This is an excellent service. Very efficient. Drop off is easy and the shuttles are clean and always ready to roll to the airport. Pick up from the airport is likewise efficient (note pick up is on the same level as drop off, not where arriving folk being picked up in a private car go.

Excellent place to park your car..I always park my car at Park N Fly since they opened years ago. Their employees are always friendly and professional. Always willing to assist. On one occasion I forgot my laptop on the top of my car..I frantically called the onsite office, not only did they go to my car to pick it up..they even had a driver bring it to the airport for me..(smile). BTW The lot also has parking for cruises. I also like that their lot is well lit for security. You park your own car..no one else is holding your keys. When you return for your car, your car is not blocked in by other cars. The lot is opened 24/7. Their buses run frequently to drop off/pick up from the airport. Now another perk is that you can call the number on the parking ticket receipt (that the bus driver gives you), as soon as youre exiting your terminal. to notify their office that youre waiting to be picked up. Which cuts down on the waiting time, especially if the flight arrives late in the night. A saving that I always do, and Im recommending, is to book online before arriving, there is a discount for online booking. Park N Fly gets a thumbs up from me all the time!!

Very close to the airport. Fair prices for parking. Excellent service. Shuttles are fast. App is pretty good. They have a fidelity program which is awesome. They get your car ready when you arrive back, making your return much nicer.

Check in was great, I arrived and scanned my code, the bus was waiting on me . All fine and dandy. When I returned my ticket had no instructions on where to go so I went to arrivals and called outside, I assumed to go to the labeled shuttle bus pickup and on the call was told to go back up to departures and call when Im up there. I go back up to departures and called and the first two times the guy answerd it sounded like he pocket answered, he was having a conversation with someone else and this kept happening until someone else answered and just told me to wait there and flag down the bus since there was no official stop for him to get me from. The bus is mixed with returns and departures which kept confusing the driver. When we returned my car was ready right inn the front which was nice. Overall Im not sure how much I saved if anything compared to airport parking as I didnt even compare rates but $42 for 2 days and 13 hours isnt exactly cheap. But if the price difference was good Id give them another shot.

The service is excellent, from online to drop off it is easy to make a reservation and pay online. You also get the benefit of a small discount when doing it online. When you arrive it is also very easy, just call and they will pick you up and your car will be ready.The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because the men’s restroom was absolutely abhorrent. Maybe I went at a bad time but just note to management, please do regular check ups on the restrooms.

First, it was very easy to book the dates online, and I liked the valet service when entering the parking garage. Everyone was very attentive, courteous, and professional. When I returned to get my car, I did not have to worry about where I had parked (because of the valet system), and my car was ready waiting for me once I got off the shuttle at the garage. Excellent service, safe location, and conveniently located near the airport!

I love everything about this company! It’s reasonable to park per day, easy to make a reservation on my phone, I know I will get a fast ride to and pick up from the airport and everyone is friendly from the check in guys to the drivers to the cashier. They communicate well using texts and when my last trip got extended, I emailed them and actually got a response. PNF rocks!

The drop off was quick and fast. However on the return I had to call three times for a shuttle because two shuttles pass right by while I was waving them down. Then when I arrived despite the driver calling my ticket in we all had to wait go to the window where the man didn’t know what he was doing. I asked where is my car and another man rudely said see management. So when I finished discussing to him my car needs to get here quick it magically appeared. Won’t use them again.

I got on the shuttle and discovered I didn’t have my driver’s license! Driver Marcelo calmed me down, offered to drive me straight back to the garage, called ahead to make sure my car was easy to access, and celebrated with me when I found the license tucked into the driver’s seat! He is the best!

The valet service is great. More important, my phone fell out of my pocket on the shuttle and in less than 10 minutes, the driver was able to come back to the airport and get it to me. I will be forever grateful.

Initial experience was good . Great location with easy/fast parking drop off & convenient trip to the airport.Downside was the pickup & return from the airport. Appears only one shuttle at this location operating. We waited 1 hour for pickup. We were toldon the first shuttle drive by, after 30 minutes of waiting, they were full & would return in 10 min. Twenty-five minutes later the shuttle attempted to pass us again ... also stating they were full. If not for standing in front of the truck insisting they pick us up we would probably still be at the airport.After pickup everything went smoothly again. Car was waiting for us by the shuttle return. Easy to exit & get on the road.Shuttle return needs to be fixed for 5-star rating. Hopefully this was just an anomaly.

Leaving my car indoors and getting a shuttle to the Miami airport was an ideal experience. I didn’t have a navigate around the Miami airport and my car was safe upon my arrival back. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very patient with me on the telephone when I had questions. I would definitely recommend Park N Fly and also use their services again.

I had a very good experience using Park N Fly. It was easy to book online and the valet parking is so convenient. Upon arrival, we were picked up and promptly taken to the airport. The shuttle driver loaded our bags and was very courteous, and he even remembered us on the return trip. I texted them when we returned and we were picked up within minutes. This was my first time and it was simple and convenient. When I drove up, I was taken care of immediately. When I returned my car was waiting. Hassle free. Love it.

The process to reserve a spot (especially at the last minute) was quick and easy. Although they should update the info on Google. It said 34 hrs.. but when I called to double check I was advised different hours of operation. Arrived at the facility and was on their shuttle on my way to the airport within a matter of minutes. It was a group of us so I reserved 2 spaces. After returning from my trip there was no problem getting a shuttle rode back to the lot. However, I noticed one of my 2 cars was damaged. The rim in the tire was bent and cracked. It looked like someone may have tried to pop off the rim of the tire but failed (THANKFULLY). On the other car a piece above one of the tires was popped out of place. The process was was nice and smooth but getting back to your car with damages that werent there when you dropped it off is NOT cool. Id rather Uber or Lyft to the airport knowing my vehicles are safe at home.

I have used Park N Fly for the past three years for all my long term parking while flying out international. It is super convenient, safe and hassle free. I have always found the check-in and check-out to be a breeze. I have always had very professional and helpful shuttle drivers. GIVE THEM THE KEYS AND GO!!!!

I was extremely pleased with this Park & Fly location. The valet parking service is so worth it!! We dropped our car off in a line of other cars & took the shuttle to the airport. Upon our return, we text the ticket number to the phone number provided and a shuttle promptly came by to pick us up. The part that I enjoyed the most was the fact that our car was parked waiting for us right at the shuttle drop off location in their facility.The only down side is that they don’t open until 5am so if you have a super early flight, you may need to park elsewhere. Still, they deserve a 5 star rating.

Super easy. I parked all around the airport and this place is the best, better than parking in the terminal. Leave the car at the valet, jump in the shuttle, 5 min to airport. Comming back, call, shuttle was there right away, car waiting for you with keys inside right as you get off the shuttle.

Great experience, I was on time to my flight. Upon my arrival, I waited no more than 5 minutes. My only complaint is that the AC in shuttle back from MIA,It was not working. And it was very hot. Other than that no issues.

Experience was flawless. I was picked up when I arrived at the lot and taken immediately to American Airlines. On return I was met in a reasonable time at the door where I indicated. When I got to the lot my car was ready for me- I got in and drove off home.

This was our first time using this place and it was terrific, pulled in, they had our reservation and checked us right in. We were on the bus in 5 minutes and on to the airport, well use them again for sure!!

Not a quality operation. First, you are lucky if anyone speaks English. Second, they don’t tell you that they cannot pickup from arrivals (you have to go up to departures level). Then make you walk to door 5 (even though we saw the bus pick up others from door 3). The attitude feels like they are doing you a favor to act professionally, let alone friendly. Worth the Uber over this nonsensical hassle.

Most companies down in your area can treat a person like a number, but my experience with every person on the frontline superseded my expectations.I felt secure when I was escorted to my car when I forgot my wallet after dropping off my car. When I came back having my car ready when I got there made it feel top notch, along with the courteous and friendly driver of the shuttle. I wish I had cash to tip him! I definitely would recommend this and will try with all my power to never use Uber to the airport ever again.

One our of group members was not able to fly as scheduled because there was a mistake with their paperwork. Their negative Covid results were sent before the needed 36 hour time frame, but the airline did not process them in a timely manner. They were unable to travel that day and spent hours on the phone with the airline.Park N Fly however, courteously answered our email very quickly and provided us with an opportunity to receive a refund and to rebook the dates needed for the traveler to retest for Covid and book another flight. Park n Fly made all the difference. It was a breath of fresh air to have such high quality customer service. We are so grateful for your help! I was at the location which was inside of where at Park and Fly Miami shuttle bus comes back around rush to catch trying to get to another car rental place (Had Very Bad Rental Car Experience with Rent A Car 4 Less )and left my wallet behind. Texted them at at 8:30 pm to pick us up at the terminal.... 2 busses passed by us and said they couldn’t pick us up, after 50 MINUTES of waiting, someone finally picked us up but they packed us in a tiny bus with about 15 people plus luggage.Once we finally got to the lot, our car was unlocked and out of battery. I have a 2020 Toyota.They made us jump start our car in the rain and to top it all, they lost my key chain and all the keys I had on there.Worst experience ever!!! Would recommend to just park at the airport next time and pay the extra money.Management, you need to hire more employees or stop taking more car than you can actually handle.

!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!This is the most unprofessional conniving place Ive ever dealt with. I rented parking space for my trip. I noticed that my return flight was close to their closing time. I asked the person there if it would be a problem retrieving my car that day. They reassured me that it wasnt going to be a problem. To my surprise when I called them on that day at 745pm upon my arrival, nobody picked up the phone. Eventually all my calls went straight to voice mail. We then had to Uber to their location and was shock to see the place was closed. So we had to Uber home. The next day upon going there to retrieve my car I was told I owed $6.81 for an extra day parking. WTH!!!! I paid it while my brother got in contact with the manager. The manager said she would agree to waive the extra day fee. My brother told her we already paid the extra fee. She said to let her speak to the lady that was working there. The worker said something in Spanish to her and hung up. When I asked for my money back she pretended not to understand me. I was just so sick of dealing with this company BS that I left. I hope she had a nice burger combo with the 6 buck and something she stole from me. SMH what a bunch of con artist.

We paid for indoor parking. Our SUV was moved out of the indoor parking into the outside. We know this because when we picked up our SUV and opened up the hatch it was full of water and we had a slow leak so we knew that it was left outside.

Everything worked out very well for us. The only issue I had was the app, but the email and bar-code worked perfectly fine. We didnt have to wait long for pickup from the airport and the shuttle was clean. Discount was amazing, but the regular rate is still a bargain. I use the service whenever I travel from Miami International and never had a problems with the service.

The two stars is only because the car was keeped inside and was ready for me when I left. BUT that is being nice. I waited 45 minutes to get picked up. I texted, than called, all while waiting outside with a 2 year old. Guy finally pulls up and says “oh I’ll be back these two on down have been waiting longer” than left. I was shocked nobody has ever done that at at park place. Standing with a 2 year old for almost and hour is in expectable!! His excuse was “the owner only wants one van”. Even people waiting for a ride not associated with them was pretty shocked how rude the driver was. He also said “oh I skipped 6 people to pick you up”...... Parking good service very very VERY poor.
