We booked and had to prepay transfer from Fort Lauderdale to Port of Miami. We waited over 1 hour for the van to pick us up (6 people). After answering my first call while we waited, the office no longer answered.On our return trip, the van was booked with other passengers, which is not what we paid for as they advertise no shared ride. And of course we waited that time too.We would have been far better off just taking something available right at the airport or off the cruise.
