVERAGE.,......AVANTE....you failed in the flood and your SELECTIVE CHOICE IS NOT THE ONLY ONE.....Buyer Beware
