Jose was incredibly professional, considerate, and patient. He was extremely thorough and answered every question I had, explaining what he was doing through the entire process of cleaning the ducts, vents and coils. Jose went far beyond my expectations while he waited to begin the process, as I had locked us both out of the condo and had to wait for a locksmith to come. Great service! The guy came on the time promised, he climbed the roof of my house, cleaned the dryer air ducts and was very nice and professional. Price was reasonable, I will definitely call them again if I have some issues. The guy was awesome and very informative.

We are very happy with the Air Duct Cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. They have Platinum Package on promotion that took care of my entire home. They delivered excellent service. I will definitely use their services again next year, since I am suffering from severe asthma, this is best thing that I could possibly do for my health.

What a disappointment. Information presented and scheduling was seamless but the technician showed up without a working camera (which is absolutely needed to clean air ducts). What is even worse is that this led to a 30-minute back and forth between the technician, company office, and myself because the office was lying to me saying the technician found another camera in the van, which was simply false - we were at the home.They are unprofessional, unprepared, and untruthful.

Jose and Nemanja did a very thorough job, would highly recommend them for duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. A/C air in home is cooling faster and air quality is greatly improved. Dryer vent is also working at 100%.

Jose did an outstanding work cleaning our Dryer duct and A/C vents. He went above and beyond and did a quick repair on one of our flexible ducts and connect it properly. He was awesome!!

The Technician Jose was very courteous and decent, you can say that he was brought up by a good immigrant family. His job was very tidy, after cleaning each vent he would vacuum the floor area below the vent and push back the furnitures in place. I will always recommend Jose and probably Lowe’s to do this job where the price is very much decent compared to others including Sears who was trying to rip off $1499 for cleaning the mildew spots.I got Lowe’s platinum package including 14 vents, dryer vent, mold preventive treatment and deodorizer.

I was hesitant about this company at first but boy was I wrong. Their scheduling was very fast with no delay. Jose came on time and did a fantastic job! He was very well mannered and knowledgeable. Excellent job by Jose... Our allergies and sinus congestion were terrible. Once the job was done, we immediately felt the difference. We are already thinking of getting a service done in Spring next year.

The scheduling part was easy and they were very nice. The gentleman that came and cleaned the air ducts was very nice and explained everything clearly... I really don’t think that it was worth the $300, I did not see any difference at all.

Lowes Air Duct Cleaning company was excellent from the start. Their customer service was nice and helpful. Scheduling was smooth, and the technicians were extremely professional. They cleaned all the vents/ducts, supply & return lines... literally entire ventilation system was cleaned and sanitized. They even did a dryer vent cleaning for us and I could not believe how much lint and dirt came out of it. Overall A+ service and we will be using them again for sure.

The tech that they sent was not professional. He told my renter that there was Mold and that she should not be living there. I ended up having to get a Mold inspection, which showed NO Mold.He also did not clean some hard to reach vents and I ended up vaccumming them out myself.I called the company a few times, they said they would get back to me when the supervisor/manager got back in town and that most likely they would give me a full refund. No one ever called me back so I called agin and got the same response. I still have not heard back.

Worst company Ive dealt with in my 40 years. False advertising and completely dishonest.No cameras as advertised in their site. You dont get the process they show online. They dont use the machines they advertise online. They did not cover any vent and used a vacuum and scrapped my fiberglass ducts making a mess all over the place. Left my house full of dust and fiberglass particles everywhere from bedding, kitchen, sofa, table, floors, etc. Got a call from their manager (Nick) telling me the guy who performed the job screwed up (that he was new bla bla bla) and shouldnt have done the job AT ALL since it is fiberglass and that it was a mistake to do what he did on fiberglass ducts (since those particles when scrapped are not safe to breath...I have 2 small children)and that he should have at least covered the other vents to prevent fiberglass and dust particles flying all over the place (like they advertise online)......Nick offered $100 to cover expenses to clean the mess and laundry cost of all bedding, tablecloth, etc. I never received those $100. I had to spend way more than that hiring someone to deeply clean my home, laundry and buying an air purifier to somehow decrease fiberglass particles at home. Not to mention having to see my kids coughing, getting sore throats and skin rash for days. I will report this company to the BBB. Do yourself a favor and hire a professional honest company.
