Great service. They were able to accommodate us last minute. Fast paperwork process with a thorough walkthrough of the car. Would definitely Recommend. Everywhere we went in the Ferrari we were treated like celebrities.

I loved the Jeep that was available and got a lot of compliments on how cool it was. Very enjoyable cruising around with the top rolled back and getting fresh air. Francisco was fantastic to work with. Would highly recommend.

From the get go to the completion. Carlos was available to text/call. He then hooked me up with Genesis to complete the process. Both were extremely helpful. They delivered the Lambo to me at my Hotel in Miami Beach. The drivers who dropped and picked up the vehicle were helpful and cool guys to talk to. Overall 5 star service and will be using these guys in the future.

Last weekend i rented this Bentley GTC to have a Miami experience with my girlfriend and it was more than I was expecting.  Dynasty Luxury Rentals have a lot of exotics and luxury cars and the staff was really nice with us. They explained everything about the car and the process was really quick. Everything really professional and you feel comfortable renting with Dynasty. I asked if they could delivery the car to my hotel because I wanted to surprise my girlfriend and they did and it was a really nice experience. Best experience renting a car ever! I rented a BMW 650 M-Sport for my husband’s birthday and he was super excited with this car. The car was in incredible condition (like new), they delivered it to my house so that helped a lot with the surprise. Carlos and his assistant were super nice and offered us an incredible customer service, they were on time with the car clean, full gas and low mileage. I fully recommend this company!

My rental with Dynasty was anything but satisfactory, I called them to make the reservation like 4 months in advance, they took care of everything and confirmed my reservation, after that I called them again at lest three times per month to ask them questions that came to my mind about the rental ( as I mentioned before I’m a really nervous person, sometimes I know I can be annoying) and they answered each and every one of them with an amazing attitude which made me feel great and secure about my choice.The rental day came and I called them as soon as I picked up my luggage, they asked me the door I was at and came immediately to pick me up, I waited about 5 minutes top, the rental went smooth since the had everything ready for me just to sing and pay the remaining balance ( since they charge 30% in advance to confirm your reservation).I rented the car for the weekend and my return flight was at 4 pm and I needed to be at the airport at around 1 pm but I had picked up the vehicle around 10 am so I called them one more time explaining the situation and they let me keep the car a few more hours for no extra charge.At the drop off I met them at the airport at my Arline, they waited and even helped me get my luggage out of the car.I totally recommend them!

Great service from the start, since I contacted the owner until I received the car which picked me up directly at the Miami International Airport. The best part about it I did not have to go the company to pick up the car, Carlos personally brought the car to my front door . In how many companies do you get one on one service with the manager. We had a wonderful time with the New Lamborghini Urus, we originally booked this vehicle with other company, when we got there they told us that a customer extended the vehicle for more days, so they offered us another SUV, a Bentley truck with a discounted price, it was my husband birthday and that was the vehicle that he really wanted, so I decided to do a quick search on google, Dynasty was right there after a call to pick us up and save the vacation and my husbands birthday, they gave us a very reasonable rate, I can’t say enough good things about the car and the services, they picked up the car at the house that we rented and gave us a ride to the airport, taking 10 minutes of my time because this guys really deserve a good review ! **AVOID AT ALL COST** do not rent a vehicle with dynasty cars!! We traveled to Miami from the UK. Went online to research a supercar rental company and found dynasty, went ahead and booked a corvette and paid a $300 deposit. website had no option for insurance so we had to email afterward and they advised that they could offer it for $120 in an email with no explanation, anyway we went ahead and added it.The day arrived when the car was due to be delivered, they arrived 10 minutes late and a young girl greeted us with the vehicle. We looked around the car and marked down damage and I was just about to pay the balance and sign the agreement when I noticed a clause that said we would be liable for all damages up to the stated amount and the box was blank. I queried this and she said ‘oh yes I was going to add that’ let me just check what it is, she made a call, came back and wrote $5000!! So she was going to let me sign that document with no number then fill it in herself afterward. That effectively meant I had paid $120 for total loss cover but wS completely uninsured for everything else! She then went on to state we had the option to sort our own insurance so we should have done apparently (being tourists we could have done some more homework but I found this next bit incredibly sneaky and immoral) she then went on to advise we could have brought insurance through a third party online for $30 with $0 excess and full cover but we had to do so 24hours prior! She then argued the fact that the company should have disclosed this to us instead of trying to cash in at our expense!After an argument with the boss over the phone I booked insurance online and told them to bring the car back 24 hours later. I had planned to drive to a location and propose to my girlfriend that day and we had to cancel all plans! Next day arrives and they turn up with the car (late again) and then the cheeky bloke tried to charge me another delivery fee!! After another long argument we managed to get that waved but the whole experience was awfully very deceitful company. I advise anyone from outside the USA or even in the USA to avoid this company at all costs. Do not hire anything from them.One last point, as I’m into my cars, I asked for a confirmation that the car was EXACTLY the same as the car in the picture they had on their website and they emailed back stating it was, when it turned up it had different wheels and interior and was NOT the car advertised.$800 premium rental, awful service. **AVOID**

What a great experience, I original contacted a few different companies by email, Carlos the manager responded promptly, answered all questions, he send us a few different options for my budget I explained him that it was my birthday celebration weekend my dream vehicle was the BMW M6 but he offer me the 650 which was almost close to what I want for the money that I was planing to spend, well the day finally arrived, a very nice guy pick me at the at airport and took me to their location, the manager Carlos was waiting with the contract ready and what a surprise dynasty gave me, on top of the contract a sticky note thats said happy birthday enjoy your dream car ! I live in New York, I attended two weeks a go to the art Basel in Miami and my experience with dynasty was excellent! the best rental place in Miami, don’t even bother with other rental car agencies, the manager Carlos and her Asistent was so friendly and helped us from the moment a called them, they sent us quickly pictures and quotes of the cars the have available, car was new ! Best rental car in Miami !

Watch for extra charges that are not quoted for when using this company. Despite saying they will refund the difference from the quote TWICE they havent! They also claim we scratched the car with no evidence and the car was thoroughly checked over by a third party. I think this company assume that if people are willing to pay so much for their cars they wont notice the little bit extra they add on. They are quick to take your money but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired after the fact. This is bad business!

Great experience with this company, originally we reserved a Cadillac Escalade ( small version ) when we got to the office we needed more space for the luggage so they offer us the ESV ( Extended versión ) as an upgrade with out any additional cost.Excellent staff and good range of cars to choose from .

The employees were extremely helpful even texted to me to confirm and called. It took me a email and a phone call to book the car. Dynasty came to my airport and dropped the car off for me and also met me there when I was leaving to go home. The people are very helpful and I cant think of the smallest complain to say about these people they really treated me like family. I will not be using a different rental service ever again in Miami. Absolutely wonderful from the beginning to end, upon arriving at Miami airport, Carlos picked us up and he was very helpful with our bags, the process at the office was quickly, the Agend who help us was patient and friendly while getting us an amazing deal for an upgrade car, the return was fast and efficient directly at the airport, we are more than impressed with the service provided by this company .

I don’t regular share my opinions here, but these folks were so good and helpful that I need to share my experience, I originally booked with other company to drive my family to Orlando on December 21 to spend Christmas there, when I got there the other company mentioned me that because I got there 2 hours after the time of the reservation my reservation was cancelled, I did so much research to find the car till I finally spoked with Carlos from Dynasty, 30 minutes after that I was literally out of their office with the Cadillac Escalade on my way to Orlando !
