Horrible!! We caught a shuttle at the Miami Port Terminal to MIA. Ten large people with carry on were sardined in the van. Then as we were leaving for the airport, the driver gets a call from SAL, mandating the driver go back to the port terminal to squeeze in two more people. We complained, but SAL ruled. I called the company, but they were apathetic. Very, very bad customer service.
