Used them for The first time this week based on their Google reviews. I was very happy with the way I was handled.You can contact them by phone or email but I especially liked the WhatsApp option.I ordered a sprinter type large van, and last minute we were delayed by 2 hours and they were completely accommodating with out mentioning any additional fees etc.The driver Jose was a pleasure to deal with.I’m glad I found them. I hope to use them often in the future.

Just used AirportSuperExpress for the first time. Arranged a van late last night for a fight this morning. Had large suitcases and bicycles. The driver Jose was on time, courteous, and helpful. I will be using this service again when we have a lot of luggage.

Use the company service on many occasions while in town. The drivers were very friendly, courteous and always on time. I highly recommend this company when visiting Miami. Will be continuing their services.

Hanio was awesome!!! About the best customer service you can get in Miami. Clean vehicles and on time pick up and drop off. I came to Miami with a group of 10 people, had no problem with transportation. Will definitely recommend and use again.

They picked us up as scheduled (which is obviously the most important thing). The van and car seats were well used but functional. The fact that they charged my credit card one year later with an apology for inconvenience makes me question their reliability and honesty.

We flew for the first time with our 4 year old and 2 year old twins. It was a breeze getting to and from the airport with Airport Super Express. They were on-time, friendly, and had car seats for the kids. And the price was considerably cheaper than the other services we checked and those services had mediocre reviews. Next time were in Miami its no contest who were going to use. They were great.

While in vacation in Miami, my friends and I decided to take the MIA tour. Our driver has Hanio, he was great! drove us around all over and even gave us 45 mins in South Beach to go explore! Its $45 plus tax and tip but its worth it.

We have had an amazing experience transporting students with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Got my credit card information stolen hours after giving the company that very same information. Only used that card once that week and that was with these guys. E-mailed them twice regarding this matter with no response what so ever. So now Im writing this review instead.

Scheduled a 5am pickup to for my 6:50 AM flight. At 5:05 AM I call the company & ask where the driver is. She tells me Im sorry sir he will be there in 25 minutes. Uber to the rescue!

Terrible customer service..little person that answered the phone was rude & didnt comprehend well at all..all other shuttle companies have very good customer service skills.
